I have been using this Walmart Optical Center for several years. I am very disappointed of the manager s decision of not replacing my eye glasses which I purchased at the end of August 2020 with lens protection. I had purchased two pairs of eye glasses for myself and one pair for my husband.I had made several complaints about the eye glasses fit. I had the optical staff made adjustment approximately three times. The last staff discovered the frame arm is too short. Wow! The best offer he suggested was 20% off new frame and lens. Keep in my mind that my lens is approximately $97 each.

Wonderful experience!! Wanitta was very helpful and honest about helping me pick glasses. She found my obscure insurance and put a rush on my order. Highly recommend!!!

If I could give this Walmart 0 stars..I would! Just left Walmart at 10:50 pm the cashier didnt have change, the CSM left at 10:00 with no one having keys to get change! The cashier asked another team member for change, they began to argue in the middle of the floor because she kept saying, Im not a CSM , she left at 10:00 with no one to cover the front...I have to find keys. Then she got mad and said, good night and left. Apparently the cashier has been asking for change for quite some time and the CSM didnt give it to her prior to her leaving. I heard another cashier say, now you know she leaves at exactly 10:00. The cashier proceeded to tell me I would have to get on another line.. after I waited in this line... negative! Ring me up and Ill give you exact changeMy experience tonight was terrible! There is no way a manager should leave a store without direction for their staff! Team members should not argue on the floor, regardless of the situation. If you want to retain customers, you have to provide better customer service and that starts from management. This would have all been resolved if a front end manager was available.
