Caliber Collision happened to be close to my house and was also a USAA authorized body shop which were the two initial reasons I picked them to work on my Nissan Titan. I was blown away by the professionalism and workmanship. They even detailed the vehicle and restored my headlights as a courtesy. The vehicle was ready a day early and I was kept notified throughout the repair process. Special shout-out to service advisor Kevin Brown. Swell guy and is on your side from day 1.

After an encounter with a deer, Liberty Mutual referred me to Caliber for front end repairs. I worked with Jerri Beck, and she was great. Very professional and thorough, with regular updates on the status of my repairs. Due to COVID-related supply chain issues, it took awhile to get a key part from Germany, but the final product looks fantastic! Top notch. I had to wait about a month or 2 before I could get an appt but I always recommend Caliber to anybody who needs bodywork. A deer jumped into my fender and less than 2 weeks after I dropped it off I was back on the road. Good as new. My only complaint would be that they only replaced 1 tire. Shouldve replaced the set but I guess that came down to my insurance company.

I highly recommend you let your neighbor back into your car so you can take it to Caliber Collision in Apex. I mean, I didnt plan it to happen to me, but it did.What did I expect at Caliber? Professional service and a job done well. What did I get? That and more.First of all, I worked with Alex and Jeff and they were both great.Alex made the process of getting in and out super smooth while being friendly and pointing out the COVID-19 addition of a set of clean pens and a container for used pens...right next to the sanitzer gel. I also had the opportunity to watch her comfort someone who had just come in straight from an accident...well, for a minute before I snuck outside to give them privacy.Jeff stayed in communication via text for quick upates and email for more formal messages. I knew what was happening and when, and how much. And, when he noticed my electric lock in the drivers door was intermittent and he put together an estimate to fix it while the car was in the shop.And I know it is a little thing, but they didnt just wash the car, they detailed it. Outside and in. They really go the extra mile on the small things, and it is the small things that stick with you.

Caliber Collision handled my hail damage claim. The process from scheduling to receiving my car was very easy and hassle free. My insurance companys quote came in about 120% low and the staff at Caliber requoted and coordinated to receive the remaining balance from my insurance company without any intervention on my end. They kept me informed with texts and emails throughout the process. Very professional staff and great results. Hopefully I wont ever need their services again but will definitely use them again if I do! Thanks again!

I recently had my 2010 Nissan Maxima repaired from an accident that occurred back in 2015. I was referred from my dad who had his car repaired at this location so I took my car to get an estimate. I was greeted in the lobby by Kelly at the front desk who was very nice and handed over to Kevin who looked over the places where the accident occurred and also a few other places that I was interested in getting fixed as well. Kevin was very attentive and listened to all of my many requests along with adding great advice on how he could achieve what I wanted to have done. Within 20 minutes he an estimate, and because it had been more than three years since the accident and I didn’t claim it on my insurance, I had to pay out of pocket, Kevin understood and worked with me during the process to make sure that I didn’t go bankrupt. I was surprised to see the cost of everything that I had requested to be done and he even added a few things that I had mentioned during the process to go beyond my expectations! I had my car back within the same week and my car looks better than when I first purchased it off of the lot! I’m extremely happy!! John and Jeff also buffed my lights and made them look brand new to match my completely brand new looking vehicle. Chris was also great when I came to pick up my vehicle, he had my keys waiting and made sure I looked over everything to make sure I was totally satisfied. Working with Caliper and especially Jeff Dukeman, made the process of getting our 2020 Telluride repaired smooth and effortless. The shop team did an excellent job and you couldnt tell there had ever been a problem. Ill be recommending him and his team to anyone that might need the accident erased. Caliber Apex is Awesome! My wife was rear ended and had some minor damage to her bumper. Allie took care of us through the whole process of getting the vehicle fixed and worked with the insurance company so we didn’t have to worry. Our car was there for about two weeks, but Allie always let us know where at in the process our car was (such as waiting on parts, waiting on insurance, being put back together, etc.) The car looks great and we thank Allie and the Caliber team at Apex for doing great work!

I have used Caliber Collision at another location so I trust their service. I was really happy when I went to this location and asked for an estimate on some scuffs caused by trash falling from a truck. Chris took my car and minutes later returned it with the scuffs buffed out, and at no cost. They will have all my business in the future.

Recently had my Lexus in to Caliber Apex for some cosmetic touch up work. The car was purchased pre owned (and accident free) and I was interested in getting a few rock chips and one small lower mark on the rocker panel touched up. Most would not even notice them, but to a car guy the rocker panel 3 scratch was something I needed to look into.Enter Caliber. I did the online request for quote and had a quote back very quickly. The appointment set up and meeting with Justin the service advisor was smooth and Justin completely got where I was coming from and understood that although it was a small job for Caliber it was of more importance to me.In the end it did not make sense to take care of a couple of rock chips. The lower rocker panel work was done and was spot on. You would never know there was a scratch. This was not a touch up exercise in paint work, but the proper step by step preparation and then paint and clear coat. They proactively reduced the cost as in the end less work was needed. Nice job and Justin along with the Caliber Apex staff was great to work with.

Great people to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Dusty who provided me with an estimate. he is very knowledgeable. He took time to sit down with me and explain each and every step. very good experience and I would highly recommend this place. You can trust these guys with your vehicle.

They refused to meet with me in person to look at my car damage when I showed up at their office. They said they would not speak with me without an appointment. They made an appointment a month out. They agreed that my rear bumper cover needed to be repainted. I asked their rep to repaint my whole rear bumper cover, but she insisted that they would only spot paint a part of my bumper. I dropped off my car with them and got my rental car. The next day, they called me back and refused to do the work, because they could not repaint the entire bumper. This was a big hassle. It took a month and 3 trips on 3 different days to their shop, disrupting my work day. They should have told me this the first day, and not wasted my time. They did not want to meet my expectations for the repairs, and wanted to spot paint their way. I do not feel they are customer-oriented.

I would recommend this shop to anyone needing their vehicle repaired. Everyone was friendly, and helpful.

Though there were some snafus in getting the warranty work done, this Caliber location truly went above and beyond to make up for them, and I appreciated it. Of course you never hope to need a collision repair shop but I am very pleased with the service I received here. With anything car related I am always a bit wary but after my experience I am confident that these guys were thorough with the repairs and took the time to fix things the right way. Every person I interacted with was friendly and knowledgable. My questions were answered thoroughly and in terms I could understand. I received numerous updates throughout the repair process which gave me great peace of mind. Would definitely recommend them.
