First off you won’t find me on their service list, I chose to use someone else. Called to get an alignment done, after inspecting the steering they told me I needed a new lower ball joint on the drivers side. Saying “this must have been a bad part you replaced it with”I am very experienced with vehicles, and had replaced those lower control arms/ball joints completely about 100 miles prior and thus were MORE than ok. I got the sense they were fishing for more work to charge me for on the car, Big red flag to me. Will not name this technician out of civility.“Kou” Was the one person who seemed to know his stuff and was very informative and not pushy. He informed me that I did in fact need to replace my passenger tie rod before He could align the vehicle properly. I would recommend him if you do choose this place. Probably their best employeeThe alignment was 125$ which I’ve never in my life heard such a high price on an alignment for a small passenger vehicle.The stars I took off were for:1.trying to repair/diagnose unneeded work on vehicle.2.price of alignment is much higher than average.3.another star for trying to pull a fast one about the lower control arms. Had I been an inexperienced vehicle owner I am unsure if they would have been honest with what needed repaired.

Today I went in for alignment appointment to get another second opinion after coming from a shady dealership that wouldnt tell me why they couldnt get my car alignment. People that I know including some car mechanics recommended me to get alignments here. There was some confusion on the appointment when I first walk into the door because they couldnt find me and my service requested in their schedule book. But They were kind and caring enough to squeeze me in to inspect the suspensions before the alignment. Couldnt get the alignment because there are few of suspension components to take care first. Thank you for your caring and Ill be back for a alignment after I get some of the suspension components taken care.

Best place to align your weels. Took a dump truck in there to get Aligned. Found other problems. Very knowledgeable on what it needed.

Ive been here a few times and have had consistently good service. The shop is clean, as is the shop counter. The waiting room is comfortable and well stocked. All of the employees are friendly. The shop folks are able to explain things in laymans terms and are willing to work with the customer to arrange service appointments at dates and times that work for the customer.

These guys are amazing in their knowledge and problem solving skills. Helped me with my class b motorhome.

These guys know what they are doing. They do it right the first time and do it for a fair price. They quote you up front the price. If there are any additional issues found during the job they call you and explain it tell you a price and ask if they should take care of it. And definitely know cars!

Have an issues with the front bearings, it was tough work but they got the job done. Staffs was friendly and the co-owner took the time to drive me home and back, after my car was fixed. Highly recommend, prices are fair and job was professional done.

I want to Accurate after a friend got a estimate from Van Zeeland for $1,500 worth of suspension repairs. After inspecting the vehicle for $30 they recommended having a front wheels balanced and replacing a bent wheel on the rear. A savings of over $1,350! And more importantly honest!

We are extremely happy with our experience at Accurate! We took our vehicle to a couple of other places for repairs and Accurate is by far the best at diagnosing and fixing our older vehicle. The price was very reasonable as well. We will be bringing all of our vehicles in for work in the future!

Always excellent service here! They do great work with our vehicles! They call to tell us what they did, if anything new was found before fixing more than we had planned on, and have always had very good work done here! We appreciate their honesty when we ask if it needs to be done immediately or if it even is worth fixing (sold one for parts)! We also really appreciate that they do their best to get our vehicle in when we call as soon as they can! The overnight drop is safe and easy for early morning appts, too.

Brought 1963 Ford Falcon in to replace all front end parts.Drove car on the highway and it wondered all over the road!Have to bring it back to have this problem taken care of.Very disappointed!My driver side carpeted floor mat filthy.

In the owner’s response to my original review they claim to follow COVID-19 protocols. This is a lie. They do have a plexiglass barrier at their checkout counter, but at their checkin counter there is no plexiglass. When I was there, four employees were behind the counter without masks. Over 400,000 Americans have died from this virus and this business is not doing their part to protect the public. Shame on them. It’s important for people to know the truth.

Did very good work in a short time, had our truck back on the road quickly.. Nice and friendly staff also.

Had service done about a month ago on an old 97 F250. It needed an alignment, check the A/C, and rear wheel bearings and seals. I tried to schedule an appointment off their website, that didnt work. Then I called to see if they had gotten my request for service email, and they had. I then scheduled service via phone and it was about 3 or 4 business days out. They looked at it that day, charged the A/C and told me they couldnt get to the rest of the repairs that day and it would have to be a week later. Not due to ordering parts, just because they were busy. They did end up fixing the truck and did a great job, the scheduling portion of the experience was not great.

Accurate has always been transparent and honest with my vehicle repair and maintenance needs. This is a great family owned business.

Many shops can do a Alignment on your car or truck, but they can bend the axel itself to straighten it and finish up with a good alignment, my other favorite place is Bill Neuman, he has a shop in Medina Wisconsin, he can work on smaller vehicles, he can straighten the rear axle on your pickup truck

Told me what was needed gave me options. Fixed it on time. Mike at the service desk is awesome. 20 year old truck goes down the road like new.

Came in with bad spark in the engine. Expected I needed new wires. When I came into the shop to pick up my car. I got a bill for a lot more work than I asked / and was told I needed. The tech working on my car went over at was required to fix my car. In the end the spark plugs needed replacement, but they wanted to bill me $600 for a pressure testing the engine and other service that wasnt needed. I know the 1st thing you test when not getting a good spark is the spark plugs. They didnt even call to tell me they need to check other things on the car, they just did it expecting me to pay for it. In the end I paid 1/2 the bill because they pressured me into it. If i had to do it all over I wouldnt have paid them anything. They might get things fixed, but they will do more than is needed and this in mind mind is just as bad as not being able to fix the car.My review is old and havent come back with my car after this happened.

Quick and honest! I went in for an alignment on my truck fully expecting to pay for one and ended up being told that everything looked good and it would only be the cost of an alignment check. Most shops would have or could have said they performed an alignment and gotten away with it. Thank you Accurate!

I give them 5 stars because of their honesty alone!.....I was sure I needed new struts for my 2009 vibe along with rear brake pads.....they even ordered the struts ahead of time so that they had them on hand when I arrived. To my surprise they informed me that they were not needed at all, and just checked the alignment and replaced the very worn pads. The amount charged was probably in line with what an auto dealer would charge, but looking at the fact that they could have easily have gone ahead and did the strut replacement and I would NEVER have known the difference, but didnt, made this a REAL bargain.

Wow this place is amazing! I bought new tires and wheels from tire rack for my brand new truck and they were not balanced correctly. Brought my truck to the dealer they made it worse! Accurate fixed everything, they have employees who are smart and qualified on the equipment. Im taking everything I own here from now on when it comes to tires and wheels. They are one of those places you can trust to do it right the first time. Very very happy with them.Update:I took my newest truck here to yet again fix the poorly balanced tires and incorrect rotation by the Toyota dealership. Now that my warranty and free service is expired I will be taking my truck to Accurate for all my services. They do an amazing job and you can trust they do it right!

Theyre honest with you. If they fix something up, they they include the related diagnostic with the price. If theres just more to fix than its worth, they let you know before they diagnose every little problem. They can do conversion kits for suspensions (air ride to standard, at least) and have been straight-shooters every time Ive gone. Their prices are also very decent and comparable if not better than the places around.Definitely going back should the need arise.Also, they do pre-purchase inspections for used vehicles! If its not something thats certified, its worth a check-up before spending good money on a lemon!

We take our motorhome here and they seem to be very honest and take the time to explain everything they did and what to consider having done next ti.e around. I will definitely go back.

False advertising on radio, definitely not cheaper than a dealership

First time I had ever been to Accurate. My friend gave me a clue to come here. I usually do my own repairs but due to a work injury I had a simple oil change done by this company. They changed the oil. At the end they informed me I needed a new plug because mine had become stripped.. I laughed and said what did you do? I just replaced it 3 months ago! He than started sputtering and continued to try an convince me the plug was in bad shape. Lets just say, I wont be back.

Great place they tend to get busy so it can be hard to make an appointment sometimes. Free soda and coffee while you wait. I think they do a better job at alignments than Russ Darrow and at a reasonable price around 75 bucks. Great place for alignment on small vehicles. Not sure how their service is on bigger ones.

The right front tire on my newer dual axle horse trailer was worn bald. There was less than 4,000 miles on it. The other 3 tires had almost new tread on them. Called around for repairs and got mixed opinions or hesitation like they really didnt know how to fix this. Arranged with a repair shop close by but they dragged their feet for over a week getting back to me and finally never returned my calls. Accurate was recommended by a friend. Spoke with John Engel first and he knew what the likely cause was and explained their vast experience working on horse trailers. Set up an appointment for 3 days later. John said it would be fixed that day. The day of my repair I dealt with Kim Bangart. He explained everything thoroughly. My trailer was finished in 6 hours. Kim took his time to explain all they did and what was wrong. Accurate is a large, excellently set up, clean, professionally run facility with great customer service. I would go back there in a heartbeat. They did what they promised to do and came through when everyone else gave me the runaround and at a fair price.

They are not the cheapest place in town and by no means are the most expensive, very mid-priced but the quality of work is fantastic and the service there is great. I would highly recommend this place especially for suspension work

I scheduled an alignment for my 2013 GTR. This car is an all wheel drive higher performance car that requires a series of under trays to be removed to access suspension points. I asked the service technicians to change the oil and oil filter for my convenience and they not only did this, but extended their hours because the alignment took longer than normal. Their charges were very fair. I have four vehicles that will be getting serviced at accurate alignment. I am very careful about my vehicles with regard to detailing and maintenance and only choose the best.

Update 24 AUG 2016: As I read the owners response to me and others that are critical of his business I have changed my review to one star. He attacks the person and not his problem. He is correct on tie rod and not ball joint (it was three years and Im not a mechanic miss-spoke). The fact remains I knew the tires needed replacement broken belts which was causing the problems all I wanted was my alignment and miraculously they found the tie rods were bad. Again I hear in their Radio ads how honest they are in this instant they were dishonest and miss diagnosed the problem and to this day the only work I have had done are brakes and tires!!! So clearly they seek to take advantage of people and then try to cover it up by attacking! I will advise all I have contact with that they are not honest as their ad states.I bought alignment at an auction in which where donated by Accurate. I brought my wifes Van to them with no apparent issues and requested it aligned. It was brought over to the bay and the counter person stated the upper ball joints needed to be replaced. I told him that I have a friend that has a shop and does all my vehicle repair. He then stated that “they were just starting to go bad”. I thought that could be so I took it to my friend and he stated there was no problem with them and he even had another tech evaluate it and could find no sign of a problem. It has been over three years and still no problems. I heard their radio ad and it brought this review. I give them 2 stars for the donation but I find their radio ad a little disingenuous in my case.

I cant speak to the service quality because I never had any work done. I received a quote that was almost double other shops around town. First, they quoted me $221 for the parts. I ended up getting the exact same parts elsewhere for $170. The labor portion of the quote was $457 (approximately five hours of labor). No other shop even came close to that. The next highest shop quoted me three hours of labor. I ended up going to a shop who quoted me $180 for labor (two hours), and it ended up being even a little less than that. Ill never find out what kind of work Accurate Alignment does because with the way they quote, theyll never get my business.

I had an alignment done at a local garage. After a few thousand miles I noticed uneven tire wear. Had them check it again. It was off a tick. No charge. But then winter came and my car was fishing all over the road. Took it to Accurate. Staff and owner were friendly and professional. Toe-in was way out-of-wack on rear wheels. Accurate got it straightened out. Will definitely be back when I need service!

The person directing my call was VERY rude. Phone system automatically hung up on me. When I called back the operator was combative. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I went to Accurate to have a simple oil change on my car and was charged $48 !! My car has a 4 cylinder engine. Ive never paid more than $26 for a standard oil change before. Accurate charged $28 in labor alone. They did good work, for a simple oil change ... but WOW are they expensive !!!

Utter disappointment. Took our truck in for oil change and rear seal replacement. Had appointment and dropped it off a day early. Received a call from them AFTER NOON stating the brake line blew while it was parked overnight. Mike had no explanation and offered nothing except for an estimate, which was provided DAYS later after contacting them! Long story short... We were without our truck for over 2 weeks! We paid $1500 at pickup. (I should say they took off $25 for our troubles) to return the following day with a leaky oil filter and more issues. Noone offered even a rental or better explaination as to how this happened while in their possession. We will never go back here. Its unfortunate that they go by Accurate.

Horrible! I needed a new mechanic and was curious about their never ending radio commercials. So after reviewing their reviews on google I took a chance. I guess I found out the hard way why they have to still advertise even though they have been in business for years. You would think after many years of amazing service to customers word of mouth would have spread. Apparently not this place. I noticed a vibrating sound coming from my rear end only when then temps dropped below freezing. Took it to accurate. The mechanic took it for a test drive and informed me that there was nothing wrong. I than had to tell him AGAIN let it sit outside and get cold then take it for a drive, you will hear the vibrating sound. He got back to me a couple hours later and yes he did this time notice the sound. Sounding like and experienced team yet? lol Kue was unfortunately the mechanic assigned to my vehicle. He said my options were limited but not limited to replacing the entire back axle of the vehicle. Thousands of dollars to fix the vibrating? I pressed on. What else could I do I asked? He than said well we can try to change out the fluid in the gears. I said lets try that first. Thats what we did and now I have no problems. Why wouldnt he have suggested that first? Why couldnt they diagnose this from the beginning? Staff that is either trained to replace many parts or just simply untrained all together. But dont bring this to the attention of the old man you hear on the radio. He always will have an excuse. You as the customer are in the wrong. A good business practice dont you think. I guess thats why he needs radio time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

TERRIBLE!!!! I thought for a couple years that this place was a GREAT shop. Boy I was wrong....Where to begin...I had what I thought was pretty good service at this place for a couple years until I needed my exhaust fixed. I took it to accurate and they said there is nothing we can do but replace to entire system. I got a second opinion. The exhaust shop in Green Bay said we can just weld a new section of pipe onto the existing pipe for 50 dollars. A 400 hundred dollar savings. Over a year later no problems with the exhaust. The year previous I had a different vehicle with same exhaust problems and unfortunately took it to accurate. I figured these guys know what they are doing. So I went with what they suggested. Brand new exhaust. Costed me another 400 dollars and at the end of it all the tail pipe wasnt level. It was mounted at a 45 degree angle. Didnt complain just went with it, another red flag. I had a clunking sound coming from front end when I hit bumps. Accurate said it needed new shocks and struts for the front end and new shocks for the back. Since it was a Toyota 4 runner, it was all interconnected. Did that unfortunately. Found out later it was something completely different. At the end of my service the rattling wasnt fixed. Took it to a new shop and had it fixed relatively cheap. When I inspected the new shock/struts combo I realized there was a lot of rust and scratches on the new parts. I complained about that to Accurate and they replaced with new parts. Upon the owner picking me up he had questions about why I felt the needed to have the parts exchanged,. He then tried to make me feel as if I was at fault for demanding new parts even though the original problem hadnt been fixed in the first place (rattling). I am so glad I found a new mechanic for the work on my vehicle. This place is looking to replace everything on your vehicle instead of fixing the problem correctly. I love how you cant review all 18 reviews now for some reason. Dont be fooled by the old man. Take it anywhere else but this shack.

Accurate Alignment is the place to go, the first time!These guys have a great reputation and get the job done, no foolin around. They know what theyre doing and are a pleasure to work with. You will go in as a friend and leave as a friend. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the work they have done for me.I will never hesitate to schedule alignment and other services on my vehicles at Accurate Alignment.They recently investigated a problem that I had been having with my 2007 Chrysler Crossfire, identified the problem on my first visit and provided me corrective action for this problem that I could take care of myself, without incurring any additional cost. AND, the problem was NOT easy to find. They hit the nail on-the-head the first time.

Went to three different desks to see if they could trouble shoot a problem and only charge me if they found the problem. The first two sent me on to the next and the third tried but I told him I was sent to him by the others already. They wanted to get paid for no results. But at least they told me first.

Awful experience with terrible customer service and incompetence.After a 3 year ordeal with this place, I proved they tried to replace a non faulty part that I was charged for anyway. Spent over $1100 to not fix a simple issue. These people have no diagnoses skills whatsoever and try to just throw parts at the problem. When confronted by a customer that actually knows about vehicles, they squirm and babble and backtrack. The service advisor has an awful attitude and no people skills. On top of that, no identifiable vehicle service training or education. Accurate, like many other shops has prayed on old people and the un-informed for far too long and made a ton of money from simple people who say yep, ok, just fix it. Their business model, like so many other industries these days, is to make the most money they possibly can while providing the least amount of service or having the lowest overhead possible, by any and all means necessary. This, of course, means you, the customer get the shaft and Im assuming their employees get a raw deal as well. Youll also notice fox news is the only thing allowed on the tvs, that should tell you something...

There is no comparisons to the service , assistance, and or getting the job done right at a fair price. They are the professionals!

They are a 5-Star operation. I gave them 4 stars because I feel there is always room for improvement. That said, if you care about what happens to the vehicle you drive when taken to a shop, this is the place to bring your ride. Dennis (owner) has always been a gentleman--he even drove me home while my 1997 Chevy Lumina was being worked on. Folks, this is not something you see a lot in the Valley (or anywhere) much any more. My point is that I brought in a vehicle that wasnt any kind of prize or big pay day for Dennis business, but he still took care of me. The staff is also highly skilled. Ku has helped me over the phone with servicing questions (i.e. engine light stuff, whether or not I should work on issue on my own, etc.). I know that Dennis looks for skilled technicians to work for him; he does not take on anyone who has nothing to offer. His technicians are educated and experienced. Ive been impressed with the work done on my vehicles, and I highly recommend Accurate Alignment for anyone who needs quality work done on a vehicle regardless of its sticker price.

Went in for an alignment and one of the tires had a small leak. Waited two hours for them to tell me that my truck needs an upper ball joint and a drag link replaced.All steering components had been replaced a year and a half before my visit. They didnt bring me into the shop to see it for myself.Waited another hour for them to repair the tire leak. Charged $24.44 to take wheel off. $17 to balance. $20 to take nail out. $21 for wheel weights. $5 for a patch. And charged $24.44 to check the steering parts.Well, I work on vehicles and I know what parts are bad when they are bad. I just needed an alignment which I dont have access to, so I bring it to have done.So I was charged too much to have a small tire air leak repaired.
