What a great experience!! I was recommended to get body work done for my Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van at Service King - San Gabriel. I called ahead and was greeted by the General Manager Sam and Service Advisor Alain to personally look at my needed repairs. The repairs were done as scheduled and the van looked great!! They went above on beyond on what was discussed. They have a huge facility and you can tell the Sam has his staffed focused on providing great customer service. They are worth the drive. Especially for any high end vehicles.

This is a very professional and fast process of getting my vehicle repaired. This shop exceeded my expectations and will be seeing more of my and my friends and familys cars when ever I get into any God forbid accidents.

Came in for a repair on my Tesla bumper through insurance. I was referred to them by Tesla because they are Tesla certified. Right from the start they did a great job giving me a quote and setting me up for an appointment to have the car repaired immediately. They did the hard work by staying in touch with the insurance company and also keeping me up to date on the repairs of my car several times during the week. The service was prompt and they were able to finish my repairs sooner than planned.

Not trust worthy location! Unethical and dishonest manager and new from desk clerk ( lying and purposely misled me and lied afterwards repeatedly! her name is Marsha.Looks like they’ve fired the nice front desk clerk and the other estimate manager. Maybe they knew what this location is doing under the table!Service King have hundreds of location according to record, this location is bad for this company. Hope service king will change their dishonest employees.

When state farm failed terribly in their customer service - service king stepped up and hit a home run! service king was outstanding on all accounts.. i rid myself of state farm insurance co, but gained a great body shop by default..well done service king.. you made my claim pleasent and professional

Juan was very courteous and did not charge me for repairing a minor scratch on my front bumper. ( I already had the paint from the dealer.) And he did it while I waited. I would highly recommend this Service King.

Went by today with a problem with my car window. Travis took care of me right away. I arrived almost at closing time but he was very courteous and professional. He summoned Garrett to work on my window. They worked on my car after hours and did not even charged me. I recommend anyone to this professional co.

Great customer service, Tarixa was super friendly and informative. A few misunderstandings but the job done on my Van was great.

I took my car in on 8/30/16 was told it would be approximately 2 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks I called to inquire & find out work hasnt began, due to insurance company needing to authorize amended work order. Called my agent & she knew nothing about it. Two days passed before I was told, she had approved work. I got the impression that until I called they hadnt even taken pictures or sent insurance request of what was needed. Im at 3 weeks & 2 days, and the web site has had same status on car for 3 days now. Estimated delivery date is 9/23/16. I really hope my car will be ready, since insurance is not paying for rental, I am. Dont know about quality of work yet, but customer service is lacking
