I always use your store for gas because its close to home. But for quite some time now i cant seem to pump the gas without having to shower and change clothes every time when i get home. Very strong gas smell on my hands, clothes, shoes. I have mentioned this to the cashiers and they dont seem to care. They could at least check for leaks on the hoses and nozzles. I have never had a situation like this at any other station. Clean up your act.

I stop 1 or 2 times a week on my way to work. Randy is the saving grace to this location on over nights. Some of the newer staff are on their way to being decent but the others always seem cranky even if youre sober and polite. Randy on the other hand can pick up on your mood and put a smile on your face in the 30-60 seconds youre at the register.Food at this time is not reliable as it varies A LOT from night to night. My huge issue is with the chicken tenders either as they are or in the tender melt sandwiches. Theyre burned and tough and almost inedible. Maybe for the bar close crowd their great but not for this guy.Location gets a bit sketchy as its bar close. Ive had to deal with panhandlers, which have not been around in a while...to drunks, people passed out against the store, shop lifters and homeless. Staff handles it well in my opinion.

Always convenient.Great for quick snacks and on the run food. Must try the chicken tenders!

Good selection, Fast and Friendly Service

This location has the friendliest staff Ive ever come in contact with. The store is always well stocked and I love the fried chicken and the coffee. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because nobody gets 5 stars... nobody.

I love the convenience of this location (I live at Richmond Terrace--the large apartment complex building that sits behind this), but its consistently 5¢ more expensive than other Kwik Trips. Supposedly thats because its the in town rate. I do know they price match the BP station on College and Badger.My source was a team member I talked to today.

I love Kwik Trip. We there daily and enjoy the convenience and broad choices. But please upgrade your sandwiches. The cold sandwiches need more filling and meat in them. And please change the cheese in the hot sandwiches. It looks fake and too thick. Thank you for everything you do!

Fresh case stocked well. Burritos special was great. Big Buddy refills are back too

Randy was the most amazing cashier I’ve had in my entire life. This man is great with customers, extremely friendly, and genuinely cares about what he does. I can truthfully say I wish there were a lot more people like Randy!!!

I would give you a zero because it turns away paying customers no matter the transgressions in the past its still turn people away

I love kwik trip BUT I just got back from Richmond location and went to grab a basket and was surprised to see that there was no wipes to clean off the handles.. So if you go there bring your own!

This kwik trip is nice always cheerful staff and ready to help very nice.... just be carefull for the appleton Karen was spotted July 8 2020 around 1pm. Other than that give the chiken tenders a try there amazing.

This location can get very busy especially on weekend nights. Lots of kooks and drunks about. In Wisconsin during the winter people leave their vehicles running when it is super cold outside. They go inside and come back out to a nice warm car. I love how its so safe here in Appleton even though its technically illegal to leave your vehicle running and unattended.

I am a delivery guy and visit numerous Kwik trips every week, sometimes every day. Lisa at the Richmond store is an exceptional worker and person. every Kwik employee should emulate her.

Got all my coffee at Kwik Trip when I used to live in Appleton.Easy in and out. Located on a main road.Quick checkout by friendly and welcoming staff.The hot food is awesome! Priced for people on a budget. Kwik Trip needs to come south.

I shop and get gas at this location quite often. Disappointed with the mask mandate posted all over their store. And they do not enforce people wearing masks in the store. Multiple times I’ve been here and there have been people not wearing masks. Please Enforce the mandate

Out of deli food most of the condiments empty, no pickles. Staff was very rushed. Normally a really great place to stop.

I know there are Kwik Trips everywhere now, but this one is the best. Even though its one of the most consistently busy gas stations I have ever seen, the staff is always super polite and helpful. They all need raises.

Very busy place, great location for a quick stop on way home or to work. There is a large coffee area, good variety of sweet treats and a fast appetizer. Love their bread and bananas and milk.

Every Kwik Trip that Ive been to in WI and MN has been extremely clean and well stocked with plenty of employees available. This particular location is near downtown Appleton where there is more poverty and homelessness. While other reviews may complain about workers at this location, we appreciate that the owners would knowingly build such a nice store in this location. Other gas stations have been there and failed. Reviewers probably dont know if there have been issues with theft/vandalism/harrassment by some of the people there so they probably shouldnt judge. I have seen people sitting at the counter who appear homeless and have never seen/heard them be mistreated.

They dont enforce mask policies. Was just there and many customers not wearing a mask.

Watched Jessica, a little smart ass girl who works there treat a homeless man like a piece of trash. I have nothing but implacable malevolence toward people who think they are better than someone else. I however was treated very nicely by her within 2 minutes because I was shopping in the store. I wont do that again. F**k this place!

Clean well staffed and a they are always willing to help. Will open registers quickly to keep line short.

My favorite,only love three blocks away. Produce eggs milk very reasonsable. Scott Davis excellent manager.

Good customer service, usually a clean store and restrooms, always have what Im looking for! Typically a busier store because it is close to downtown.

Ive got food poisoning from here a few times. But great customer service overall!

Love kwik trip 99% of the time, but pre ordered 3 breakfast pizzas for a work meeting. When we went there to pick them up, none were made - botched order.

The store is clean , they have clean restrooms, gas and food always available, I got to give it all five stars

Excellent staff and very clean. Great for picking up a quick drink, yogurt, salad, or sandwich.

The staff here is always excellent and the coffee selection is wildly out of control and awesome. We also enjoy the affordable meat section, and beer prices. However ~ save yourself a few bucks every week and find a cheaper place to buy cigarettes.
