Good home good selection vs the other outlet. the clothes I did get are all damaged. I even looked it over pretty well beforehand. double and triple check before buying.
Found lots of stuff, it was my first time though so staff was definitely pushier than they needed to be when putting out new bins, but i get it. overall a pretty okay experience
Weve been there 3 times now. Its so much fun looking for treasures - because one mans trash is another mans treasure. The last time we were there I found a canning kettle for my daughter. She had been looking for one reasonably priced for a long time. You just cant beat the prices.
Hits a hit and miss. Had tons of fun shopping with my daughter because she loves clothes. Found out a few of the electronics I bought dont even work. O well lesson learned. Had a good time though.
Bring gloves. My hands felt gross just being there. Watch out for the people power digging.
Get ready to did through bins. Everything is super cheap and you will probably find some useful things, but you will really search for it.
BINS BINS BINS! wow its thrift store gold. Literally bins of randomness with no rhyme or reason and was awesome. Always good times
Dirty, items are in big bins, and are not sorted by size or gender. That are just thrown in the bin. The only thing good thing the store has going for it is the bulk per pound pricing.
Way good prices!! Spectacular finds!!! Use rubber gloves, youll see.
You can find some nice stuff to buy
During the pandemic, according to their Goodwill rules, ONE PERSON PER BIN, they created a line of unmasked people near the bins. One person next to another without social distance waiting for others to finish looking at the contents of the bin.
First time going here was different. Some customers were a little rude but whatever. I think its a better deal than a regular Goodwill.
It is a bargin bin shop. Was a little taken aback when I realized I had to purchase some items by the pound.
5/5 You win some you lose some, but at the end of the day you get an experience that no other place in town can give you. The hunt for nic nacs, toys, books, stereos/speakers, records/cds and clothes is what keeps people comming back day after day. For many avid thriftors this goodwill brings the excitement back to thrifting because they arent being robbed by having all the good stuff ploped online as soon as it comes in. I honestly think this location just puts whatever comes in, out. This goodwill also provides a lot to the community. In the sense it is so redicously cheap, I thank this goodwill for allowing lower income familys to provide for their children, especially on the holidays. They deliver year after year an experience to many familys that is just as good as all the other kids, while being leagues below retail price. This is what thrifting is all about and this is why no one loses when going to this goodwill.
You buy goods by the pound instead of a price tag. Very different from good will or any other thrift store.
First time I was there. I never knew that a thrift store sold items by the pound but they do!
Totally fun if youre in a hunting mood. Some people can be rude.
Terry a cashier at the store side is AMAZING!! On my first visit she explained how everything works. I now try to always check out with her.Eric in the online pick up area is also AMAZING! Always super nice & had my orders packed nicely & ready to go. These 2 make shopping fun online & in person!
Just found stolen crystal from my house only 4 of 8 stemware from the wine set plus the decanter without the stopper. I was just told to leave because of wearing a scarf for covid mask requirements rather than the buy OUR MASK for a dollar. I had my ears cut off last year and I cannot loop the masks around my ears without extra drainage making me deaf. Fernando kept waving his hands in the air and his last statement was we all wanted to keep what we found at your house Anita. You had so much stuff we wanted it here. But its the dollar pound store meaning it did not sell for 3 months in the regular Goodwill stores.
Goodwill is my goto whenever I need something practical or want something vintage. They are very professional and courteous. If I have a problem with an item, it is immediately dealt with.I consistently recommende-commerce shopping to all my friends.Thank you Goodwill e-commerce
The Worst Good Will I have Ever been too, You wont ever see me their again!
Not as fun since covid, people are snooty about people coming near there table like they own it now that they are at it. When you shop at regular goodwill its closer contact something has to change
This is my place of escape, ii can shop with a positive mind
Friendly employees, and found a mint condition apple airport extreme for 3$ 🙂
BIG bang for your buck!
Sometimes you find treasures, sometimes you dont
I was rushed not cool
Love this place
Love the prices
I love this place I the experience you get digging for items normally you dont find a whole lot at the Goodwill retail store its like dumpster diving a thrill you wont get at the retail store the one thing I dont like is the pushiness of people specially when they. Bring the newly filled carts and they block the carts that arent newly filled next cart over they get in the way they look at you a night get a dirty look or push you away if you want to look what In the newly filled cart but the most part it good
I want to let it be known that shopping online with auctions through Appleton Wisconsin is taking a chance of getting defective items. It happened to me and they refused to make it right.
Hours on website are NOT correct
Do not go! The employees are absolutely rude and discriminating
Its a cool goodwill with lots of bins
Awesome deals
Awesome place to live
Definitely would go back.
I like going here and finding unexpected treasures. Its a great place to find everything from cleaning products to tvs and large furniture items. Just be prepared to hunt for things. By the pound is cheaper than any other thrift store though.I rarely go to a regular thrift store anymore.
Lots of leftover stuff from rummage sales. Sure its 99 cents a pound but lots of it is questionable. The customer s are out to get whatever they can any way. They bring out big rolling tables of items and things are litterly flying. People throw items to the side tear things apart, and dont get in their way. Of course the parking lot is always full of cars when you go by,it must fill a need for some people, and it does provide jobs
Generally most cashiers are very friendly. Great place to find deals. And occasionally craft items.
We love spending a day thrifting here.. It takes a lot of patience and time to spend a full day to totally get the full experience.. Its a blast every time we go.. We aways leave with 2 karts full of wonderful, amazing finds!!
I like this place is fun just looking at random stuff u can find pretty decent stuff
Best Goodwill Ive ever been to... endless supply of stuff for $1 per pound... constantly rotating different stuff out
Lots of clothes and not a lot else. I went to the one on Stonybrook. Much better.
Fun when youre in the mood to rummage. My favorite is when I find things on my actual shopping list! Binders galore, crates, and many miscellaneous items. Fun upcycling materials. The point of the place is to save stuff from going to the landfills...much is junk, much is treasure!
You either find junk , or just what you are looking for. Lol the only thing I dont like is when people think there too good to be there, an have this funny look on their face. I just laugh it off, if you were too good to be here ya wouldnt be , so bring a positive attitude an 5$ Im sure you will leave Happy.
Bins and bins of misc items and clothing. They sell by the pound. I e found things there that are in great condition and I pay barely anything for them.
This store has really good clothes and they sell by weight
They throw garbage, (yes it is 99% garbage) into blue plastic bins. People dig through the bins. No prices on most things. Would never come back. Had the feel of dumpster diving.
Saddly this place is a free for all when they bring carts of products.
I love looking around at the Goodwill stores in all the different places I go.
Place is garbage no pun intended lol
You can really get some good deals at this particular Goodwill store, they sell their merchandise by the pound, awesome concept
My husband works here, they treat him well. Awesome discount and good selection.
Its a unique experience.
You have to work to find the good stuff but when you do its a great feeling. Its basically a treasure hunt every time, and every visit will have different items
Some treasures to be found. Rescuing items from going to landfill.
Its pretty funny going in there and people about to run u over for a broken clock! But its stil like searching for treasures sometimes!
Always good finds. Watch out for the rude people.
I like the fact that they help people in the community. I went there to drop off some items for them to sell
Started there. Then moved to campas. Friendly group. They all are super
Lots of options at a fair price
The best place to find deals in the whole city!
Ģood place to hang out in and get god deals on merch.
Great items, great price!
Pretty good place
Great Place to shop! Good deals!
Nice good looking workers
A great employer of the developmentally disabled
Maybe cause Im not from around here, but this place is just creepy. Its just people scavenging for broken dirty junk.
Love the bins!!
