From the very beginning, meeting Steven Buckner, at a local boat show, which has been a great experience....to working with Alexia in finance throughout the holidays, the process could not have been smoother. The professionalism, patience shown throughout has been excellent, right through to the boat delivery and follow up. Cannot ask for anything more.....

Premier in Aransas Pass is always friendly when I need my boat serviced. I just picked my boat up recently from annual service and had a flat tire. When I arrived with a spare they quickly changed it for me . Thanks guys !!

Annual service on Pathfinder 2200 done in accord with written instructions. Excellent communications, top quality work, fair price. Strongly recommend Premier Yamaha of Aransas Pass, which has serviced this boat & motor for 7 years.

Premier Yamaha in Aransas Pass has done great service work on my 2014 Nautic Star SB They do what they say they say will do and are very timely. I would recommend them for boat, engine service and repairs.

Great service and best price on my new Yamaha 115. Only took 2 days to repower the boat and I was back on the water. Any questions I had afterwards was answered immediately, great customer service and I would definitely recommend.

Ill be as short as I can. I wont mention any names. Ill only advise extreme caution when purchasing boats and motors from this specific location of Premier Yamaha in Aransas Pass. They tried to sell me a demo engine as new that had a damaged lower unit and someone tried to cover it up with a bad paint job. Thankfully I caught it. Yes, they did replace the engine with a new one out of a crate however; thats just the beginning... I found a buyer for the old engine. I had told Premier to hold it temporarily. They said that my engine was gone when I was going to pick it up. I still have the tittle and it is still listed as stolen. They had no explanation. It simply walked off...I later learned where my engine walked off too. SOMEONE can still contact me if they would like to discuss.

I wasn’t happy with this place for awhile when Billy was in the Service Department but since he’s been gone and Greg has taken over it’s been a totally different experience! Professional, timely and most of all accurate quotes! I’ll continue doing business with Premier Yamaha and I’m happy that Greg has got Service back in shape!!!

Be prepared to be your own sales person; no customer service after numerous times calling sales agents. Intially was assigned Steven Buckner as the sales agent. Received several emails as requested and once we spoke on the phone communication started to cease. Steven stated he would call me back and never did. There was a boat in San Antonio and he stated he was waiting on the sales person there to send photos; never heard back. I logged on to the Premier Yamaha site in San Antonio and the pictures of this boat were posted; why didnt he direct me to the website?. I will be writing Yamaha informing them of the lack of customer service I received after speaking with Steven on the phone. Please be advised if the sales guy starts pulling shady tactics from the jump then you probably want to avoid this place by all means.

The new General Manager is super nice. He showed us around and talked about the boats he has personally driven and tested. It was good to get a first hand opinion. I would definitely recommend Premier to my friends!

Just bought about $85 worth of o rings,snap rings and oil to service my tilt / trim cylinders. Tried to get the snap ring out of the caps and kept bending the tools. Called and talked to the service manager to see if I could bring them out there and have them get the ring removed. He told me he could for the shop minimum of 1 hour. 1 hour or in my language $100 to just get the ring started so I could pull it out with pliers. WHAT A RIP OFF. I have no problem with anyone making a living but PLEASE. REALLY?Won’t go back there

These folks are great to deal with. I bought a used travel trailer from them. You read that correct, I didn’t buy a boat.After I got the travel trailer home, in Houston, I had some electrical problems with it, so I took it to shop to have it fixed.Once it was fixed, I sent the invoice to Premier Yamaha, and they reimbursed me!It just goes to show this company stands behind their stuff. Even if it’s not a boat.When I am in the market for a new boat, you can bet I’ll be buying from Premier Yanaha down in Arkansas Pass!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Took boat in because we thought the lower unit seal was leaking and come to find out it was just oil that was in the exhaust. Now when we dropped boat off was told they have to tell everyone 3 weeks but it would be probably be out sooner. Thats fine now a month later I finally get to get my boat. Boat only has 28 hrs on it so when we got there they are telling me $350 all because they screwed up on taking prop off and damaged the hub so then they said it took 3 hrs labor and that I was responsible for this. So needles to say there was nothing wrong with boat when I dropped it off but they screwed it up and I had to pay for this. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Hell they even charged me gear lube and didnt even change it because their was nothing wrong with seal. Its definitely not over and done with yet. Just wanted to warn people before you drop your stuff off there.JR LONG.

I purchased a new Seafox when Victor was the manager & he didnt know squat about any of the boats he represented. A few of the staff was just like him. He would fight with me because he couldnt stand to be wrong when asked a question about the boat.I believe because of me & all the problems I experienced with both Premier as well as Seafox, the line was no longer sold at this dealer.Currently I am still replacing parts & having imperfections repaired myself because there are NO DEALERS IN TEXAS!I have a wiring problem with the connections from the components located at the transom & because they were laying in the hull where saltwater ruined them. Trying to replace & they all broke. Currently Im having to rewire components in which I cant reach due to the harness being tired up within the hull on the side.I hope now that Premiere in selling a quality product & a company thay stands behind their product!!
