No response from store when calling, leaving a message or setting an appointment through Facebook (as suggested by their answering machine). Looked inside the closed building and there were 3 bikes inside. I think this business is closed for good.

The Initial sale was very good and helpful with paperwork. Delivered on time only problem battery was dead. But any sales on parts the person who handles them wouldnt return emails. And is very rude, I guess doesnt like her job And dont like money after first sale.

••••BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!!This place is a scamming place, they take advantage of people, my husband purchase an iceberg trike on 06/2021, before they shipped it , they stated he need it to sign a waiver, well is Illegal to do so, when it comes to E-commerce businesses ,he received it in 08/2021, did not START, from the get go. A Non working unit that was damaged. They never answer their phone. Very shady business. My husband complained to the C C company, and all of the sudden they called back, no replacing parts were ever sent , that Tina even threatened on ruining my husbands credit, is November and they never attempted to correct o replace the unit. My husband requested several times for them , to come and pick up their trike and no answer whatsoever. We will be filling a complain with the state attorney of Florida and the FTC, there is no way this place should be in business. Selling their “lemon “Chinese products.

This is Part One of my review of Extreme MotorSales. Part Two will be posted as a follow up after I can fully assess their performance. Currently, Extreme Motor Sales has the ability to make Part Two positive or negative.I placed an order for a go kart about 19 calendar days ago. There were a couple of minor problems, and the order is (according to them) close to arriving here via motor freight. But it’s not here, and I have not heard from the trucking company. Extreme Motor Sales is currently having some problems getting back to me with the official shipment info that will allow me to track the shipment. I know that Covid has the world in a mess, freight companies too, and that’s why I am posting a two-part review. C’mon EMS! Bottom of the ninth with 2 outs! Can you pull it off?!?!?!PART TWOA go kart arrived yesterday, 21 calendar days after I completed the purchase paperwork. I say “a go kart” because it is not the model I ordered. It’s very similar, but not the one pictured on my order. Granted, the endless corporate buyouts of these manufacturers leads to confusion as to what exactly is being purchased, but I was never told by the seller that the models would vary. One difference so far (still assembling) is I received no light bar, and one is shown on the website.The responsiveness of the staff was not good..I had to threaten twice to elicit a response. A transaction of this size that requires prepayment should prompt a higher level of customer service, one would think. But I must accept some responsibility for entering into such a lopsided deal. I guess I was hoping to be pleasently surprised. Didn’t happen.Delivery was promised in writing on their website to occur within 7-12 business days of ordering. Mine took 17 days, counting the Saturdays that they are open. Just be clear on this if you order from Extreme Motor Sales.In summary, at this point, I would recommend purchasing from Extreme Motor Sales only if you strictly follow my lessons learned; confirm the specific item to be shipped, schedule when you will receive updates on order progress and bug them if they don’t respond. If you feel like you are getting ripped off, don’t forget that your credit card company can assist you with a resolution.Finally, I will be contacting Extreme Motor Sales to request reparations regarding substandard customer service, shipping me the wrong item, and features that were not provided. I will post a follow up with the status of our negotiations.UPDATEA light bar WAS shipped with the go kart. It was overlooked during unpacking, and I apologize for not being as thorough as I should have.

Apparently this company doesn’t know how to run their online website. I called to ask if the bill of sale was included with a moped I wanted to buy and she said with an attitude it was out of stock when the website clearly says there’s 18 in stock. She said “oh we’re busy it’s all messed up” basically saying they have no organization on how to run their online shop. I was also told the moped will not come assembled even though they give the option online to choose to be shipped assembled. Glad I called, would have taken forever to get my 3 grand refund back. I’ll look elsewhere. She didn’t even try to sell me another moped she just sounded like she wanted me out of the way. Get some better customer service and fix your site

Great experience and customer service. I started my purchase by sending an email to Tina on a day they were supposed to be closed. They responded quickly and happened to have the Go Cart I was looking for in stock. Being 3 hours away, they were accommodating and helpful doing business remotely with DocuSign. The machine was ready as promised when I arrived. They pulled the Go Cart around the building with the lights on and honking the horn which made me even more excited about the purchase. They explained the features and the service requirements then helped me load the Go Cart onto my trailer engaging in pleasant conversation the whole time. They truly seemed to love what they do and it showed.

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!Website: Claimed to have the item I wanted in stock but thats a lie. NOTHING on the website is indicative of what they actually possess.Staff: Unhelpful, rude, and untrained. They can not fix online orders or cancel them at all. Heidi needs some Customer Service and HTML training because shes rude and unable to use the website properly.Service: Frustrating and Fraudulent. As well as lodging complaints with the Better Business Bureau, I will also be calling the Apopka Police Department to pursue charges against the company itself and Heidi in particular, since this business enjoys bilking its customers once it has their card/banking information. If I can interest a lawyer, Ill be siccing that on them, too. I am beyond incensed, a mile past angry, and I am deadheading straight to litiginous rage.DO NOT LET THIS BUSINESS ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR WALLET.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Heidi. Heidi was waiting for us before our appointment. From start to beginning she was thorough with all details of the products of interest, dedicated her time to answer all concerns with no rush, gave us many options and made us feel very welcoming. During these times of pandemic I noticed that they have very good guidelines in regards of sanitizing the location overall which made us feel very comfortable. Their showroom is beautifully well stocked. I will diffidently continue to do business with Extreme Motor Sales.

I would not recommend anyone deal with a business that treats any customer in this way. They just acted like I was interrupting their game online and was nothing but a bother to them.

If I could do zero stars, I would. The company that they do financing with is horrible. Scam you to try and get as much money from you as they can. Bought a brand new scooter from here and had problems from day one. It doesnt even start at this point. I ended up needing to sell it to a mechanic who could fix it, and when I paid off the loan and tried calling here for information in regards to obtaining my title, I had to call for two days straight. When someone finally answered, the person was super rude and unhelpful. Get your motor vehicle anywhere else but here.

Since I did not get the name of who I had the pleasure to speak with I shall address you both. First off, I am highly disappointed in your business. To start off a family contacted me to repair their Chinese four-wheeler for their three small children for Christmas. I proceeded to find parts on this well-organized website here at your store and gave the mother of the children the link to purchase the product. This is back in October. About three weeks rolled around and have not seen any tracking or sign of the product. The mother proceeded to call and call and leave voicemails and finally got a call back. One of the two ladies gave her tracking and ensured it would be there within a week. The tracking number received was said to be delivered in another state, which we knew something was off, but we gave it a chance.Two weeks pass by and mother is back on the phone to try and get some answers. Voicemail after voicemail no call back to the mother, so I decided to chime in and call. I promptly called thinking different number different name and interested in a product, (they’ll call back). No answer so left a voicemail. First headed over to the Better Business Bureau to see if we can get some justice here because at this point it is complete fraud in my eyes. You order something and expect it and never get it or support from the company… that is criminal. Only to find out they are not accredited by the BBB! Decided to do a little research on them and went to looking on their website which is really nice but does not reflect the company at all. So off to checking Google of their hours to see if they were open and stumbled across the reviews that I should have read before purchasing anything. Then headed to Facebook to confirm they were open as well. I started to interreact with posts they were actively posting since they had opened. They are more active on Facebook than in their own business to say the least. I sent messages to them through Facebook and finely after an hour or so they called me back… So as far left field as I can get, I asked them about a tracking number rather than the product I left a voicemail about and was told that they have no open orders. Oh, its November now! As we proceed, I explain that they were not returning the mothers calls and I was abruptly interrupted and told “that is not true!” Not true??? How can someone leave multiple voicemails prior weeks before and not get a call, but I leave one interested about a product and my name not associated with anything and get a call back within an hour on a Friday?? Explain that. Being called a liar is something I don’t take lightly. She proceeded to say the package must have been lost in the mail. Awhhh bummer for us waiting here for three months. Hence why there was a gazillion voicemails by the mother. One of the ladies said she would make a lost package claim to FedEx and process a new order for us on Monday. Monday rolls around no new tracking email, Tuesday rolls around and no email or call. Straight to the credit card company we went to report lost money since the two ladies wouldn’t return that call either. All about dodging bullets over there and not solving problems. The Google reviews are not all great by the way. I don’t understand why customer service is so bad, but all your reviews are telling you what needs to be fixed to be a good company. Business owner to business owner, all good business etiquette starts at the top and if the top is unwilling to change then the business will never be more than what it is. I firmly believe that a business reflects “what you put in is what you get out.” I mean people are screaming what needs to improve! It’s a week before Christmas and now we have three upset children because of this situation. I would rather say all this in person and if I didn’t live 8+ hours away I would have made an appointment to discuss every bit of this in person. I’m just tired of playing phone tag with you and so is the mother. Look elsewhere like eBay till they get things right.

If no stars were an option that’s what I’d give. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Condescending and nasty people. And if you need help with your bike, which you will with these cheap Chinese clones, good luck. Parts are impossible to get and difficult to even know what you need. Avoid Tina Wilson and Heidi. Do not do business !! Along with the other reviews I will start off by saying this is one of the worst family businesses I have ever encountered. This being my first ever review on ANY company I’m delighted to share my horrible experience with Heidi. She purposely ignores calls, barely responds to emails, maintains a very poor attitude while on the job. They do an awful job of keeping up with potential sales. To add, you will send a detailed email with all the information you need answered and she replies with 1 to 2 words ? Did she have trouble graduating basic grade school ? they do not have additional bodies to help with call volume so it is close to impossible to get necessary help when needed. When purchasing a product the prices on the website differ from in house prices ? There is no excuse for this awful business and those who operate within, please do not give them any business as you will surely regret it.

Arrived At 6pm....after a 30 minute drive, the area was kinda dark and there was only one car in the lot. Right as I’m driving up more lights are turning off inside, a woman comes to the door and waves her hand and closes the door back so I pulled up closer to the door and rolled my window down, she swings the door back open and was like we’re closed and closes the door back! I really wish I would have read through the reviews. Seems like this business doesn’t hold up to their business hours posted on google. Which states 7pm....I assume they don’t read their reviews either. Hopefully they will fix the misinformation because it’s really bad for business. Very disappointed and kinda lost interest at that point.

After speaking to one rep about a 4wheeler that came available I then spoke to another rep to confirm my husband would be traveling 1.5hour to pick this up. Was told this 4wheeler would be held and ready to go. After my husband traveled 1.5hours to pick this 4wheeler up and unable to contact anyone I called the office only to be told I was messaged on Facebook marketplace where the conversation originated simply “Sold”. Unfortunately as I explained prior I was working which is why my husband was making the commute with a trailer. The lack of communication between the reps and with us after I noted my husbands number and left on the voicemail is unprofessional and unsettling as he traveled 3+ hours with holiday traffic on Christmas Eve only to be disappointed.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! Purchased two 125cc ATVs from Extreme. It took weeks to receive the second one which was damaged, then it took 2 weeks to get the damaged ATV picked up for return. They rarely reply to messages, never answer the phone. The damaged ATV has been returned to the facility for two weeks to the day and I still can not get any information on a replacement ATV. Did I mention these are $1500 each..... no refund, no replacement ATV. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company!! This was for my sons Birthday which was on June 23rd and still trying to get information. Worst family owned business I have dealt with. Ive asked for some sort of compensation and they still claim its not their fault.... must be my fault for not taking care of the return or shipping the new one and not communicating. Oh and did I mention for the first ATV delivery I was called and asked what day I wanted it delivered, Friday or Monday between 9am and 5pm and someone needed to sign for it. I chose Friday... they never showed up. I had to call them to deliver it on Saturday. Took a day off work for absolutely nothing!

I am very pleased with the service and product I received from Extreme Motors. I initially went in to have my 150cc scooter repaired that I had stored in my garage for a while and needed some TLC. Heidi and Tina did such a great job restoring my ride I went back a few months later to purchase a brand new scooter from them. They are very experienced, knowledgeable, and they really care about their customers and dont try to take advantage of people who are not as knowledgeable about scooters. They take the time to educate you so that you can take care of your product. I now have two scooter that I absolutely enjoy riding. I am glad I found this business.

I drove 40 minutes here just now, got here at 5pm website says they close at 6pm and there is no one here, the gate is completely closed all bikes inside. They obviously leave as they please and dont take into consideration the time they tell customers they are open, so if you are driving far and really want to come to this place call before you go and make sure someone will be there by the time google says you will arrive or go to a place that holds true to the hours that they say they are open. As you can see on my picture the car clearly says its 5:10pm on a Tuesday we get here at 5pm but it took me 10 minutes to write this review. The sad part is I came to leave with a bike today and now I will go elsewhere.

I called this shop on Wednesday because I was having issues with a four wheeler I had bought from a different company. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, informative, and willing to try to figure out the issue. I brought the four wheeler in on Thursday and Heidi (who I spoke to on the phone) came out and took a look at the four wheeler in my truck. She explained what was going on, showed me how to correct it, and informed me on some other useful information regarding the four wheeler. Heidi and extreme motor sales has definitely earned a new customer and I wish I had known about them before I had bought from someone else. Wonderful, friendly customer service and incredibly helpful. I plan to purchase a dirt bike from them soon.

I purchased a new scooter. Took 6 weeks to get the tag. Called 3 different times. Assured me they would call when they come in..I finally went there after 6 weeks. It was there!! They asked why I never came to pick it up. I sold new cars for years. They dragged their feet because of cost. Very unhappy. Today I bring a friends scooter there for repair. Very rude again!! Thats the second time. I will never use them for service or tell anyone to use them. And they never even called me after the sale to find out how it was doing. Bad service. Nobthanks

Very good service and their activities really fantastic. Best price around for the best Quality ..The selection is great , the prices are better. The staff here were very nice without being overly pushy. The showroom was very nice and the stock was great! There were a lot of options and so much to look at. The salesman seemed honest, which is weird to me, since most are usually pretty much just saying anything to get you to buy. He said he wanted us to go sleep on it and think about it for a night before making a decision... since most people buy on that rush of immediate reward... I appreciated and respected that.Overall a good experience, very pleasant people, Extreme Motor Sales was great and patient with us, and a great selection.

Poor service. Ive been there twice in the last time I went I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while they looked at me Several times and did not even acknowledge me and then when they came up to the counter the lady seemed uninterested in answering any of my questions. I didnt feel welcome at all, And I will never go back there again. Hopefully they learn to be more friendly if they want to generate more business.

Smooth and easy transaction from the beginning. We didnt even talk much on the phone, mostly by text or email. My husband was overly excited so he couldnt wait to get it and it took a little longer to build it. Other than that a pretty good experience. They are lucky to get one star!!! I tried for two hours to call them with no response. They did send me two text telling me to go to their web site which I had done already. So I called back once again and dialed one for sales and amazingly they answered the phone. The women stated she called me twice on two different numbers which was false. I had no missed calls that morning and had my phone on me the entire morning. When she answered she was rude and told me I could have text her back. I will never do business with this company. I was able to get what I needed 30 dollars cheaper than they had advertised and the gentlemen at Scooters small engine repair on Goldenrod great people very polite!!! Dont waste your time with Extreme Motor sales in Apopka!!!!!

Excellent experience, my wife called a dozen shops before calling Extreme asking if they could fix our dune buggy go-cart and they all told us NO like we were insulting them. The gals at Extreme were positive right from the first call and even more positive when we brought the buggy in. They were very communicative during the short period it was at their shop and even sounded happy for us it was not as serious as it could have been. We totally recommend them, we just wished they worked on cars as we would bring them in as well when we need repairs. 5 Stars!!

Ordered a Falcon 250 and has been a headache the whole process. Arrived 2 weeks late and they blamed it on a storm they had in Florida when the bike never went to Florida, I know this because I watched the tracking route. Once we finally received the bike within the first 60 miles it started leaking oil from an obvious poor sealing job from the factory and they denied fixing it under warranty, they offered to send a gasket to fix it myself like Im a scooter mechanic or something and tried to blame me for improperly breaking it in, its only been 60 miles and I have been riding for 25 years I know how to break a bike in, it could have been ran at full throttle for 60 miles and had no issues if it was built right ( No it was not ran at full throttle for 60 miles, just an example) . Also took another 3 weeks after I received the bike before they got me the necessary paperwork to register the bike. I financed the Falcon 250 so instead of it costing $2500 it will be more like $6200 and since they refuse to fix the oil leak I now have a $6200 paper weight and now have to spend time and money on an attorney to see what kind of law suit I can file against them for refusing to correct this situation. Also impossible to get them on the phone, I think they keep track of phone numbers of people they screw over so they can screen their calls. They do ok messaging through email but they seem to ignore those at times as well. No doubt they will respond to this review and try to make themselves look better and seem like Im full of you know what like the rest of the reviews they responded to, but if you choose to do business with them after reading the reviews like I did, then just make sure you leave your story here for others who might make a smarter decision and be saved the aggravation and money.

The service was great and the two 4 wheelers we bought for the grandkids are great. I was also there when the man with the boy was there and the lady wasnt rude she was helping me and he asked about the restroom she said she would go get a key and escort him to the back when she was finished dealing with me. he said he didnt know if his son could wait and she said he can go next door to the CVS if he cant wait. She was never in her cell phone she was looking at pictures on my phone so we can look at the size of the heads of our grandchildren for their helmets

The worst customer service Ive ever seen. After driving 45 minutes to look at the showroom and make a purchase, my first question was, Before I look at your products can my son use the restroom. Your son can go across the street was her response. If I threw her thousands in cash she may have stopped playing her phone long enough to take me serious. Do not expect any type of warm welcome here. There are too many off brand dealers in Central Florida that will welcome your money. Shop elsewhere!

I own 2 Crazy Cart XLs they both stopped working so I replaced the batteries with no results. Called razor and the most helpful thing they did was refer me to Extreme Motor Sales! Extreme Motor Sales was great only charged $85per cart for 1 hour each of problem solving and labor to fix the carts. Turns out a wire needed to be re-soldered on both carts and one cart had a blown fuse. So the only additional charge was for the new fuse! Im very grateful for the friendly and knowledgeable staff and being able to use are fun crazy carts again!!!Ps next time I wont call razor Ill just call them!

Bought three bikes from these ladies. I really like them as people but the need to hire some full time sales and repair. They take too long, are not always there during posted business hours, and they rushed to put the bikes together and put customers at risk with dangerous issues caused by poor installation. (E.g) throttle cable choked by zip ties and not causing the bike to continue accelerating when you release the throttle. Very dangerous. Caused my bike to take off while starting and caused me to almost crash 3 times. I had to take it to wild hogs in winter park to find the problem . They report that the cable was installed incorrectly.When I bought my first bike I asked them about buying a new bigger engine. The ladies either didnt know that the engine needed welding done, or lied.. because when I got the $600 engine they gave me the wrong bracket and said it bolted in. After I realized it needed to be welded I didnt want the engine and asked them to buy it back because it was their mistake and they refused. No refunds they said. I was led on for weeks about this engine and I dont appreciate being lied to in order to sell something. Seriously consider that you can also order the same bikes off the internet for half the price. Be warned.

First of all these people were very rude, I asked if they had lug nuts for a ATV and the lady answered me in a rude tone “ WE DONT SELL LUG NUTS”. Second it’s all China junk. I’ve had a few of these bikes because the price was a lot cheaper than buying a brand name motorcycle. My experience on them is they are poorly built and they break easy. Also getting replacement parts is nearly impossible. It’s up to you, if you don’t want to spend a lot of money and don’t care that the vehicle won’t last very long and can’t get replacement parts, then this is the place for you. My advise, don’t waste your time or money.

When looking for the extremely hard to find EVO RX Big gas scooter, Id been having trouble finding anyone who could get me real information on availability. Tina and Heidi took the time to (while I was on hold!) get information directly from the factory and give me a real date when I could expect the scooters to be in. Reviews are not my thing but in this case it is deserved. I will start off by saying Extrememotorsales has access to the most rare color in the USA of motorcycle I wanted . props for that !!!. It Took a couple extra days but I was willing to wait just because they jad the rare hook up. Tina in sales went above and beyond to make things happen .This bike was delivered to my front door step.She even made good on a warranty issue no questions asked ( with proper documentation @ following company policy) There was a cosmetic defect that was Obvious from the manufacturer. I can count the ways Tina went above and beyond .I see some bad reviews here , 99percent refering to the store being closed during business hours. These people have no heart to understand this is a family business. If you have a family emergency I expect you to close shop for a few hours and be there for your family . But it seems these bad reviewers are to selfish to understand that . I am a real paying customer not a paid or friend of the companyEasy financing for low no,or,bad credit and they stand by that . they want you to ride they do what they can to approve you.Ok time to wrap this up. In a nutshell if you want to help support a local family,owned business with personalized service use Extrememotorsales, Alot of websites sell the df250rts a lot in California and Canada. Sounds like a hassle to deal with a dealer in Canada I mean its a different country even sending warranty parts back and forth cost more time and money , at least with Extreme you know you dealer is in the good old USATina thanks for all you have done to make this happen for me much obliged.Within the next few weeks visit df250rts.club this will be a place with information photos hints tricks , how tos , upgrades and fixes along with the dong fang product reviews and donfang dealer reviews .

Very unprofessional lady on the phone!Cant answer questions on trying to buy product bc shes too busy telling me to go to the website. Hi, we just bought our Extreme Go cart 150cc for our family property in Florida and was surprised how great the quality is. I had difficulty adjusting the brakes and Heidi but Extreme really took the time after the sale to help me. Will be looking for another one in a month or so and I know where I will go.

I probably called 10 shops before Extreme Motor Sales and none of them had what I needed, just a simple headlight bulb for a scooter. They had what I needed in stock and even helped me fish a snake out of my storage compartment at no additional charge. No kidding, it must have crawled in there the night before and found a new home. You cant beat that! I wasnt about to get it. I need some more parts for the scooter and know where Im going to get them!

Drove and hour to buy a dirt bike for my kids. Based on their website and Facebook page they should have been open. Arrived at 11:15am well passed their open time only to be greeted by a locked fence. No response via phone, email or Facebook message. My boys were very disappointed as were we. Found a bike at wild hogs Motorsports in Lake Mary at a cheaper price. Dont waste your time at extreme Motor sales.

Three customers sitting in the parking lot from 955 until 1020am and nobody is there to open the doors. Nobody will answer the phones or the phone number posted on the door. They are losing ALOT of money and this is extremely unprofessional conduct. This is not how you run a business. If you have set hours on your door that say you open at 10am, you need to be open when people show up at 10am. Absolutely ridiculous.Sincerely,Another local business owner.

My girlfriend and I were referred to Extreme Motor Sales because they service Chinese bikes and are a mile from my home. Upon entry we noticed the cleanliness of the showroom. I had called the day before and spoke with Heidi explaining to her my issues with my 2014 Bashan idling extremely high that had been sitting for 2 months she was very helpful and told me to bring the bike in the next day. We brought the bike in the next day around 10:30 on a rented uhaul trailer she remembered me from the phone conversation the day before and we discussed possible solutions. She then helped us unhook the trailer and kept it there while we grabbed lunch. Before we were done with lunch we received a phone call at 12:00 stating the bike was done. We went to pick it up she explained in detail and showed us the work she did. The bike started right up without any issues. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient because I had many questions. She explained to me how to prevent future problems with the bike by showing me how to change the oil, adjust the fuel intake when the bike is not in use, and the airflow. These are trade secrets for mechanics so they can charge customers hourly rate unnecessarily, but Heidi tought me More than I expected to lean on my first visit. I will be bringing my bike here for all future needs and recommend her to anyone. Her prices are also extremely reasonable guess thats why they call it EXTREME!! Thanks Heidi!!!!

Called 8 time in 3 days to get ahold of someone in parts dept noone ever picke up the phone. So I sent 2 email to there parts email, no email back after a week . finally I called the sales number and the lady on the phone was very rude and accused me of giving them a bad review on google.I asked about a replacement axle bolt for my Brozz 250 and was told they dont stock them she would have to call to find out a price and call me back. I emailed customer service asking about an intake manifold. I then sent my year, model number and cc size to the customer service representative. I also included a picture of the manifold with the dimensions attached to it. The customer service rep sent me a link stating that they have the manifold I needed. I then ordered the manifold and when I received it, it was not the correct manifold. I emailed customer service back and asked if I could get an exchange for the correct one or a refund and they never returned my email. I then called down to the company and talked to a lady, who clamed to be a owner, and she said that there is nothing they can do for me, they do not have the correct part, they will not refund my money and then hung up on me while I was asking another question. I WOULDNEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE OR EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I am also contacting the BBB.

STAY AWAY!All sales are finalIf you finance with Snap they adhere to the policy from Extreme motor sales, which is all sales are final. If you want to give it back, snap will charge you for it.Scooters are incorrectly labeled.I bought mine and it drove to my house then it never worked again. Now they want to charge me for fixing whats wrong with it. The owner started screaming in my face and I had to call the cops, my husband thought she was going to hit me and this all happened in front of my 5year old son.VERY unprofessional, I shouldnt have bought anything here in the 1st place.Feel free to contact me based on my experience, also I will upload a video on youtube about the issue I was having (scooter wouldnt stay on for more than 10mins).

Very rude service if you have an issue and try to call they wont answer even thought its no one else in the establishment ordered a part from them they ordered the wrong part then when I went to address the issue we had called for an hour no response owner in the back with baby not able to totally focus on customer has a daycare very unprofessional make sure if you order you confirm with this place and they have a large sign no refunds or exchange red flag I guess to cover them because of the mistakes I will never do business again here when you own a business and you or your warehouse make a mistake you should do everything possible to ensure the customer that your sorry for the mistake and that you want there business and try to make it right I guess were not the right color
