Ashley in sales was over the top helpful. Showing me many options. She even loaded samples into my car. Im Shure I will have House of Flooring install new flooring in my home. They also have window treatments.

We used House of Flooring in Appleton for our basement remodel, Marissa was absolutely fantastic with helping us match our current flooring to an option they had in store so that the two could blend together with out being noticeable at the bottom of the stairs. Alex was the main installer during the process, he was fantastic at educating us in what we needed to do to prepare other projects of our DIY basement remodel. I wish I could give House of Flooring more stars because their service and expertise has been nothing but excellent. We have been extremely impressed by their team.

I was familiar with House of Flooring and the owners long before I contacted them to be our flooring specialist in our newly purchased home in Iola, WI. But, I had never had the need to require their services until our Iola purchase. Our sales person was Marissa. As soon as I had spent a little time on the phone with her during our initial contact I knew she had what it takes to make a customer feel important, understood our plan and obstacles in getting our lower level remodeled and ready for House of Flooring to do the install. Our first remodeling contractor had arranged to work with Marissa in our absence (we were still living out of state during the remodel). Well, that didnt work out to well since our contractor had promised to have the lower level ready for the installers to install our flooring. When the installers showed up the floor was not even close to being ready for flooring. Marissa called us right away and explained the situation. We were not happy with our contractor but Marissa eased the situation and promised us that the installers would return once the floor was ready. After firing our previous contractor and hiring a new local Iola contractor we were able to call Marissa and have her get us back on their schedule. Marissa deserves a lot of KUDOS for her handling of the situation for us. Her extra effort in staying in touch with us throughout the entire process, product knowledge, customer skills, listening skills, and her calm demeanor in working with us through a very tough project management situation from a distance. Marissa is the best!!!!!

During our new construction for a cabin in northern Wisconsin many people recommended we go to House of Flooring and talk to Marissa. Marissa was amazing to work with from start to finish! She really listened to how I wanted the overall design to turn out and was open to sharing why she thought some options would be better for our new build. My husband was going to be installing our flooring and she was very knowledgeable about that process as well and made sure that we had all the materials that we needed for installation as well. Also, two gentlemen that I worked with when I picked up the flooring were very kind and helpful as well. Overall I would strongly recommend House of Flooring to anyone looking for new flooring.

Marissa and the House of Flooring installers were a pleasure to work with. Fire destroyed our home and Marissa listened to our tails that went beyond our flooring and tiling needs with grace and patience. Brian at HOF was so very helpful to us! We had LOTS of questions and thoughts on flooring for our new house, and he steered us in a good direction, was very patient, and helped us pick out the perfect products. Were so happy we decided on House of Flooring to redo our hard flooring that ran throughout our home. They helped us decide on what type of flooring was best for our home since we have 3 active young boys who run around all over the place. The installers that came were very entertaining and friendly to my kids as they watched intently on how they installed everything. They did a wonderful job and took their time to make sure everything lined up perfectly. Its been a few months since they installed our flooring and we are still in love with this floor. When we want to install new carpeting, we will definitely be looking into the House of Flooring again!

They did an awesome job on our basement flooring. We worked with Lorri and she walked us through the process of picking colors and getting it all tied together. A great experience! Options were explained, accurately quoted, and price was better than we expected. We especially liked the itemized quote, which allowed us to line item veto any of the items that we were able to do ourselves (in this case, re-installing baseboards). Everybody involved was helpful, on-time, and went above and beyond. And they fixed all the squeaks in the floor!! If you check them out, ask for Lorri.

Purchased 400 sq foot of Shaw LVT from here and was I impressed! The customer service with Marcia was excellent the product was backordered but she kept us up to date on arrival and that was fantastic! Now when we’re going to spend that much we’re going to shop around and we did come to find out House of Flooring was a bit cheaper than those box stores! With better customer service,a ton more knowledge and better selection. If your looking for flooring do yourself a favor give the local business a shot, I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed!

I purchased vinyl flooring a couple of weeks ago and it was installed over the last 2 1/2days. I have to say that I love the way it turned out! I also want to say that Shawn Zarda did an excellent job. There were a lot of areas that were hard to cut and match up but he did a great job. My husband and I were looking for a seam where Shawn said there would be one and it took a few minutes to even find it. He also used some sealer in a few places that probably other installers wouldnt have. He takes pride in his work and it shows. So if you need any flooring done make sure to ask for Shawn!Thanks!Angye F.
