I’ve heard of this place a few years ago. I used them then and the tech stated nothing was wrong with my alignment. Yesterday, I took the same vehicle into to them because I knew my car needed the alignment done. They were already busy and it was only 8:15am. The older gentleman told me it would be a few hours before my vehicle would be done. Sure enough around 10am they called me saying it was ready for pick up. All around These guys are professional with the service they provide. I would definitely go back here.

I absolutely love this place! Just moved down here and I will always go here from now on. Andy has always made sure I’ve been taken care of and this shop always does it fast.They’ve done a lot of stuff on my car, even when I broke down I took it here, Andy helped me out and got my car out the next day. They fixed everything, etc, and still gave me a good deal.I had called another shop and they wanted to charge 3x the amount and didn’t even want to do everything Road Runner did.From now on my car will only come here. If you have any doubts, forget them. Come here to get everything you can done, these guys are absolutely the best!!!!!!!When I was there, another women getting service from them let me know that they were great, reliable, and affordable. These guys are honest and will help you out. 3 shops recommended me to them.

Took my car in for smog check and the mechanic took my keys and dmv slip and told me to wait in the lobby. 10 mins later another customer walks in, another mechanic did his paperwork and started smogging his car. I was like, really??? I was here first. So I grabbed my car and drove off, will never return to this place

This place is the best!!I went in to ask a question about a noice my car was making and they knew exactly what is was. It was such an easy fix for them they didn’t even charge me!!! Very professional and kind!! Will go back for all issues I may have in the future!!Thank you!!

Everyone there is kind and work hard. I went to get a smoking check. As soon as I got out of my car there was jesus and he got my car in and checkedand smoged in about 20 minutes. I also had a great conversation with the young man behind the counter about Dodger baseball. I will be taking my car back to get the brakes done. ❤

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. As a woman it’s very hard to find a place that is genuinely trying to help you and not just steal your money. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. When I asked a simple and logical question about the work that was being done on my vehicle I was told I was just ‘in my emotions’. The work that gets done here is repugnant and I highly recommend going somewhere that will at least respect you enough to do the job they promise customers.

Great place to get your car fixed

Theyre pretty much always busy so an appointment is necessary, but theyre worth it. The service is excellent and the prices fair. Theyve been my car guys for the last decade.

The men that work there are polite and friendly ( Andy). Their prices for service are affordable. They have your car ready in a timely manner. They provide most services for your car repairs.

Its hard to find an honest shop especially here in the high desert .I know enough About cars to not be ripped off anymore . I learned the hard way. I know there is a few things wrong with my car ,but the main thing I need alignment . In order to drive straight I would have steering wheel pointed at 3 oclock. And there was alot of play within the steering wheel. After day alignment it was back to 12 oclock to go straight . there was even little to no play in the steering wheel. exactly what I wanted wanted. Then when I go to pay. He tells me they did an inspection wile they were there. They told me there are other things wrong with the car they gave me a list of the things that was wrong from the order of importance . And did not try and sell another job. Right there is when the won my business. Will be returning with my another cars. For work

Our work van started having a issue the other day while we were out and our first thought was where can we bring it since our previous mechanic we used all the time retired. Well I called a friend and she recommended Road Runner. So we brought it there. I have to say this place is great, trustworthy and honest. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by the end of the very same day we brought it in. Also the price they charged was great. The workers are all friendly and knowledgeable. I would just like to say these guys helped me with brakes, rotors and pads and charged me a minimal price and even changed my oil as an added bonus. Brakes are working great. I had another problem with my van and the alarm system. It became ultra sensitive for some reason and I got panicked and began to get upset with them over the issue. Throughout it all they were highly professional, and walked me through the actual problem. Despite my difficult attitude they never wavered on there commitment to me or my vehicle. Jesus the man in charge at this place looked into the problem himself, adjusted the alarm, and didnt charge me a dime for it even though it took some time to get to the bottom of it. It is so refreshing to find top quality, and low cost in one shop. This is Rocky posting this message I am a customer that has been won over by these guys, they are top notch. Someone I know recommended Road Runner. I tried them because the other shop I was taking my automobiles was ripping me off. Ive used Road Runner ever since. They are several miles from where I live, but it is worth it. They are honest, priced right, and Ive never had a problem with any of the work they have done. Id hadnt been there in over a year and when I brought one of my automobiles in, the owner was asking me how my other cars are. Odd, maybe, but he remembered! If you want a honest place for auto repairs. I recommend Road Runner.

Trustworthy and honest. Ive been taking my cars here for years from a coworkers recommendation and hes always straightforward. He even told me when my last car had a really bad prognosis and didnt even charge me for the diagnostics (just encouraged me to get a new one but gave options if I wanted to save it). I work nearby and theyve even picked me up and dropped me off when needed. Great little place

Helpful, professional, and honest.I thought I needed an alignment, but they test drove the car and said it wasnt necessary. After rotating the tires, the issue improved. They couldve easily charged me for an alignment but were honest.

Fair pricing. The mechanics are friendly and do good work.

I have taken my vehicle here several times. The prices were good, but the service was on the bad side of so-so.I dropped my vehicles off for simple service (oil change, tire rotation, and in one case a smog) and each time they exceeded the quote time substantially. I was once told an hour, only to return in an hour and be told it would be another hour. My vehicle hadnt even moved from the spot!Today was the last straw. I called Thursday afternoon to ask to have my vehicle scheduled for service at 8am the coming Friday. Told me to come on down at 8 and it wouldnt be a problem. I arrived at 7:55am only to be told it would be at least an hour before they would service my vehicle. I was told matter-of-factly that there were customers who arrived before me this morning and they would be helped first. When I protested that I had made an appointment, they did not budge.I run a busy schedule and my time is valuable. By refusing to honor an appointment and repeatedly giving out substantially inaccurate quote times for work to be completed they have shown they they do not value my time or my business.These guys cant professionally handle something as simple as an oil change. I certainly wouldnt trust them with more substantial repairs.

Took the car in for a few issues and an alignment. Not only was the alignment taken care of but one of the other two issues was fixed while inspecting it with no extra charges. Third issue was diagnosed and I for sure will be a return customer! Excellent communication! Listened to my concerns and fixed it right the first time.

They hung up on me in the middle of getting a quote for having rotors turned. I tried calling back several times and had a feeling they were screening my calls, so I called from my wifes phone. They picked up the first ring. I am amazed at the petty-ness from this place, especially after I was already going to spend $800+ here for a clutch replacement I got quoted previously.

Walked up & was instantly greeted, asked how I could be helped & given a quote. Then invited to sit inside the air-conditioned office while I waited.
