This is an edit to my roginal review:Any person wanting to do business with this company just needs to look at the companys response to see how aggressive, and condescending their behavior is. It is clearly evident on their website as well. I already spent a considerable amount of time tyring to set up an account only to be met with this type of behavior. I called and tried to have a meaningful conversation regarding their policies. I was told they did not want my business and thus I moved on to using a different company. Their portrayl of events it fictitious and not accurate. And all of our paperwork is and was in order. I have no desire to speak to your owner, especially after you caustic response and personal attack in your google response. You have multiple negative reviews in the last few months and it is telling.Rude, Ignorant and Condescending. Do yourself a favor and shop at a more reputable landscaping distributor or Southern Stone Supply they are much cheaper, easier to work with  and they have exemplary customer service.   TLS is nothing but rude, with zero customer service skills. And their Apex yard is empty, lacking inventory. It looks more like a wasteland than a landscaping yard. I found my supplies for more than $50/pallet cheaper.  I spoke to a person named Brian who did nothing but speak over me, and ignore everything I said. This place is rife with ignorance. And they do not care about your business.   Shop in a place where you are respected and treated decently, never settle for less.  What took me numerous phone calls and angst with TLS and it was never completed, took me 5 minutes with Southern Stone Supply.

I just had 5 CY of slate #57 rock dropped off and am extremely pleased with the entire process. If youre in the market for stone or mulch, look no further. Their onsite selection is huge and easily to get to via Google Maps. The order process was seamless, and the delivery experience exceptional. I was notified when I ordered it, and then a week before the delivery, of what to expect when they arrive. It amounted to, no cars in the driveway, please. I was prepared as directed and the drop-off took less than 15 minutes. The few employees and/or managers and/or owners that I interacted with were all extremely courteous, personable and knowledgeable. This was a great first purchase from TLS and they have earned my business for the next project, whatever it may be!

Ive bought mulch and stone from these guys for years at their various sites. I mainly shop the Apex site now. Never had any issues. Always good quality material and courteous employees. I particularly like that the Apex site has now paved the loading yard. Makes it cleaner for access and just an overall better experience!

I was very pleased with the customer service at Triangle Landscape supplies in helping me choose a boulder for our complex. They delivered and got the boulder in place in a timely manner.I highly recommend doing business with them.

We have only ordered stone from this company but both orders were dumped in a pile spilling everywhere. The first time left us with lots of broken stone. We were assured the second delivery would be different. We have a mountain of stone and twisted metal instead. They may be fine for other services but we are NOT going to be using them for stone again. Going with other companies that neighbors use who deliver the pallets of stones standing upright which is the state ours were purchased in prior to delivery. They dont seem to have the proper equipment for this type of material delivery. This delivery method works well for rock piles and mulch which the company also carries but not for stacked stone. Im sure the company does well with the other loose materials and deliveries but I cannot speak for those since I do not have that experience.

Called today for mulch delivery this week before the rain hits next week and was told they were booked until next week. But Mike spent some time with the schedule and was able to work me in for saturday! I got their triple shredded mulch a couple years ago and it was beautiful, so I know Im getting a great product and they are easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I have always had a good experience at Triangle Landscape Supplies in Apex. They carry a large selection of supplies (including hard to find cedar mulch and brick chips) at reasonable prices. The yard has been in great condition and is easy to drive up to your purchase. Mike and Taylor are super friendly and have professional attitudes. Mike is very careful when loading and is a master driver of the bobcat.

I have always had a good experience here. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Mike, one of the staff members, is very pleasant to deal with. He has a good attitude and is clearly very experienced with the machines they operate. I have been a fan of TLS’sDesigner mulch, the price and quality is hard to beat. I definitely recommend this business whether you’re a contractor or homeowner.

I came in today to get mulch and it was busy. There was a line, but I got through quickly. The loader was very professional. It was obvious that he knew how to use the machines and could load quickly and safely. I will be back to get more supplies soon. Highly recommend this company.

The team here was very helpful and considerate. They were able to offer solutions for what I needed for my project as well as alternative and back up suggestions.

We had a fantastic experience with Triangle Landscape Supplies. I especially love their online ordering because I was able to purchase after hours. They called me the next day to set up delivery, then they called the day of to confirm again. The staff is very kind and professional. We will be using them again for all of our landscaping needs!

The owner, Jeff, personally delivered my landscape materials to my home. He went above and beyond my expectations by delivering a very heavy landscape rock to the exact location on my property. It was a very good experience. I am looking forward to using their other landscaping services in the near future.

I had picked up a load of river rock (happy with product) but ended up leaving with multiple damaged areas to my NEW truck, which my truck did not have a single scratch or dent to it when arriving there.I also had grayish-blue residue marks on my paint but was easily removed, which was caused by stone residue/dust on the forklift and/or pallet rubbing against my truck.After notifying TLS, Peter (owner) had reached out to let me know that he had reviewed the video footage and cannot see how his staff couldve damaged it.I had explained that a member of his team was kicking the pallet, while the forklift was going back and forth over my tailgate. I had asked the employees to stop and not worry about the remaining stone stuck, but they were persistent to get all of it.I had provided Peter with an estimate from a local auto body shop, he had said he would accept responsibility for only $200 but not the whole amount; he said this was out of good faith.Peter had then texted me an image of my truck leaving that day and stated he couldn’t see any damage. It was an angle view and far away.I had then requested multiple times for full payment of repairs so Peter said he would check with his insurance company, which he did not, but instead, he had sent me an image of new signage stating TLS is not responsible for any damage from the loading of stone and soil products into pickup trucks, cars, etc...Peter told me that I should’ve check my truck before I had left and then they would’ve accepted responsibility…pushing blame on the customer, as he did to another customer in a review below.From my experience, I feel this business is not customer focus and this issue is still not resolved.

A great place to shop for Garden soil and other stuff including stones of different sizes. Very helpful.

They delivered my mulch this morning. Delivery person was nice and polite and did a great job. I called at least 8 places and Triangle was the most reasonably priced and the quality is great.

Always a helpful crew at this office waiting to help at every step.

Not very happy with my experience. I went in to get 3 and 1/2 yards of 57 stone and was loaded with a 1 cubic yard bucket that was 1/2 - 3/4 of the way full each scoop and only 3 and 1/2 scoops were dumped in my trailer. Obviously I did not have enough material to finish my job and had to waste time and money going back to get 2 more yards where the same thing happened again!

I have not shopped at this location. I just want to say from a potential customer of looking at your website and looking at google reviews of how you handle issues I am going to the other place to buy bulk mulch in Apex. Attached is a screen shot of your customer service, if this is the kind of customer service I can expect if I had an issue then NO THANK YOU!

This is a great place to get your landscaping materials. Mulch, compost, soil, Permatil...They are great at mixing material to your specifications. Today there was a small error in my order but they went out of their way to make it right without any argument. These are straight up folks with good products and service. Highly recommended.

Top soiled that t received was horrible. Top soil did not appear to have been filtered. Had large amounts of clay, infested with ants and termites. There were large sticks and tree remains. Would not recommend this vendor.

I had a great experience with TLS. I called several times with questions and Jeff patiently answered them all. They went above and beyond and delivered a great product to my house. Couldnt be happier.

Triangle landscape supplies were great. Jeff the owner personally delivered a pallet of stone to my house. He was very friendly and helped me determine the amount of materials I needed for my project.

We had a great experience getting mulch from Triangle Landscaping Supply for our yard. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They called to let us know they were on the way, made sure the mulch was delivered onto the tarp we laid out, and answered all our questions. We will definitely shop with them again.

Awesome service; delivery staff unloaded large stones by hand, then helped lay the heaviest ones for a path through the woods! Thank you, thank you. That would have taken me all day with the hand truck.Prices are also the best in the Triangle, and I have checked them all.

What a nice group of people. At first I wasnt sure if they did residential but they definitely do and were super helpful and very attentive. All types of stone and the mulch was clean and very nice. very happy they are opening in Apex NC.

Their absolutely terrible topsoil product has resulted in me having to basically redo my yard again this fall twice. They claim it was shifted, yet the amount of sticks and rocks, and even pieces of broken glass, are laughable. At this point I basically have a sand filled yard with sticks and rocks. Might be the worst product I’ve ever purchased with my money.

From my first phone call to finished product of delivery on time- I was pleased. Great customer service on the set-up and we now have a beautiful playground filled with beautiful mulch! Thank you!

This was our first time using this company for a PCHS fundraiser. The mulch was delivered on time, reasonably priced and of good quality. I was also happy that they took care in placing the pile on one side of our driveway so that we could still use it. :)

Perfect location right off the highway! These guys do a fantastic job providing a great selection at the best price in town.

I arrived at 4 and they were already closed. Their door said that they were open till 5 on Wednesdays and I had called beforehand. Nobody there

Had a minor issue with some material. Told the lady at the office and left. The owner Jeff called me personally with in 10 minutes. Issue resolved. I will be back regularly!

Worst topsoil compost mix i have bought in 40 years in the landscape business

Ive always used Triangle Landscape supply, and am so excited theyll soon be opening here in Apex! Great stone selection, and their soil is the best. My landscaping thrives when I amend my clay with their soil and mulch.

Nice selection of mulch and soils, quick transaction, good price, and skilled loader. I was in, loaded and out in not much more than 5 minutes.

We have also always used Triangle Landscape for Mulches, Soils and aggregates. They’ve always taken good care of us at N Raleigh and Morrisville locations. Can’t wait for the Apex location to open.
