Its INSIDE THE SMOKE SHOP. The donuts are very filling. I would say the drinks are a pass. Its very bland but donuts were very flavorful.

Mai Mochi has the authentic Japanese mochi donut style and it is delicious.Also, the owner and worker were very nice and polite.Drove 30 minute to get here and it was worth it.Personally matcha was the best!

First visit: Stopped by today on my way through town and heard great things about this hidden treasure. The rumors are true! The donuts are so fluffy and light while being so flavorful. I loved the Ube (the sweet purple glazed one) , the Black Sesame, and the special extra crispy cinnamon. My daughter ate the strawberry one so quick I didn’t really get a taste. Will be back to try more of the menu ASAP.Location: It is inside Kings Up in Smoke store — they have great beer selection, snacks, and smoke accessories too.

The doughnuts are amazing! Really fun flavors that tie amazingly well with the light fried dough. We did a half dozen assortment and loved them all. Our 3-year old loved the cinnamon doughnut and my husband and I loved their Ube. Will definitely be going back. Located in a smoke shop with beer; what could be better than that?

Located in a totally random, unexpected spot, but definitely worth the drive! The donuts are unlike anything youll find anywhere else. Chewy, mochi texture and the toppings are delicious and unique flavors!

A TREASURE THAT MUST BE PROTECTED. I always complain and say I miss Mister Donut! Why arent they in the US?! Well now I can just drive to a sketch part of Apache Junction (its inside a smoke shop?! Be brave and dont drive away!) and fill my Japan sized hole with a Mai Mochi Donut. Enjoy this place while the lines arent out the door yet! The Strawberry and Matcha are true classic mochi donut fashion. I will be back and hope for them much success!

They have the best Matcha donuts I had ever had. Their matcha actually taste like matcha. The tea taste is there and it’s not too bitter or sweet. It was just perfect! If you like matcha, this is the best place to get it! In addition, their service is good and the donuts are super yummy! Their sushi wraps are really good too!

This place is amazing inside lots of smoking things lighter s pipes plus many other things must go at least once.

Teared up on the way home having the milk tea and accompanying donut garnish.Mai Mochi Donut is a little treasure where you might least expect it, inside a smoke shop. The milk tea was exactly how I like it (not too sweet, not too much ice).The donuts are beautifully decorated. It was my first time having this style of donut and despite being closer to a cake donut (I happen to prefer yeast donuts), the rice flour adds a new texture.

The mochi donuts were very good and it was not too expensive. This business is inside a cigar shop, so it can be easy to miss.

I don’t really like donuts except a Krispy Kreme glazed original but this place is fire!! The texture and taste is on point the cost is a little high but I believe you get what you pay for in this case. Highly recommend trying this place even just for a taste test of something new and unique!

My family loves all types of mochi. The donuts tasted like they were fried in old oil or made next to something fishy. The donuts had a very odd taste to them nothing like any mochi Ive had.

Best machine donuts Ive ever eaten. Even with a long line. I have waited no more than 5 minutes to be in and out the door.

It is a little sketchy as you drive into the parking lot but once you are inside, and try the donuts, you will know its worth it!
