Always good experience at this store. Today I picked up an order very briefly looked at it, when I got home I noticed that they replaced an out of stock item with two smaller bottles of the same supplement - this gave me a couple extra capsules. I am frequent customer and plan on returning soon.Thank you

I was approached by by an employee almost immediately upon entering. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me right to it. I then asked if she was familiar with the product and she proceeded to tell me a little about it. It was nice that I didnt have to walk around the store searching for it! This place has so many options for vitamins as well as health supplements. There around really pills and powders as well as liquids available. They have around rend rewards program that is quick and easy to sign up for. I will definitely return here again!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. It’s no surprise that they are failing as company, it’s been obvious for years but they fired an assistant manager who had been there for 14 years because he refused to take a $7 per hour pay cut, and chose to keep a female manager who had been working there for only a couple months with zero prior experience in that field. They couldn’t even come up with a reason besides the fact that he made too much money and the company is going broke. Support local supplement stores, not these shady crooks

I walked in the store and pretty much was completely ignored. Two women were working talking to each other about setting up someones break. Two other people walked in after me and they at least said hello to them. I proceeded to look at CBD and some other things that could possibly help with attention for my child. I was in the store for around 15 minutes but just ended up going somewhere else. I have had help from Jesse in the past but he must not of been working, always a big help.

You have to scan your own items, employees not very helpful and also no publicly accessible restrooms. Why not just order online at this point?

I wont return till you ring up the product. I dont work there so its not my job to ring up product.

Didnt know anything about the products I was looking for yet sold the products at the store. One guy was just leaning against the counter, wasnt sure if he was just hanging out or actually worked there. This is the reason why people order on-line. You dont have to go into a store and be looked down upon by muscle heads.

I arrived about 10-15 minutes before the online posted closing time, 7pm, for one bottle of vitamins. The OPEN signs were lit up, but the doors were locked. I tried to call the store. No answer. Shortly an employee went to the front door, so i approached and knocked, then pointed at the open sign. He motioned me inside and said weve been open. I replied that the doors were locked and he claimed he was in the bathroom. 10 min before close?! I asked him where what i was looking for was and he just pointed to a huge section and said over there. I had to find it myself. At check out, he informed me card only. I looked around and there were no signs stating this, so i demanded he took my cash, as he should, and he did. I do not want to return here and will be looking for an alternative store.
