I had a great experience with Jeff purchasing my Alumacraft. I live in Michigan and wasnt able to see the boat in person or pick it up, but Jeff was able to send all the information I requested and delivered the boat to the ferry to be shipped over. The boat arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described. They went the extra mile and made it happen.

We stopped in here today to look for Helmets and Bike Jackets. This is our first time coming here.. It was nice, clean and big. Thats the only good thing about this place. We literally walked around the whole building 4 or more times, Not one of the guys that was working stopped us to ask if we had any questions. And none of them were wearing their masks correctly. Im glad we didnt spend our money in this place, wont be going back.

Boyfriend was very happy with the purchase he made here. We came from Central Illinois to purchase a Can Am Ryker Motorcycle. We were in and out within a hour. We had issues with our uhaul trailer and being able to load the motorcycle and our salesman went above and beyond to help accommodate us with getting the bike loaded. We were able to make it back to Central Illinois safely with no issues.

These guys are great. I ordered a snowmobile helmet on eBay. They shipped it out that day and I got it a couple days later. It was too small. I sent it back and they promptly exchanged it for the proper size. Worked with Eathan in parts and accessories. He was very helpful with the exchange process. Ecklund MotorSports has it figured out and they fully understand costumer service. “Listen to the Customers’ needs and then provide solutions”I am from another state shaped like a mitten and the folks at Ecklund MotorSports didn’t know me from Adam and they treated me like a well-known local walking in off the streets to place an order. The staff provided information, pricing, etc. on the parts needed and I placed the order. Further through conversations with another staff member (Eathan) and the service manager (Jason) on a particular issue I was experiencing, Ecklund MotorSports fully refunded my order and started working with BRP to resolve the issue and cost associated. From this point on communication began thru email, text messages and within a few days, a resolution. I can’t say enough about these guys. I could not even get my local dealer that I purchased the sled from to address or to give me the time of day to discuss the problem.Ps. After telling the wife about this I was surprised to find out we are repeat customers at Ecklund MotorSports not even knowing it. She had purchased my Klim gear from them because they were so helpful when she called and everything needed was in stock

We went in looking for a specific product and found what we were looking for. The sales staff let us look until it was apparent we had zeroed in on something then they were extremely helpful without driving a sale. Poor customer experience at the Appleton location. Took my sled there, it sat outside in the rain for a week before they looked at it. Granted, they told me it would be a week, but do the sleds really need to sit outside? The part being repaired was fixed only 4 rides earlier...I might change my review if they come through and make me happy again by covering this. Also, when you call the store nobody answers, especially if you actually use the options given to you in the menu, aggravating.

We were looking for snow gear for our son for Christmas, he was kind enough to show us all the sale racks and took the time to explain the different options we had. This shop was a bit short on selection. They only had three new streetfighter style bikes on the floor, and a handful of used sport-touring. There were no sport bikes new or used. Prices looked as if there was a lot of room for negotiation, and not price to move quickly. Docked a star because they put an Ecklund Motorsports decal on the fairing of each bike they were selling. No respect for the machine!

Every time I go there is talked to Brad service manager, he is awesome at his job and know exactly what he is talking about. I have been to other places and they try to sell you on services you dont need. Not this guy. I trust him with everything I bring in. By far the best one to go to when you need something done. I highly recommend him to all my friends.

Do NOT buy from Ecklund Motorpsorts of Appleton Wisconsin. They have horrible business ethics and will not protect or do right by their customers. Read on if you want the details….Last spring I encouraged a good friend of mine that lives 6hrs from the dealer to spring order his new Ski-Doo through them. And the order process went smooth, Jeff Gauthier even came in on a Sunday to get the order processed before the deadline. Unfortunately, when the sled arrived in the fall, things took a drastic turn for the worse and the true colors of Ecklund Motorsports came through. Given that my friend lives several hours away, he was doing most of his correspondence with the dealer through Email. This is not at all unusual in this day and age, but it turns out the Ecklund’s email server was hacked, which we verified this through the help of an IT forensics expert, and my friend was asked to wire the money instead of mailing a cashier’s check. My friend complied, and the money went to a bank account in Nigeria!Ecklund’s has refused to do the right thing for the customer and he is now out $15K thanks to their lack of IT security and more importantly business ethics! They have since blocked my ability to leave a review on their Facebook page and will likely take this down, which just further demonstrates how unethical this business is. Horrible maintenance!. Paid $1000 to have ATV tuned up and repair. Nothing was done. No grease, no tightening of chains. No change of spark plugs. Took back and showed them nothing was done. They offered to fix the situation and rebuild carburetor. Just found out that wasnt even done. Running carburetor cleaner through it is not rebuilding it. Lied each time we spoke! Will never do business with this company again!

I hate going here. Ive been here 3 times now and they have gone as such: The first time in I got lucky and somebody was walking by the door as I walked in so I was helped right away and he showed me the jet ski I was interested in and provided basic details about it, nothing expert level. The second time I went in looking to buy and had to go find an employee myself after wandering around for 15 minutes, just poor customer service. And the last time I went was to look into trading in my current ski for the performance $15,000 model and not a single one of the 3 employees bothered to even look at me during this time. I was there for 25 minutes and finally just grabbed a fire extinguisher that I needed and walked up to one and said I wanted to check out. Their customer service is about the worst Ive ever experienced. Would not recommend to anybody looking to buy.

I purchased a Sea Doo PWC from Larry B. There were a few bumps along the way, but Larry was very good about returning my calls and email.The price at this dealership was much lower than my local dealership and they delivered it almost 2 hrs one way for a very reasonable fee. My only complaint was that they brought it on a trailer without a cover. I had to clean off several dead bugs and dirt. Fortunately, during the cleaning process, I was able to do a thorough inspection and I discovered ~5 small areas of damage. The delivery driver (Adam) was VERY patient and helpful. He took pictures of all the damage and sent it to Jeff the sales manager. Jeff called me back directly and offered a satisfactory solution. I contacted a local dealership and they also deliver without a cover, so I didnt take off for that. However, I firmly believe as a service to customers, they should retain a few covers to protect a $11,000+ machine during transport. Or, at the very least, let customers know it will come without a cover if they dont buy one. I would do business with this dealership again.

Paid $1000 to have a complete service and inspection on my snowmobile. I realize a bit pricey at $122 per hour but willing to pay the price for the sake of convenience. Put 350 miles on the sled this season and did a quick glance myself at bogey wheel bearings and noticed atleast a half dozen bearings that are noisy and/or tight. Did they even look at them? Cant tell me that all those bearings went bad in 350 miles after leaving their shop. And if they were bad why werent they brought to my attention? Why did I pay all that money just to have to go back and do it all again. Never going back here for service again or recommending to anyone else!

My Spyder RT has been there for 5 weeks now. Out of this summer its been in the shop 50%. Mostly sitting waiting for someone to work on it. Update: Had the bike in for annual service end of August. Had to take back because of oil leak from drain plug. It seems like every time they work on it I find missing screws, damaged parts, etc. I will say this: There was no charge for (Hopefully) fixing the oil leak. But to have to take it back and wait. Thats a half day of my life wasted.

I cant say enough about the quality of service Ive received from Ecklund throughout the years. Even though my first cruiser wasnt purchased there, they still treated like I did. Especially Brad (Chachi).Heres how (one of many times) Brad COMPLETELY EXCEEDED my customer expectations.....I came in on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, 3pm. I had a road trip planned but threads showing on my rear tire....My trip wasnt going to happen and I accepted that, I was there just to drop it off and have it replaced after the weekend....Brad knew of my trip from a previous visit...Brad wasnt going to let my trip get ruined..He not only got the tire....But had it installed right away!!!!Not many people would care about my problem when they had plans of their own for the weekend...But Brad cared about mine..That type of customer service & dedication does NOT grow on trees.. Because of him I keep going back!!Thank you Brad & everyone at Ecklund!!
