John and his team at superstition RV are awesome! We brought our travel trailer in for a couple minor repairs and he knew exactly how to to fix them and got it done fast! While we were there he discovered a leak in one of the propane lines and fixed that too! Prices were honest and were very impressed by his speed and knowledge. We will definitely be going back for all RV related repairs in the the future :) They do stay busy especially this time of year so make sure to call in advance for an appointment day.

My husband and I just purchased a little class C from John at Superstition RV and had a great experience. It is difficult to find a straight forward vehicle dealer. Per John, that is the very reason he no longer employes sales personnel. With this in mind, the idea of flying clear across the country to make this kind of purchase was particularly scary. John made all of the anxiety melt away. We flew in on a Sunday and were pleased to find Johns helper, Jim, guarding our rig just as we had hoped. It was locked up tight and he wasnt allowing anyone to, take a peek inside. Until he realized who we were, we were denied access like everyone else. Perfect. Again, good job, Jim. ;DWe highly recommend putting the deposit down on a rig you like because this inventory moves pretty quickly. We had 2 people try to come inside our vehicle and purchase it even AS WE SAT IN IT!As far as the personnel is concerned, they were all pleasant, fast, efficient and professional.If an issue was discovered, John didnt just do any temporary patch work. He made sure to replace the faulty part ensuring everything was completely resolved before we headed off on our 2,100 mile drive back home to NC. We love our little rig and will definitely spread the word about our awesome experience. We were camping at Schnepf Farms when our toilet started leaking. We called several places near there and John at Superstition RV was extremely helpful. Not only did he call other businesses, he found where to get the part and had it delivered to his place for us to pick up later that day. Very service oriented. I will make sure he is called first for any of our RV problems.

John and his staff were very courteous, professional, and informative. The workmanship and finished product is just superb! They even took the headache of dealing with the insurance company...definitely coming back!

This is the only place to look for nice used motorhome

Talked to Mgr John Fletcher , as he promised when I left a $1000.00 Deposit they would return the deposit if the bank would not finance. The catch is I had to wait for the motorhome to sell in order to get my deposit back.Today he said his partner is in Mexico but will return next week. The bank will not loan money on a motorhome manufactured in 2000. So they owe me my deposit.Hopefuly Johns word is good as he is one of the most knowledgable dealers I have delt with.The coach was awesome and some one from Colorado was the lucky buyer he told me.

There awesome John is very helpful even one year after purchasing are pace arrow he still answers our calls and helps us out. He has now stopped answering our calls

False and misleading sales tactics. New management wanted me to take down my reviews. I said give me my $5000 you stole from me. We can’t do that. ReallyThey doctored the pictures and when I confronted them on it they wouldn’t give me my $5000 depostback and asked us to leave the premises. Be ware of underhanded tactics.

I would give more stars if I could. I had a valve leak in my RV and I was stuck at the time. I researched others until I found Superstition RV.I talked with John where he did an excellent job of not only helpied me with information, he actually located the part by calling several other places. When I got there it started out with a handshake, and ended with a handshake. He and Tammy (sp?) were very friendly. They did an excellent job and Im very glad I went to them. Jim, Prescott, AZ

WOW! I have never been treated so wonderfully by a dealer such as John Fletcher and his Staff at Superstition RV. John was very thorough with his walk through my 40ft. Monaco Diplomat. His patience was unbelievable. I purchased the Coach and went to pick it up three weeks later. To my surprise John had fixed a cracked windshield, he replaced a motor on the entrance step all after the sale was complete and I had accepted the Coach as is. What a gentleman, totally honest. We bought an RV from John as he only buys the best used vehicles plus he stands by what he sells. We had him do service on it, as well, since he does a wonderful job at an extremely fair price.

Just now me and my friend had a 35,000 budget to shop for RVs and the sales rep told us pretty much everything was sold although we saw at least 5 RVs with a for sale sign. When we asked were the signs accurate he said yes and told us if we wanted we could look at them. I asked if he had any water he said no and walked inside. We toured 4 RVs by ourselves and when we went back into the office I found curtosy water! I asked why did he like about water and he said you asked about water Bottles not water. I cannot believe how we were treated. Especially in Arizona were people are literally dropping to death over the heat and im touring hot RVs.

Ive dealt with Ron and the crew at Superstition RV for months. My experience with them has been stellar. Ive seen the work that goes in to these RVs and what they look like when theyre refurbished and on the lot for sale. Id buy from them, and would recommend them to anyone looking for an used RV!

Beware, this company photo shops and will mislead you in a heartbeat.then after you call them out on it they will keep your deposit and laugh all the way to the bank.Stay far away from this place

The best part is your staff had it done in time for us to leave on vacation, not easy task, with the amount of work it needed and the insurance company dragging there feet.

It took three visits to speak with someone and a lot of waiting. Extremely rude owner and unprofessional mechanics/staff. We were ready to buy but so turned off we decided to go elsewhere.
