I order it and they said it would be There by the end of the day of course it didn’t come till next day I sent it to my wife that’s pregnant and we have a one year old I told them in the delivery details to put on a mask and gloves when they come deliver it to the door and they couldn’t even do that the guy came up no mask no nothing banging on the door I was a work so my wife had to answer Afterwards she told me she wasn’t comfortable eating them because this guy and it was just a bust I contacted the location they said they contact me in 48 hrs been weeks haven’t heard from no one from this location

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered 5 arragements to Teachers and they delivered only 4. I spent 25min TWICE in the line calling and nobody answered the phone. They didnt take a picture of the arrangements so I dont know what they delivered. I also paid for fruits with chocolate and it wasnt there. First and last time with this store! I paid a lot of money to having a really bad time... I dont recommend the store!

Beautiful arrangements. Be sure to order ahead as they have only a handful of items pre-made. It is expensive, but is really special.

Both times I ordered 12 count chocolate dipped strawberries - twice in one week - I was incredibly disappointed by the quality of the strawberries. I picked up both times. The strawberries were borderline rotten and tasted awful. It was really off putting. Admittedly, I did redeem rewards both times so perhaps they gave me bad/rotten fruit because it was free. Nonetheless, I would prefer to have paid for a much better quality product than to get something free that is barely edible. The first time - late last week - I just assumed it was a one time thing. But then it happened again today. We couldn’t even eat some of them they were so bad. One of the tops already had mold on it! Both times we consumed (or attempted to consume) within a few hours of pickup, and the product was only out of the refrigerator on the ride home for 10 minutes, so it’s not like it had an opportunity to go bad over a few days. I use edible arrangements all the time and will absolutely not go back to this location. Such a shame.

Agree with the last review. The strawberries were rotten. I would not purchase these in a grocery store - I definitely dont want them in my $60 birthday gift. My husband, who purchased this for my birthday, did return to the store and instead of replacing them, they gave him an additional box of chocolate covered strawberries and a bag of popcorn, which, I guess is in keeping with their Certified Happiness policy. Not happy and definitely wont use this store again.

Worst experience! Made an order for delivery and the delivery was not completed. Tried to call the store and was put on a hold cycle. Was on hold for over 30 minutes trying to talk to someone. Horrible phone system. I will not order from them again.

Strawberries not fresh

Had the worst experience with this location. I live in New York and love edible arrangements. So decided to order for my sister on her birthday. She was home and their was no deliver made instead a note left an email with no delivery was made No phone call was made even though on their note they wrote they will contact to try again however when I called this location they were done for the day. Really?! at 3:00 pm. I was offered a refund of only half the purchase price which i accepted for not wanting to deal with them any longer. Edible arrangements lost me as a customer.

Thank you so much to the staff at this location for delivering the quality and beauty I expected for my mothers birthday arrangement! She loved it and said the freshness was right on point. Also thank you to the driver. She was very friendly and smiled with my mother in excitement as she received her surprise!! Will order again :) Highly recommend.

Just wanted to send some appreciation for your driver Zach. Today he went above and beyond to make sure the arrangement we ordered was delivered successfully. He noticed the note on the arrangements was for a new baby and did not ring the bell of the receiving client which is so sweet of him. I ordered the holly jolly village and was extremely disappointed with what was delivered. I tried calling the store to find a way to work something out and was told that they did was required and that was it. Don’t order from here. I’m embarrassed that this was what my family received.

I order a rainbow and strawberry box for my wife for her birthday gave dispatcher Pacific information on delivery the package driver gave packets to someone at the front desk my wife never received it i call back trying to get my money back..

How can anyone not absolutely love Edible Arrangements! Excellent selections, fresh and wonderfull. I was ordering something for a friend but cant ever pass up the strawberries dipped in chocolate for myself.

Okay. Nothing special about my experience here. Im sure its better than what I experienced usually.

Never knew they opened until today. This place is awesome went in for a smoothie left with a few things. Manager was awesome helped with all of my questions. I will be back in the near future!

It started out they gave me the wrong order. I got to my and I noticed there was fruit that was bot dipped in chocolate. I went back and asked about getting the 2 pieces dipped amd she said ok I will remake it. 10 minutes later she came back with what I actually ordered (worse than what she gave me first). I asked what happened I just asked about getting 2 strawberries dipped. She just said sorry and waited for me to leave.

Ordered edible arrangement at 9AM for a delivery to Mount Dora (which is about 20 mins away) and was not notified that the delivery would not be made until I called back at 3:00PM to see IF edible arrangement would be delivered. Today is my moms birthday and Edible Arrangements of APOPKA did not fulfill their job, their only job, the one they are paid to do. I am very disgusted with this establishment, will not order from here again, and will make sure to tell anyone who will listen not to order from here either.

We placed an order for Mothers Day. They charged our card, but didnt deliver or even call to say they wouldnt. Now they dont answer the phone. I would give them 0 stars if I could

The reason why Im giving a 1 star, is because of the service. I walked in to get 1 item, and it was fairly small. I was told it would take about 15 mins, so I told her I would come back in 15 mins. Well, I came back in 20. SMH.... when I walked back in, she said they wernt ready yet, and would be finished in about 5 mins. I WAITED ANOTHER 25 mins! She didnt even make them when she said she would! I wouldnt have been upset if she would have communicated with me, and told me why it was taking so long. But she didnt.I want to continue to do business with this place, but I cant if the customer service is like this.Make it right.

I placed an order clearly marked as for a business. It was an anniversary present for my husband. They didnt deliver during the day and when I checked again at 7:05 it says delivery unsuccessful. No phone call no reason. And now they arent open and I look like I didnt do anything for my husband for our anniversary.

Staff is friendly. I placed an order online for one of their lovely fruit baskets and had no trouble with picking it up.

I was stopping in at tghe Apopka location just to see what they had and ended up getting an array of strawberries and Lisa Cason took amazing care of me. She even cut fresh fruit and dipped them in all of the lovely toppings. Will definitely return because of her great customer service skills and friendly personality!!
