I have had one dealing with them that has went smooth. the last few have been face to palm. filled out requests no response. stopped in filled out paper requests and no response. not sure what is happening but my business is now going to Fond Du Lac to PFS - Jeff Christian

Gave them a call today looking for some product(s), and although they didnt have any, the guy I spoke with took the time to discuss several matters with me which likely saved me a bunch of time in the end, and it was all after he knew he wouldnt be making any sale. Would recommend trying them based on this alone.

Excellent business, fair selection but extremely lacking in customer experience. Honestly I see a lot of these negative reviews and their engagement for their customers is wonderful. And their selection and pricing is more than fair and looks high quality. Dont let the small shop fool you I have it on good authority that these guys know exactly what theyre doing. However, after having visited them I can honestly say their customer service needs work. When I walk into your shop for the first time one of the best things you can do is make me feel engaged and welcome and thats not really the sort of feeling I got. Between the three employees none of them seemed happy to be there and none of them seem happy to talk to me. When one took down the information about what I wanted done with the rifle I brought in he seemed pretty Curt and dismissive. Not really giving me any assistance on what I should have done or what his thoughts were. He just seemed to want to fill in the paperwork and get done. After a dismissive expect it in a couple of weeks, all three employees simply seemed to treat me like I didnt exist anymore. Ill be clear I have no doubt that they are professional and that they will take care of the order I brought them with the utmost ability. But if youre coming into their shop hoping for something friendly or engaging especially for a first-timer be warned its not exactly a friendly place.

Place has some cool guns, the smith sounds competent... just kind of a under ground IRA armory vibe about the place.

The customer service here is horrific.They never even answer their phone. The used gun selection is pretty bad and expensive. If youre looking for a firearm, order from Feet Farm or Scheels. Its absolutely cheaper. This place is really overpriced. Its only decent if you need machining, but at that point youll probably be better off going elsewhere. Its a shame. I usually like supporting small business.

I stopped in one day just to look - man, this place is super cool! Lots to look at and great people to talk to. It seems to be busy every time I’ve stopped by, so the reviews of people saying the service is slow/lacking may not necessarily be wrong, however, I feel as if those individuals were not patient enough. Every employee/owner/etc are genuine and will guide you and educate if needed, and will also sell you what you need without any more. I’ll surely be back as I appreciate the service I received and the cool folks that run the place!

Great business! I wanted a particular type and finish that is hard to find and they were able to get it quickly. I love going in there just to look at the guns on consignment because there are often historic guns from WW1-Ww2 that you can rarely handle outside of a reenactment. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Before visiting this store I had a pretty good idea of what type of weapon I was looking for. The tall skinhead guy working the counter was busy tending to two other customers who were there before me. I saw that and proceeded to browse the merchandise. After a couple minutes I had mentally picked out the firearm I wanted to purchase because it met the criteria of what I had decided I was looking for before I even walked into the store. After over 10 minutes the salesman was done with the business portion of the conversation he was having with his two customers. I moved to stand right in front of him with the intention to ask him to see the weapon I was looking to buy. Because he was still in a conversation with one of the customers who was slowly edging towards the exit, I just stood there in silence to wait for them to finishing talking. He deliberately avoided making eye contact with me let alone even acknowledging my presence as he proceeded to talk to his buddy regular customer about some air conditioning unit which was a personal matter (not business related) As a combat veteran I gotta say they have an impressive arsenal of weapons (some appeared quite vintage), but bad customer service is a big pet peeve of mine. I ended up walking out without ever being asked if I needed help with anything as they continued having their non-business related conversation. Giving somebody the mirage treatment is just plain rude and if youre in sales you should learn this.

The guy has gun knowledge, just lacks customer service skills. If he were smart he would hire someone great with customer service and he can play with his guns. At this point the store is a curiosity of what he has in his display case.

Best gun store around. If you know what you want and have priced elsewhere stop in and get a quote they can get anything and chances are you will save money. Ive purchased 5 guns here. Ive saved on average $80-$100 per gun compared to Scheels and Fleet for identical model numbered guns. They can be busy but its worth the wait. If you are in such a hurry to rush in and out maybe your buying a gun for the wrong reasons.

Ive done business with them a couple times over the past 7 years and Id have say that they have always been the best priced and excellent gunsmithing.

Several times over the last few years I have tried to get prices on guns that I needed ordered or products. I have emailed, called, Facebook, even been in the store and every time I was either promised some form of follow up or (as Facebook would show) I am just plain ignored after asking for the price they replied with a question, I answered and now still waiting on a reply. If this was the first time it happened no big deal but several times this happened I think I will just take my business to a store that is willing to make money when I am offering to spend it. (and the last weapon I wanted was over $2000 I would think they would have been somewhat interested in making that money.)

Partially constructed, overly cluttered shop in a run down strip mall. Prices are reasonable, staff is neither knowledgable nor courteous. They were unable to process a 4473 in 24 hours for a co-worker of mine, and their only explanation was that he obviously has a record. Im not a gun-shop scientist, however I am fairly sure that insulting people who are trying to give you money is not good business. Avoid.
