I could not be happier with my experience at the Apopka Staples. The manager was especially meticulous with noticing errors I had made while ordering printed invitations and quickly resolved the issue. The team offered helpful advice and aided me through the entire ordering process and on top of that my invitations were printed in less than a couple hours!

This is now the second time we have had a severely flubbed print order from this particular Staples location. If you are buying print materials that need to look professional (as they are advertised to be) please steer clear of this location. Weve learned our lesson after two failed attempts in the past few years. Todays order was not cut correctly or fitted with the grommets we paid an extra $10 for, making our quick pickup trip turn into a half hour of waiting around. Very very disappointed, and we will go out of our way to not order from this location again.

Stay away from this store. If there online says they have something in stock DO NOT believe it. They don’t care either and blame it on corporate. Update your website so people don’t waste there time coming to this store.

Printing department always goes extra miles. Ana was very helpful and the manager too. My place to go went run out of ink.

Called ahead on print order at Staples Apopka, which they told us they could do. My husband shows up at 1 pm, and was told that they would call when ready. By 6pm, we got no call so we called and were told that it was almost done. At 6:30, my husband decided to show up because they were closing at 7 to find that he was completely lied to..it wasn’t even touched at all. The exhibits were needed for court so he desperately headed for the copy machine. As the printer malfunctioned, no one bothered to help. I told him to call for the manager.. While he printed, I called in to speak to the Manager named Meghan. She was “busy”. I told them that I would hold several times...she never came to the phone. The service level is completely abysmal. I have my own e-commerce store and just like my husband rely on Staples for many of our supplies and service. If you can’t service your business customers, what’s the point of being a small business service supplier of you can’t provide a quality service to your business customers. We cancelled the order and took our business elsewhere. Best believe corporate is getting a call on Monday.

Recently I needed to buy computer ink. Staples promises is that it is always in. Well it wasn’t on the shelf and I asked an associate who was standing at the front desk. They said we are out dude! I said can you order for me. They said ok and picked up a phone call. Talked on the phone for about 5 minutes and then said I have to check for something in the stock room for this phone call. Another 5 minutes In the stock room then more time on the phone and then again they said give me a minute to check one more thing. I reminded them I was there before they picked up the phone. They said just a minute. When they left so did I. Got my ink at Walmart.

Staples was excellent very very good service and best of all they price match. Even at websites. Definitely search websites show them the price and they will match it. They wont even help you. I highly recommend Staples I think

I spoke with Morgan over the phone. I asked her what the scale capacity is. She told me I have to come in and see. The $40 scales capacity is 7lbs. The next cheapest scale is $159.00.

Store is very unprofessional I called and asked how much was a thousand cards was put on hold for like 15 minutes it hung up recalled same thing went to the store didnt get nothing out of it either very unprofessional

Good selection of items and convenient location

Was easy in and out. Found everything I went in there for. Was a little pricey on a few items but overall not too bad. Friendly cashier checked us out and made sure we found everything we were looking for.

So bad. This location has been getting worse the last three years. Seriously we have bought several computers there and many printers not any more. We order our ink online as well as our paper because of how bad their service has become. And were about to purchase three new computers and a printer not from them. I love Staples of the company but they obviously do not train or manage or understand leadership in their company any longer.

Went there for Black Friday this morning. They didnt have the computer I wanted. They didnt even know it was on the front page of their ad. Winter Garden Staples was great, lots of computers and attentive staff!

The store is great. The website is good. But the push to get everyone signed up for a staples credit card is a bit annoying.

You guys are loosing business because no one will answer the phone. I have been on hold for 10 min. as of now. The auto answer service is to long and when you finally go through it no one ever picks up. I have a simple question but obviously Im not important enough to be answered. I am going to stay on hold and let you know just how long this takes......... 15 min. now! OK. I got an answer after 20 min. The MOD could not tell me why my call was not answered. Today, Staples in Apopka, my business is going elsewhere.

The store is way understaffed. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone and when they do they just put you on hold for long periods of time. The employees are nice enough, but untrained and overwhelmed.

Normally I love staples, but this location is one I wont return to. Nothing like waiting for someone to check you out and having 2 employees having social hour and ignoring you even after making eye contact several times.

Received the help I needed at print center with scanning and documents without a wait. Employees were very helpful . Convenient and close by.

Employees on the floor watching me go around in circles, trying to find a specific ink cartridge for my printer, not one of them asked me if I needed help until I got to the register to check out. Had to hold up the line for customers behind me for the employee to check to see if they had any of the ink cartridges in the back stock. And they did not have the one I needed.

Fast in and out. Great selection of products.

Desire, in the print dept. is by far the best and most customer oriented employee in the store.She gets things done!!!!

We have been loyal customers at Staples for close to 10 years and are Gold members. We order a lot of Office supplies online and frequent the store here in Apopka because we are only about 5 minutes from the store.Now, in the past I had my boss call the store to tell the manager that it was ok for me to use the company credit card and to ask the manager if that was ok as Staples has a policy that the name on the card must match your name. Now generally speaking this is a wonderful idea, however, as the 2 other acting managers at this particular Staples have said that there is always the exception to the rule and seeing as I rarely spend over $100 at this store it was never a problem. Until today...my boss called as he did before to inform them that I was coming, I needed some printer cartridges, and the General Manager said: nope, not allowed, name must match person. Now this would not have been such a big deal if in the past we had not been allowed to do this; and I do understand the policy, still would have been ok until I called back and Chris, the acting manager, sneered when I told him my story and if apologies could be any limper I have not been told one. Needless to say that we are moving our business needs, Office Supplies, Business Card etc to Office Depot.Very disappointed..

I just started coming to this staples and i have had nothing but problems. First they have a sign that says you can print from the cloud when i ask to do that they inform me that they cant and that they dont know why that sign says that cause it was just dropped off there that same day. At the bottom of the sign it read this banner was printed here. The next day i ordered a stack or business cards online and they. (Same day printing) i called in advance to see when i could pick them up, the manager was rude and goes there not ready. I didnt give him the name even in the account. He then informs me that they wont be ready for the next day. From these last two days im def going to be going somewhere else.

I hate this staples so much is the worst staples ever dont waste your time dont go here you will lose your time I have been here 4 times and I just wasted my time because I had to wait in line around 10 minutes and when is my turn they tell me oh sorry we cant do that here and any other staple I go I had done the things I ask for before I hope this one close soon and ppl form Office Depot take it over smh I hate it so much it pissed me offAnd they wont care about helping you they just tell you no and keep with whatever they are doing like Im no one

One of the worst Staples. Shelves for ink were nearly empty. Staff is mediocre in customer service.

Print center doesnt even know standard paper sizes. Avoid this place for anything! Service is also dead slow.
