They had exactly what I needed at the time. So I appreciated that. However I wasn’t too pleased with how the person at the front assumed I was stealing because I had to get my phone out my backpack to ask my hairdresser which type of braiding hair I needed. Although it might’ve had looked suspicious because me and my (2 year old son ) both had our hoodies on because it was drizzling outside. And I had my bonnet on. The approach could’ve been way more professional. And on top of that I’m 7 months pregnant. She couldn’t tell and I had to lift up my shirt and show her i am pregnant and I did not come in there to do any of that especially having my two year old with me. I even opened my backpack purse for her to show her that was not stealing. I feel like I justified myself entirely too much. She was nice to me after that but didn’t apologize. Her exact words was “you better have not put anything in your backpack. Cause we got cameras in here” I was taken aback by that response. And that was all I could think about the car ride home. I appreciate you guys having the exact hair I needed which was Bobbi Boss brand. Just the customer service needs improvement.

I was able to find exactly what I needed; the store was very well organized and priced very fairly. In addition, the staff were so kind, helpful, and accommodating (especially during the pandemic). They didn’t have to, but they stayed open just for us, despise us not realizing the COVID-19 early closing time. We so appreciate you going the extra mile!

Rude and unprofessional. I wanted to support this business but I was quickly turned off. Several products were priced incorrectly. Her response was a teenager priced it for her which clearly wasnt my problem. However, she refused to give me a $12 refund for the over charged amount. Im a stylist so I spend a couple hundred dollars a month on hair and products. Sadly,I rather pass this beauty supply store and go a little further than to bring my business here.

Love this hidden gem in Apopka! Any item you need can be located. And if you cant find it the owner is so kind shell ensure it is in stock the next go around. Great customer service and everything is reasonably priced!

Nice and quaint beauty supply store- with great customer service! I was warmly greeted and assisted immediately. The selection is great and so are the prices. I found everything I needed- from a relaxer kit, to clips for my clip-ins. I definitely recommend this establishment.
