Brody was a service man who was very helpful. He went way beyond what was normal to help us out. We really appreciated all his help.

Customer service was not good and they forgot to call me when my car was ready. When I asked he stated your car been ready, ok when was youll gonna tell me?

Customer service was below average. Employees have a attitude like Im bothering them. I tried to find out about my car battery and there were literally like 7 people in the auto shop standing around talking and doing nothing. I guess you get what you pay for by coming here.

Not even sure where to begin.Walmarts across the board are just plain bad. Employees walk around and avoid customers. They do not ask if help is needed.Went to get an oil change. Only one tech was at work that day. Went to another Walmart to discover that service center was closed. Asked that associate if a different location was open and she said yes. The location inquired about doesnt even have a service department! Drove all that way to find out the hard way. Customer service is dead.

They never answer the phones, and if you do go in to talk to them,they are extremely rude. I wont take my car there ever again.

Very fast service very professional and I appreciate it very quickly I get the guys at 5 stars because they came in and told me if there is any issues they didnt charge me for something I thought I might need and they were very honest with me and I will definitely take my car back there when I recommend anybody else took their car back to Walmart auto center in Apple Valley thanks guys

Recently got my oil change done noticed few cars and a couple guys standing around. employ named paul and sam came and helped me and my husband quick. Paul seemed young but I noticed that he new his stuff, Sam made sure to not oil me car with plastic and paul made the other add ons to the oil change clear, he worked on my car and checked me out. great place and employes !!!

I came to the Walmart auto care center on a Wednesday morning at about 7:15. I was the only one here. Larry and Manny were both very helpful and friendly and had me out the door in about 30 minutes. Great service. Thank you guys. 👍

Im not so sure about the tires. They dont last long distances. Also one of the workers tried to keep my tire even tho it clearly says KEEP for customer. Shady. Hire better workers.

I have gotten oil changes at this location twice and twice I’ve had oil leaking from my car. Also bought some Good Year tires and one of them was installed incorrectly, it was a directional tire. Really poor service and attention to detail. Last, it takes way too long to get service done. Pay more money and have it done right.

Worst Walmart auto experience Ive ever had. Employee refused to find my tires even though I called prior and verified they were in. If I hadnt found 2 emails verifying my tires came in, I would have been turned away much to their satisfaction. I witnessed other customers receive the same lack of service as if it were an attempt to chase away business and make their day easier. Employees too busy to answer my questions but could reply they weren’t on shift right now. Then I was told to purchase my items up front and walk across the store with bags unnecessarily. Another employee came back to auto to buy a product from the auto register, and joked snd whispered about the free & discounted price making me believe dishonesty was taking place, and when the gruff voiced middle aged woman noticed me, she forgot what she was talking about and trailed off with whispers of being tired as she took her product out the back door. Rudest auto center employees ever!

No one answers the phone there. Ive called multiple times, and not once have they answered.

They were understaffed so I waited for 4 hours for one tire after they told me 1. Tire was a good deal. I wanted to keep the old tire for a garden planter that the kids could paint but they forgot, I was so tired of waiting that I didnt mention it.

Prices are unbeatable! The only issue is the wait can be really really long! Good to get your shopping done while you wait.

Went to Walmart to have the oil changed in my 2007 Toyota. I was told that I would have to get the full synthetic oil change or they wouldnt do it. I said forget the oil change rotate the tires, they did rotate the tires and stated that all of my tires were wearing unevenly. I took the car to Pep Boys had the oil changed and had them check the tires. They said there was nothing wrong with my tires. Walmart is not the go to place anymore.

I had a small hole in the tread of my tire NOT even close to the shoulder of the tire and they Gave me a BRAND NEW One. Awesome, Thanks.DOMINIC Is Definitely a good Service Writer and Very Helpful.

11:30 in the morning and I cant get an employee competent enough to answer the phone and give me an answer for my question. If I could give negative star rating itd be -5. Walmart employees are the most lazy, useless wastes of oxygen and employment opportunities others would be grateful to have. I genuinely cannot wait for the inevitable automation of all mouth breather tier jobs and the mass population decline that will come after, wiping the filth and dead weight like the people who Walmart employ. A little bit late on this review but a month or so ago I took my Mini Cooper here to get two new tires .when I pulled my car up they walked around my car to due a inspection Before pulling my car into the bay the guy said everything looked fine and my car would done shortly so I spent 45 minutes walking around Walmart just to get a phone call saying they cannot replace my tires due to a missing lug nut that I would need to go buy one before they could change my tire ? Thought they already inspected the car ? So I obviously didn’t want to waist anymore of my time so I tell them nevermind as they are putting my car down off the jack stands I hear a crunch like plastic breaking but didn’t look to see what it was so I left and at my next stop I realized they had broke off my passenger side fender molding and didn’t say a word about it I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here they waist your time and are not straight up and honest go to a real mechanic shop I no there prices are good but then Again you get what you pay for

Slow nobody new what they were doing.. 3 hours wait and 2 people walked out before me i waited 3 hrs for tires drove home with old tires. Need new manager

Like always shopping at Wal-Mart is a shipping trip, and the prices on there automotive and TVs are the best for me.
