UPDATED REVIEW:We had a bad experience but they made us whole in the end and took care of us. I am satisfied. We dont mind shopping there again, but will be sure to be on guard against any misunderstanding in the future.If youre curious about our unusual experience, continue reading. But I dont believe this is the norm.HERES THE STORY IN THE ORIGINAL REVIEW:We added my wife to verizon to take advantage of a promotion. When she had finished, I told the associates I love my phone, its paid off, no issues, BUT if I could get the same trade in and rebate promotion, Id take the deal.An associate mistakenly promised me the deal too. I waited a week for my phone to come in. When I arrived to pick up they refused to release my phone because my first name was different than the official account name. Because my first name didnt match the account name, they told me to call Tech Support and come back later. Hours later, after tech support helped us, we confirmed our device was there. We returned and used the name reflecting the account.After that, we noticed our bill for that phone went up quite a bit.We also were not properly coached on how to redeem our rebate. And due to unclear wording, I did not know my phone was not eligible for the rebate, which is why I bought it. Protection plans were added on that I specifically refused at time of ordering. I had been on and off the phone with tech support to learn all of this. I wish the associates were more clear.UPDATE:The manager assured me she has spoken to her team about this experience and will work hard to be more clear with their promotions.Again, we have been taken care of and made whole. Just as a customer, ask a lot of questions!

I was having some issues with my phone settings. Even though i was there only customer,i did not get the my issues resolved.I felt like the employee was not willing to spend the time to take a look at my phone.she made me feel like i was bothering her. Rude.

I have been to this store 4 times this month. Once to help get my mom a new phone and the other times to get my son a phone , set it up and change my plan. Each time I have been greeted as soon as I walk in. Each employee Ive worked with (including the manager) has been beyond nice, very helpful, understanding, patient and most important not pushy or trying to up sell me or my mom. I drive all the way from Riverside to this store because they are so nice there its worth the drive..... I will continue to use this as my store for any and all my cell phone needs!!!!

I went in switching my plan from T Mobile to Verizon. I was offered a special promo deal that involved purchasing the LG Velvet but the promo wouldnt be applied to my account till 2-3 months down the road. Well 3 months down the road and come to find out they lied about it. The promotion, which was a 300 dollar switching gift card / or amount off my phone simply doesnt exist. Not even Verizon support is able to help me. At the end of the day they will lie to you looking to sell you an expensive phone. I suggest avoiding this location like the plague or go directly through the Verizon website and engage with their promotions there. Do not trust what they have to say, demand proof and see the promotion first hand through their website.

The only negative thing I would have to say is, that after I placed my order and returned to pick it up no information was given for the promotions that were added to the transaction. A big reason I actually choose to get the brand new galaxy. I had to physically go back into the store to get information and no one knew any details regarding the promotions. Other wise it was great even with a long line the first two times it went super quick.

Horrible customer service! I returned something to them and it was charged to my account. I was told it would be removed from my account in 1-2 billing cycles. Some how it got lost. Funny how when I was in the same store something similar happened to another couple. Dont go there.

Just as we were about to give up hope, Farrah was able to save the day and recover data out of an old broken phone and get us set up with new ones. We came in to the store to set up my husbands new phone and my daughter’s phone and Naomi was great. She was alone handling 2-3 customer’s at a time and did a great job. She was courteous, friendly and very helpful. She went above and beyond trying to keep all the customers waiting posted on wait time all while giving great customer service!! Very satisfied!!

I had an excellent experience with my sales agent, Richard. He set up both of my phones and gave me some cool tips.

Horrible!!! Mr. Richard A. Told me he could help me qnd after waiting for 45 minutes in the store say theres nothing he can do that everything im requesting is to be done at home. He then proceeds to argue with me saying hed didnt sya stuff and theres nothing he can do. I reccomend not talking to Richard if going to this verizon. Very poor service!!!

Why do I get a message that the mail box is full when I call during business hours. Clean out your inbox. Tried getting my phone fixed the other day. After a half hour, he couldnt fix it. ToldMe to call tech support. My phone is insured, perhaps he should have done it got me. Tried tech support numerous problems getting through.

Took a chance and walked in to finally upgrade my phone. It was a smaller store than Im use to but we were greeted right away. Very friendly associate from beginning to end. Upgraded 2 of our phones and our hum. Very happy.

Ughhhh...what can I ...ummm they hire unqualified kids. Really who wants to deal with someone who acts like a teenager. Was super disappointed in the manager. What ever happened to the customer is always right. Everytime I walk in the staff is always on thier phones and treat you like you are bothering them. Close this store. They dont deserve jobs.

He has spent several hours assisting me in servicing my replacement phone and helping me set up my account s on both my cell phone and my new tablet. He has gone above and beyond in all aspects of assisting me, as my knowledge is limited. He has proven to be very patient and knowledge able in all areas.

Purchased a LIFETIME screen protector a year ago. They were supposed to fix my screen protector anytime for free in the store. The screen protector provider changed their policy and now it costs 6.95 for shipping after you get your screen protector in the mail then you can make another trip to the store and they will install it for you. This isnt what they sold me and refuse to stand behind what they sold passing the buck to the screen protector company. And then tell you in the typical passive aggressive way Have a Blessed day after they provided no help what so ever. Be aware this store is NOT a Verizon store its a front for another company that works for Verizon and has much less capability to solve your problems!

Excellent help here. Not once did I get pressured to buy something I didnt need. When I had to cancel a line they called Verizon for me and walked me through (using their phone) what needed to be done. Insane service. If you have to do anything with Verizon - come here. My coworker had a very similar experience here as well. A+ service. Cant be beat.

Weve been going to this Verizon reseller since 2008, and even after a brief closure around 2010 (and since returning), weve been loyal to buying phones here. Every time our equipment agreement was due, wed update at this location because of their good service- that is until our most recent experience.On this time around, we had already placed an equipment order and we were notified it arrived at this store. From the time the representative started the transaction it was an hour to activate one iPhone. No transfer of files (nor was it offered), no real care to help either. She didnt even offer to verify that the new phone was able to sign into iCloud. No matter, just grateful just to get the phone activated. It was a feeling of receiving the least amount of service as possible, that me being in the store was an inconvenience to this employee. No explanation of charges prior to completing the sale, and when I asked her about a line item charge on the receipt, no meaningful feedback other than it was a customary charge. I wouldve had a better experience if I could activate through a kiosk.

HORRIBLE experience here. Assistant manager frankly LIED to me. He told me I HAD to buy accessory bundles with each phone deal I was getting. For three phones, it was a total of $300, plus tax. They have you sign a little screen without showing you any paperwork or explaining any charges, so you dont know what you paid for until it is too late. When I found out from another store I didnt HAVE to buy the accessory bundles, this store gave me a terrible time about returning them, even though unopened. They never did give me the full amount back. Lesson learned. ALWAYS go to corporate stores, even if you have to wait longer for service. Retail stores are much more likely to RIP YOU OFF!

I patronize this location, because it is closer to my home. The staff are always helpful & customer service counts, for staff are always polite. When I have to deal with a corporate location, they are extremely rude, because I do most of my business with an authorized retailer. *not a real Verizon store.*

I would not purchase from this dealer. They make promises that they cant keep. Understand you are not purchasing from Verizon but a sub of Verizon and Verizon itself will not back a Diamond Wireless dealer. Its so bad that when Verizon finds out your issue is with these guys they wont do anything for you. Buyer beware with Verizon and Diamond Wireless.
