Meeting with the manager on Monday, but we dropped off 3 packages on Tuesday 4/19 of significant value and so far every attempt to find our packages has met with resistance, attitude and not their problem. The young lady was very defensive when I just asked questions. Not sure if this is common for this store.

Let me begin by saying every time I have ever stopped in at Postal Depot, I always receive excellent customer service. I have, on many occasions, shipped items from the Postal Depot as it is not only most convenient to me, I also always feel confident that my shipments will be in good hands. I have interacted with Rachel many times and every time I’ve dropped a package off she is always eager to help if I have any questions and she always provides exceptional customer service. Recently I had dropped off a box with shoes in them that was to be returned to the company that I had purchased them from for an exchange. These were not cheap shoes as I paid over $100 for them, which I’m sure you can understand why I was a bit panicked when a few days had passed and the tracking site said “label created, not yet in system”. I got in contact with Rachel and she did some investigating into the situation. She had kept in contact with me after she spoke to someone from USPS. I was then advised to go to USPS to file a lost package claim and the USPS manager was less than helpful. I decided I was either going to take a total loss or hope the shoe company would send me a replacement and handle the lost package claim. Fast forward about a week later and I get a call from Rachel expressing her concern and wanting to make sure the package ended up in its correct destination and finally some shipping information had been loaded up on the site. I would really like to express my gratitude to Rachel for checking up and following up with the shipment and me even more than a week later. She never gave up or forgot about the shipment and I’m sure she gets hundreds of shipments a week. Thank you so much Rachel and I will always continue to use and recommend Postal Depot!

Jacob and Rachel are great people and run this office well. I dont understand the shortened hours during Covid 19. Our boxes are pre paid for and people are getting necessities shipped to them now more than ever.Im an essential worker and have to leave my job early, or skip lunch to take a late break and pick up my packages. This sometimes leaves me in a crowd of people doing the same thing to pick up their packages when we need to physically distance ourselves.In addition to this, I get messages on my phone they attempted to deliver a package, but its after 4pm, so now it will take another day. If I can get there by 4pm the next day....I hope.Its very inconvenient. The Postal Depot is an essential business.

Open the mailbox here. Lady was super accommodating and friendly. I needed to mail a birthday present to my daughter and I didnt have her address she wrapped for me and kept it behind the counter until I got home and called her with the address at which point she mailed it super nice lady. Great customer service local businesses could take lessons

Very disappointed and will never use them again. We went to price between USPS, UPS and FedEx. We decided on USPS and paid for next day shipping and was told it would be delivered next day (this was at 9 am when they opened and $38.00). The package was not delivered next day, it was delivered in two days. Problem being that the label once delivered had been marked 2 day and was not accepted by post office until after 2 pm. Had it been accepted before noon by the post office, it would had been delivered next day. All though I am relieved that the package was delivered, why was I ripped off by Postal Depot by paying all most $40.00 for next day delivery and who marked the 2 day on the slip? If it was Postal Depot, they are running a scam.

I sent a CenturyLink box back to CenturyLink on May 31 2016, the package was misplaced after it left Postal Depot, ( Note: No longer the responsibility of Postal Depot). When I found out I was being billed for the CenturyLink Box ,I jumped to the conclusion that it was all Postal Depot responsibility and I went to Postal Depot with an attitude, please forgive me for that. To my surprise the owner of Postal Depot found out what happened to the package after it left there store , they did not have to that. They went out of there way to help a customer with a bad attitude.
