I really like this store. The staff has always been able to answer any questions Ive had. Thier water has been the only water in my household for 12 years now. Great variety and amount of bulk items. Great prices on everything. Top notch.

Happen to be on a lovely Sunday drive through my Grans old neighborhood & happened upon The Good Apple. We Love Everything About This Place. The Staff are Wonderful. The Glorious Wall Of Tea & Every Herb That You Could Imagine Was Very Well Organized & Labeled. We Bought Several Teas & Even Nettle & Rose Hips & 1of My Favorite Blends Snow Monkey (Also Known as Monkey Paw) & Many More. The Fresh Fruit is delicious as well as the daily changing flavors of guilt free but Full of YUM Frozen Yogurt with Waffles Cones. Also Many Granolas & Machines to Makes different Nut butters & Choices of many cold drinks & comfy chairs out front to sit down & enjoy it All. Thank You Mrs. Pamela for taking great care of us & Thanks to all of your very kind staff for making our visit Wonderful. We Will Be Back.

Best place to buy bulk herbs! The guy I think he is the manager is very helpful!

Ive had nothing but positive experiences each time Ive shopped for supplements here. The staff prides themselves on knowing a great deal about the products that they carry and which ones that they have in stock. To the reviewer who stated that their prices are a little higher, Ive actually found the opposite to be the case. They are usually right on par with most supplement retailers. The best advice I can give is to go and see the place for oneself. Im glad that I did.

This use to be a nice store with great selections at good prices. But they have changed where half the store is Vitamins & the other half is High Price Organic Food Products. With the rise on Organic Eating, I can do better at most grocery stores that offer Organics packages food plus Organic Produce. The Good Apple to me, has a Worm It It.

Perhaps the best bulk section Ive seen across the country. The dried herbs and teas selection in particular is truly spectacular. Its a small place, and most of it is taken up with bulk and fancy health supplements. Id like to see more organic and locally sourced packaged food products--soup, pasta, baking and cooking mixes, condiments, etc. The produce section is interesting and varied for being so small. Id love to see more local meat and faux meat options. Great for bulk honey and nut butters. Id love to see lower grade bulk maple syrup. Its true that the bulk prices are amazingly low, but it seems they make up for it by marking everything else up. My favorite part is a new in-house flavor of frozen yogurt every day. I cant leave without getting a cone!

I always enjoy shopping here almost always goind what I wanted or theyve ordered it for me. Its an enjoyable, interesting and educational store to browse in I often make time to do so. Enjoy.

They are very knowledgeable about vit and supplements. Just wish the store was cleaner. It is an old building and really too small. Could use some revamping.My first review was 4 years ago. They must not look at reviews because the store is still the same, small and dirty. Others have said the same. Love that is is close and they have variety but I dontbuy food there, only supplements after checking dates.

Extraordinary large selection of dry & powders of herbs & organic compounds, dried fruit, nuts, berries. If you are vegetarian or holistic in your life approach to eating this store has it all. They also have organic fruits, veggies and breads at reasonable prices.

The place has almost everything you would need in the form of lots of supplements, vitamins, fresh produce. Up to date on mostitems. Higher in prices, though!!!

I have been going there since I was a kid. They always have a great selection and usually better prices than anywhere else. Customer service is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable about supplements and vitamins.

$40 for a 2 lb. tub of plant protein powder is more than reasonable-it is online cost, stores usually charge more. Just check use by dates on everything. Talk or write to store manager about cleaning issue. If it continues, get a petition together with signatures and first show it to the manager, so he knows you are really concerned and not just complaining. TELL HIM you will give him a month to clean up before you send it to the health department and request them to inspect. Sometimes just taking time to talk to the manager will help. Maybe hes had family illnesses or emergencies, in which case maybe the community can offer to help so he doesnt lose his business?

I was looking for some MCT oil and they were out at the time. I was asked if I wanted to leave my name and phone number so they could contact me when it arrived. Within 3 days, I got a call and they set it aside for me to pick up when I got back into town. No other store treats their customers like family like they do. Im a customer for life.

The parking lot is full of really deep potholes that will destroy your vehicle. The inside is filthy, and I mean FILTHY, I dont think the bathroom has ever been cleaned, and there are cockroaches and moths in the store and they frequently have bug infestations in their bulk bins. The frozen yogurt machine is always breaking, so be prepared to not get the flavor that you want. They have a huge array of vitamins, and the price on some of them are really quite good, however, most of the prices are ridiculously high. For instance, a 2lb tub of plant protein will cost approximately $40. Watch out for expired food items, they dont really check for them. The employees dont really know anything about the products that they sell and they look a lot of information up online which is very off-putting for me. The owner, Mike, seems to be no more knowledgable than his employees, and comes off as obnoxious and intrusive. One of the employees whom I encountered on my last visit was called Derick, and he smelled like sour fish which added to the whole atmosphere of uncleanliness and unprofessionalism. Im not going to shop here again, and I would discourage anybody from shopping here in the future. There are far cleaner, more professional, and most importantly cheaper, places to shop.

Bulk spices, bulk natural products. Some things I can only find in this natural market. Good Selection of essential oils and carriers. Lots of vitamins and suplements.

Really like the loose leaf tea section and all the bulk herbs and spices area. The only thing I dont understand is why they dont have a sanitary way of keeping the scoops outside the bins. Some are kept hanging outside, but some are broken and kept inside the plastic container. As a former food service worker, we had health inspectors check the kitchen, even if an ice cube scoop found in the ice, that was a violation. Its just gross to think the scoop is handled by so many people and then put back into the bin. It has deterred me from buying several items there. Hopefully this comment helps. Still love you guys.

PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE! Its filthy, the whole place is falling apart, and the owner doesnt know much about anything.There are no standards for cleaning anything, there are cockroaches EVERYWHERE, and if you dont believe me, walk into the back where the bathrooms are... half of the products and food in there are expired, so always check the dates. And be careful of bagged bulk items from January 2016, they just re-label then and put them on sale... If you want advice or medicine, go to a natural doctor...not this place!!!

I have been a little too picky with my dessert lately and I wanted a little more nutrition and something good at the same time, finally found what I was looking for in here, great flavors and healthy choices.
