I love the people there! They’re always so nice and friendly! They work so hard and deserve a raise!

Would give no stars. We’ve been here a few times and had wonderful service. Until tonight. We purchased a vape here and realized it was exploded as we were leaving the parking lot. This vape was 50 dollars. We turned around to exchange it as we have before and when we got to the window William stated he wasn’t returning it and they never did that before that it was our problem. After trying to explain we had just been there he shut the window in our face. I called to get his name and when the manager would be in he said in the morning and hung up on me while I was speaking. This is very rude and unprofessional. Will be speaking to the manager tomorrow.

2 girls that work the night shift. Are extremely rude! Seen us driving to the window and just turned there backs like they didn’t see us sitting there for 5 minutes with no one inside the store. Not the first time this has happened. First time this happened we were waiting at the window for over 10 minutes while there were laughing and cussing didn’t even care that we could hear them. Just kept acting like they didn’t see us.Highly disappointed and will not be going back. I will drive across town to get good customer service then go back to this store!!!!! Don’t even deserve a star more like no star! Hire better staff with a better attitude.

I got the same service while I waited in the drive true this afternoon. The only difference is i was waiting for literally 25 min. The only reason we didnt leave is because we wanted to kno exactly how long they would leave us out there. She was alone I understand but she was and always is very rude as well. I come to this store all the time due to my routes to and from work but I really wish they would find better staff.

They charge $0.20 more per gallon to use a credit card incredible. There are no signs anywhere stating this. They claim that a hurricane that happened almost 3 months ago blue the sign down and their manager wont allow them to put another one up. What a way to rip off people in a hurricane

Horrible service! Employees rude.. very unprofessional. Walked in and was greeted by foul language.. from several employees. Using the F word among other things in regular conversation loudly.. acting like it was perfectly normal. Was not thanked or told to come back.. they could care less. Store is dirty and gross. Won’t be going back.

In this town-if youre on the North side already, ITS THE ONLY THING OPEN PERIOD(midnight on)

Horrible customer service and worse management! Steer clear and go across the road to murphys. When this place was destroyed in the hurricane were hoping It would re open with new attitude - nope! Its worse! I will never go there again.

With gas prices like that how could you have a good experience?

This store has recently scamed people out of money and I heard it was not the first time. But the reason I am wrighting is about the poor service and the condition on how the store always smells of raw sewer and the floor looks like it has mold on it. I do not blame thus on tbe workers i blames this on the owners and the management. Save your money and go to a different store, going to the snappys food #5 is a waste of time and of money! They over charge on all there products and when there gas says for example $2.00 a gallon well if you do not pay with there credit card it goes up around 70cents, this to me should be illegal and a scam!

This place is miserably hot I don’t understand how you could even subject you’re employees to such a cruel environment! As a customer I almost passed out! I’m sure there is some sort of violation for not having running a/c in a convenient store! FIX THE A/C!!!!
