Easy experience. I had purchased items online and one part was not what I needed. I walked in, showed the employee what Id ordered and explained what I really needed. She looked asked type of vehicle and looked up the part. Because there was an online coupon. So she gave me the part number, I ordered online, and she handed me the part 4 min later. Easy and pleasant experience. Thank you!

Had to get front break pads and rotors today and I must say the service was excellent. The manager Toni helped us out and was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend going there for your auto needs.

A very well stocked auto parts store with friendly and helpful staff members. The best thing is, you dont even have to wait to get to the store to find your parts of you know which part numbers you need. You can just order them online and pick up at the store a half hour later. Or, if you dont know the parts you need, show up at the store with all your vehicle details like that, make, model and take the inputs that they have listed as exact fit for your vehicle. The returns are hassle free too as they will adopt a receipt or can also pull up your receipt from your membership account.

More then likely will not shop at this location again.

Great Staff and Service! After a terrible experience at Jiffy Lube, I went to Advance for a battery check. I was treated courteously and professionally. They checked my battery in front of me and show me the results - GOOD. Thankful for honest people.

The staff always seem to know exactly what you need and what you are talking about. Its very clean and organized. The one time they didnt have a part I wanted, the cashier recommended me several different places nearby that would carry it.

My car battery went dead after a football game. I called advanced auto parts and someone responded to my requests right away. They told me to pull up to the front of the store head in so they could change it. As soon as I pulled up, the person had my car battery ready at the counter. We did a battery test and everything just to make sure. Service was awesome. I recommend Mike, he only works there once a week, but I was lucky to have him help me. He changed my battery in a quick and efficient way. I didn’t have to worry about breaking down again. Thank you Mike and Advanced auto parts!!

A friend of mine had a dead/dying battery. The staff were friendly and quick to assist in diagnosing and confirming the issue. We were able to have this problem diagnosed, new battery purchased, and installed in less than an hour. Darius was our awesome technician that came out into the sweltering parking lot to help get it installed and us on our way!

I have to say this store has been pretty reliable in checking my engine light error codes, parts availability, information and guidance along with pretty friendly staff. I was unfortunate to experience a near dead battery one afternoon and purchased one online. I was able to pick it up and have one of the staff, Clint i believe, install the battery quickly. It was super convienent as I was not ready to do a swap out myself.Not only was it convienent but I was also able to get an issue taken care of pretty quickly by Mr. Clint.All stars here!

Very mean manager,i went to this store at least 4 times a week to buy Car parts. I bought a carbattery in less than 5 hours and took it back because the mechanic said its not the battery that have the problem, they were so mean , I will never go there any more.

I buy STP fuel system cleaner here and it improves my mileage enough to pay for itself and my engine is cleaner. Yes, I love my car.

We found that our battery had died at 545pm on a Sunday. Thank goodness they are open later. We jumped the battery and drove right there. The counter woman helped with the selection of the right battery as we had a few choices. And Thank you Tammy for helping us with testing the starter and alternator and installation of the battery. What a godsent!!!

The place recently opened in February 2015...the service is just ok...it could be better. Organization is improving...slowly. Staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. Parking is good. Patronage is excellent...they are the only auto parts store in Arbutus.

They normally stock maintenance parts to be purchased on demand. You pay more by going retail, and Walmart has better oil prices but still a nice auto parts store.

I currently have an infection in my spine and with the swollen muscles its pushing on my nerves and i can barely walk. As i was pulling up to park i notice an employee carrying ONE bag of items to a customers car. As i tried to waive the employee down he seemed to have not notice me. So i get out and walk over and met up with him before he went into the store and asked if he could come and check out why my check enginge light is on for. Before i could even finish my sentence he cut me off and said No. I dont have the time or staff to do that. Me being shocked i just turned away and was appauled by how rude he was. I got home and called and spoke to someone and was on hold for a nice 10 minutes while she located her managers name and the man that was rude to me answered the phone and began giving me more of an attitude. I explained my frustration and he proceeds to tell me i helped the guy to his car because he had bags full of merchandise and he was a paying customer, your request is for something free and thats not a priority to me i asked how many employees was there since he was short staffed and he says theres 3 other employees plus me and i responded back that if you had enough time to carry out one bag of merchandice to someones car and your way to short of staff then why was my issue just brushed off. He says that customer paid for something and i told him that i was a customer buying something or not and that when my car was to be diagnosed i couldve purchased from them to possibly fix. I hot the complaint number, his name. And the District managers name and i called and complained. I felt so disrespected by his actions and will never go back there!

I foolishly purchased a car battery from a store that would no replace the battery for me (boo, Napa) and had to figure out how to swap it out on my own. Came here, got advice, and help from the ladies at the front desk. Would not have been able to do it by myself, that is for sure. Coming here early for replacement parts from now on.
