Excellent job. Alex pointed out and fixed the screw ups that Safelite employee Lars Larson did 10 years ago unbeknownst to me. Alex was very professional and courteous. Safelite is very lucky to have a employee like him. The experience was 5 star quality. Thanks.

Tried calling to talk with someone. No one ever answers the phone. How can we get a hold of a real person instead of a voice prompt that hangs up on potential customers. Does management like turning away business?So tried to use this business, but could not.Mrs C.

Replaced my windshield after the first was damaged during transport and had to reschedule for a week later. Tech showed up and finished within 30min.Had a drop of black caulking in the driveway, cutting from a caulk tube nozzle in the driveway, the inside trim around windshield was beat up (not terrible), wire for the review mirror had a plastic cover to hide the wire and was not replaced, sockets from a socket set were at the end of the driveway, dust or rag lint in front of Vin number window, Vin number window not centered on Vin number.

I had a large crack in my windshield from a rock that was thrown at me from a big truck on the highway. I set up an appointment online and arrived at my time. I was greeted and taken in immediately. My windshield was replaced in seems like no time. Customer service was great. They took good care of me. I waited in the lobby because it was my only vehicle.

Service was good they got my car done fast even tho they told me it would take 3 hours to do a windshield and a recalibration it was done in only an hour and so far so good. Fyi I had to be at the physical location due to them needing to recalibrate my cameras.

Delayed 2 weeks for the window then wouldnt install due to a part replaced part same day then they refunded me money without authorization (thusdelaying me another week 3 total) or notice two with they did a second time utterly making my bank statement a mess to say the least thwn not convinced they didnt break the wiper assemblyAnd customer service was abysmal to say the least

Great service. Reasonable prices. Kept me in the loop as to the difficulties with replacement of my windshield due to circumstances beyond their control... plastic surrounding parts that may break because of cars age. Got done 45 minutes sooner than anticipated. Great experience overall!

My windshield cracked. 9. It needed replaced. It was an easy process and contact free. I pre entered my payment method in advance, brought in my car the day of service, and left it there. They called when it was finished, which was when my card was charged. The did a professional job. Im pleased. It was expensive, but windshield are not cheaply made for their purpose. That cost is to be expected.

Zero stars is more like it..After waiting for about 2 weeks to get my windshield replaced on a Saturday I received a phone call 5 min b4 they were to arrive that they didnt get my windshield. So instead of giving me a heads up a few days b4 about it so i didnt have to cancel weekend plans they decided to call on Saturday morning. Then they wanted to reschedule the monday after but wouldnt accommodate a time for me because they needed a window of time not a certain time. So it was going to be another week b4 a could get it done because i had a busy schedule. I finally decided to call tri city glass to see if they could help me. They not only confirmed a time with me they did it the next day and earlier than i expected. Would totally recommend tri city glass over safelite. They were very accommodating. Safelite is way less personable i guess cause theyre too big to fail!!

Had excellent friendly service! I love that it was able to be done while I was at work. I had to get a completely new windshield and it was installed perfectly, it’s so clear and clean! I was also given a discount for a promo code I had forgotten to use online but $50 was taken off my bill anyways. I really appreciated the effort and kindness!!

If I could give them a zero star review I would they got here at 12 oclock it is now 3 he is using a sawzaw on the windshield were missing a tool and scratched the front fender of the truck would not recommend and the guy is very cokey

Absolute nightmare. After breaking my antenna I had to bring ot to a dealer to be fixed. While watching the tech try to drill out the threads the bit broke and he slammed the drill into the hood. I then watched him put two very distinct dents in my driver door when he flung the door open in frustration and haste. The seal across the top is wavy, shows gaps and is bulged in the center. The worst. If I could give it less than one star I would give it -5 stars. Horrible. BEWARE!

Had install done on Friday, its Monday when Im writing this review after two contacts with Safelite already. Hows this for a review?! Windshield rattling and wind noise besides. Reason for 1 star review is youd think if they messed up an install, they would have somebody out right away to fix their mistake but not true, wont have anyone for two more days even. Already contacted Allstate and informed them if anything should happen, with my safety or other drivers safety on the road, they are fully aware of where the responsibility will lie. (Install was done under the last name Cahill if you want to call and make this right asap. Please dont bother with a written response as with the other reviews, Ive already tried to get immediate action from your company.)

I really needed to discuss a repair with someone. It was not possible to speak to a human. I just get directed to use the web. Their online quote was $50 higher than Tri-City which Ive used countless times in the past.

Our window was cracked on the freeway while we were on vacation. Safelite came to were we were to fix it. The technician showed up when he said he would.He was very thorough and careful with the removal of our window and with the installation of the new one. He was friendly but focused. I appreciated his professionalism.

Cannot say enough about my experience with Safelight. Need a special request to schedule and they accommodated my request with no complaining. Adam showed up on time with a smile on his face and did a great job replacing the damaged piece of glass. Highly recommend!

Your quote is over charing me $300+ for a windshield replacement (quoted me at $525). Iv found a local company that will charge me $220 total for the new windshield plus the install. Lower your insane prices and then I would reccomend you to friends and family if ever in need.Before going to this nationwide store. Look for local shops that wont charge you their crazy stupid prices...

I had a great experience here! They did good work and were very friendly. They were even so kind as to drop me off down the street at my house so I could work from home while they worked on my rear windshield. Definitely recommend!

It was so easy and fast! I could make my appointment online and they even checked with my insurance in the online process. There updates and reminders. The installer came put to my work and did everything there. Very painless. And bonus, he vacuumed the front seat and cleaned the inside of the door windows. Above expectations. Not a huge fan. I guess I had different expectations. They put resin in the crack to stop it spreading but in the process it spread a little farther and you can still see the crack.

Local shop but no local number. Got transferred to a call center in India when I called their number. Also very expensive compared to other places around. Do yourself a favor and go with a local company and not these corporate clowns.

My husband called to get our windshield fixed this morning as he hit a turkey on the highway. They told him they couldn’t fix it until Monday. What?! Your company claims to fix in the same day within hours. We have tickets for the resch center tonight and now have to find another vehicle to take because ours is illegal to drive. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper and you should remove your commercials and ads that claim you can fix the same day when clearly you cannot! 😡😡

My new car had been hit by something and had a crack creeping its way across the windshield. I checked on-line and found Safelite Autoglass. I was able to make an appointment on-line for the next day. Chris called and gave us a time he would be arriving. He was very prompt, went right to work and changed my windshield in no time at all. He was very pleasant to talk with. The price was fair. I will definitely use Safelite Autoglass again if I need to. I highly recommend them to anyone need glass repairs. Overpriced, poor service, absolutely horrible schedule

I was very impressed with my experience at Safelite! Yesterday something hit my windshield and it was a small crack but I could tell it was going to get much worse over time. I called that evening to schedule an appointment and the agent I spoke with, Joshua, was very friendly over the phone. Asked a few questions about the damage, explained all my options and the price differences, even found a discount since I have Allstate (who doesnt like saving money!). He told me the address, gave me a price, emailed the confirmation and told me exactly what to expect during the appointment. He was able to get an appointment first thing the next day. The appointment only took 20 minutes, the quality of work was excellent and Chris was great to work with at the Appleton location. I hope to never need glass repair/replacement in the future, but if I do I will certainly be returning to Safelite.

My car was taken in right at the scheduled time. They had coffee and wifi while I waited. My car was vacuumed and I was really happy with the windshield replacement.

I could not have been more satisfied. The young man who helped us was very prompt, professional, very skilled and a gentleman. Kudos to Safelite in Appleton.
