I reached out to your company on May 5th to have a quote done for my business opening in July. The gentleman told me he would go out the following week to measure & send me a quote. After multiple times of reaching out because he did not come out as he said he would, I finally got the quote on June 5th.Today I found out that my application for the building improvement grant missed the deadline because of lack of the quote and now I will not have the awning for my grand opening.Im very disappointed!Update: In response to your comment on my review.. I did not ask for multiple quotes. On the day the gentleman came out, he asked me what fabric I would like. I said it will depend on what the cost is. He is the one that said he would send multiple quotes. Two days after he came to my building is when I received the quotes from you. It did not take 1 month to get the quote. Do not try to turn it around on me.

Did a great job putting a cover on a trailer we are going to be using to haul pur Harley trik behind the motorhome in the winter. Not the best picture. Mirshberger trailer in Hilbert built the trailer.

Asked them to sew three canvas tarps I already had into one long piece for a leanto shade canopy. They were also supposed to repair the grommets. I unfolded it today and was very disappointed, a bunch of missing grommets and one tarp was not even seen to same width. They dont recall doing this and dont have records. Will have to search bank statements to find how much I was robbed.

Brought in a pop-up camper awning. Got it back and the awning was in the bag upside down and the velcro straps were not properly attached. Brought it back and they still had the awning in upside down. Tried to blame us that it was correct the first time and then charged us a higher fee than the original charge to get it correct. Last time I will bring anything to them.

We were very satisfied with the entire experience from the selection of the awning to the completing of the instillation. As a bonus, because it is so easy to operate we find ourselves using it far more than we anticipated. There were no surprises in the bill, and Mike and the crew did an excellent job of instillation. I cant say enough good things about Appleton Awning. Their customer service is incredible, their quality is top notch, all at a fair price. I needed a zipper replaced and had a very short timeline, they exceeded my expectations! Going forward I wont trust anyone but them to work on my tent, awnings, and zippers. If you can dream it up, they can probably do it. I will definitely be back.

I took a screen tent in to have the zippers redone. The tent is over forty years old. It has great sentimental value to my husband as it was his late grandmas. Appleton Awning did an excellent job with it. The price was very reasonable, too.
