They were a wealth of information, and very willing to help. And they had everything I needed in-stock.

Excellent hardware store, because of the employee-customer service. The employees are knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, etc., and available to help. When i have questions, I find they are much more knowledgeable and helpful than Home Depot, or other hardware stores.

It’s amazing to find a store where the staff actually wants to help! They ACTUALLY try to assist. I mean REALLY. I’m not kidding! In fact, try to go here and not get help. Go ahead, you won’t succeed 😁. I’m glad we found this hardware store. In fact, try to get me to not go there - EVEN if I don’t need anything!! It’s so neat and efficient, too. But who cares. I’ll go there just to chat with the staff. So now they are going to have to have coffee and donuts!👍👍👍👍

I love this place! I walked in & within 4 steps I had rep greet me & offer to help me find what I needed... Excellent customer service. Got what I needed & more.

Had the parts needed, good service.

They have tools, fasteners, and small materials. They gave me personal attention to find everything quickly. I had to get the 4 foot by 8 foot hardboard at Lowes, but I found the rest here, in order to cover a broken RV window temporarily, practically, and attractively against wind, rain, insects, and dust.

Didnt have the item I needed (hard to find Arcadia door static double wheel assembly) but helpful employee had great suggestions for replacing the wheels in existing assembly.

The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and attentive.

This has been our go to hardware store for about 5 years now but they have obviously changed their tune on keeping their customers healthy with extremely lax mask guidelines for employees as well as customers. Even the big box stores that we usually don’t shop at are more considerate.

We told the staff member what had happened at home.He listened and then asked us a couple of questions and then showed us a couple of options on how to do the fix. All said and done this was way better than the help yourself you are on your own Big Box experience. And we even met the new Owner of the Store. Gary ,we will be back !!

Great service, found everything I needed.

Sales floor staff is great. Very helpful-they will answer questions about how tos, suggestions, and take you to where something is located instead of telling you on aisle such. The front cashier (older lady) needs some Happy Pills! She never greets you or thanks you until you say it. Not good customer service...They also carry a good variety of RV plumbing/electrical.

Love this hardware store!! The owners and staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to help. They stock things you cant find at Home Depot or Lowes. Weve been customers for 20 years and will continue for many more.

I was wrongfully biased about these guys. They have extremely fair prices compared to Home Depot and Ace. I actually get better service here then I do at Ace

BEST HARDWAREMy preference when it comes to a Hardware Store. Not a Big Box Store, but yet you can find just about anything when it comes to Hardware. This store is nicely stocked & prices are lower then your Big Box Stores. They have a Value Card and they are a Independent True Value store. Prices are fair & I enjoy going through the discount bins. Employees are eager to assist you in your search for any Hardware Related Item. They do some service work & have a small but nice selection of wood & wood trim products. Isles are well marked & wide enough for easy accessibility.

FIRST I enjoy going to patronize the small businesses. And i love it because there close to me. But most of all the people are he wet and they do have almost anything you need.

They explain how to fix your problem! The show you the part that you need.

Found item that I was looking for on their stores website. I drove to store to buy it & the price was higher. When I showed casheir, she called manager. He said he wouldnt sell it to me @ the advertised price. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere!

I have done business with Louis, Vince, and Olen for in excess of 25 years.If there is a place with better service and a friendlier staff and owners, I havent found it.

Used to like this place, now it’s just a true value. Not very good service. Asked about product not carried in store and they didn’t even try to look it up. Was listed as the wrong place still which does have it online. Just not too helpful.
