This is my second time coming back for myself, The optometrist i saw was wonderful and helpful. I also had a great Technician named Hanah. She helped me decide which glasses would fit my face. I truly appreciated her help.

Christina helped me and my father with our selection of progressive lens for sunglasses and regular glasses. She made us feel very comfortable and she answered all of our questions with ease. She was also very thorough in explaining what we were purchasing. Plus, she was very fun to talk to!I would highly recommend customer service from Christina and the staff at this Santa Anita Mall’s LensCrafters!!

Hannah and Dr. Lilian Nghe made my visit a 5 star experience. Hannah was so helpful and friendly the minute I had called for an eye exam appointment . As well as helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. I have worn glasses most of my life and have had my share of eye exams and Dr. Lilian was by far the best! She made the whole experience nice and comfortable and was so helpful with any questions I had.

Amazing and above and beyond service. Everyone was so friendly and so attentive and very helpful. I was helped out my Hanah and she was very sweet and explained everything throughout the process of picking out new glasses. She also has a very good taste in glasses since she helped me pick out my new pair! I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to my next eye exam.

I schedule an eye exam over the phone for my daughter at 4:40pm. We arrived at 4:00pm to look for some glasses and kill some time. Since arriving into the store NOT ONE employee has acknowledged us or asked if there was anything we needed help with. They all have walked past us and helped out other customers that walked in after us. This is extremely upsetting as this isn’t the first time we’ve been here, and could understand if they were busy but I have never experienced this at this store. I truly tempted to walk out and have an eye exam elsewhere. It is now 4:51pm and we still have not been checked in or acknowledged. Poor customer service! This will be the last time I come to this location or any LensCrafters.

Christina at the Santa Anita mall Lens Crafter store gave the best customer service Ive ever had when getting glasses. I have experience from others Lenscrafters but this one was altogether different and mostly for me the difference was the customer service. For us Christina was there to guide and help and i must say from helping on frame selection to adjustment to perfectness, everything she had an in depth knowledge and she was damn friendly hence i must opt this one to return again.Just a small request - to increase the designer collection of the sunglasses for women which would make my wife also happier.

Came in because my glasses were damaged. Luckily I had the protection plan and was able to get my frames (originally $251) replaced for $25. Maged helped me thru the whole process and provided excellent service and helped me put my lens into the replacement frames.

I went in to see if they could fixe my glasses, I lost a screw. In my glasses not my mind. Anyhow, Wally was very nice. He said of course we can take care of this for you I left my glasses and came back in 15 minutes and they were better than ever. Wally asked if I needed anything else, and I purchased cleaning solutions for my glasses. The I saw the Tiffany sunglasses that I have had for about 5 years, and they are back so I immediately bought them. I told him due to my insurance changing I had to find a new optometrist. Wally, being the fantastic customer service representative asked me about my new insurance. He looked it up and low and behold Lens Crafters will take my insurance, so I scheduled three appointments for my family right there and then. If Wally had not been so good at his job, and care about their clientele, I would have walked out after my glasses were fixed. Instead, he turned a $3.99 sale into over quite a few hundred dollars and I enjoyed every minute of spending my FSA due to Wallys GREAT customer service. Lens Crafters, higher more individuals with the mindset Wally shows! I highly recommend going in, the doctors are also amazing and asking for Wally. That is if you want excellent customer service. One satisfied customer and one very happy family!

It was a little busy when I walked into LensCrafters without an appointment but it was worth the wait. I picked out my glasses and then Waleed wrote up my order. Kelsey was phenomenal! I always feel intimidated when buying new glasses, because its such a big commitment, but she really made the experience comfortable and fun. I felt confident and asking her opinion on frames and styles. When I was getting my eye exam done she even went ahead and picked out a few frames for me to try on based on what I had mentioned that I liked. The frames that I ended up buying were a pair that she had picked out for me. The doctor was also very patient with me and answered all of my somewhat silly eye questions. Eye exams used to make me nervous, but this experience made me realize that theres nothing to be anxious about. Plus the quick turn around for picking up the glasses is an amazing plus. Thank you for such a great experience. Excited to come back and pick up my glasses!

They made me feel comfortable with checking my eye sight (because it’s not the best). They ensured safe precautions and provided positive customer service. These folks are great. I needed my glasses frames readjusted; Christina is amazing and got them absolutely perfect. All the people are friendly, and Tina, the optometrist, is great and very skilled. Just wish my vision plan covered glasses here. We spend the extra $ to go off plan, its that good, but wish we didnt have to.

It was my first time visiting the Lens crafters in Arcadia. I lost my glasses a few days before and was desperate for an appointment. I couldn’t get in with my regular optometrist.I was greeted very nicely by staff, then Hanah helped me. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She walked me through all the very extensive testing.I had tests on my eyes that I had never had done!State of the art equipment!I found out I have two tiny cataracts, something that’s never been told to me.I bought RX sunglasses in addition to my vision ones to protect my eyes.I love this place and will return!Also I got a AAA discount 😊Thank- you Hanah for your kindness and honesty in helping me pick the fight frames too!

It went well, I couldn’t find my glasses and needed some the same day called every where else and no appointments but here they took care of me very well will come back next year for routine exam and new glasses.

I had a great experience at this location. The doctor was very intelligent and professional. Maged at the reception was amazing, he made sure I got all the discounts and coupons that were available to me.

Doctor Nghe was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Sales staff worked together and were incredibly helpful in suggesting frames and helping me pick a style that suited me well. Glasses were ready for pick-up next day.

Called several different LensCrafters in advance asking if they do drill mounting for a personal pair of glasses and they all led me here. I finally get here and they tell me they indeed do drill mounting but they lady there refused to work on my pair. not only was it a waste of my time, but they seemed more concerned about their liability if they had done their work improperly.

Christina is ALWAYS there for me. No other place Id go for eye care and glasses. Throughout covid shes even upped her game and supported my needs. The whole staff is awesome. Thank you.

I had the utmost amazing experience at the Lens Crafter’s in Arcadia!After ordering 2 pair of glasses in November at Linden Optometry in Pasadena (it’s now February), and not receiving them, I decided to retrieve my prescription from Linden Optometry and use it at Lens Crafter’sKelsey was amazing! I needed progressive lenses and was told it may take a little longer than an hour. I was completely fine with that, however, I decided to go home, then run an errand. No more than 45-50 minutes later, I got a text that my glasses were ready. I called to confirm since it seemed TOO SOON. Kelsey confirmed that they were, in fact, ready. I returned to pick them up, she adjusted them perfectly, and I now have high definition vision again! I only wish I had gone here in November! Thank You Lens Crafter’s-Arcadia!

Overall the experience was good everyone was professional except the actual optometrist who was cavalier when she informed me that I had cataracts in my eyes.
