I needed boat and trailer maintenance but they are backed up several weeks, as is the case with all boat businesses. But the owners took the time to help me with the trailer maintenance that I needed to complete to stay safe. Very good people and a nice shop. I will definitely visit them again and put my name on the appointment list.

I called and tried to use them. My wife and I bought our first ever boat its just a small 15ft 85hp boat and just asked if they could go through it and the guy said he will pass . i was upset cause I just need someone with boat experience to tell me if it is lake ready im New to boating figured start with a small old boat and in a few months buy a bigger newer boat. These guys are truly great!! I stopped by with my POS boat and they were very whiling to help me out and educate me with what I had. They didnt trying to sell me anything more than what I needed. Honest, respectful, outstanding customer service, and striving to help out. When I find places like this I will drive across to the valley to stay loyal to good business.

We have a small rendova with a 45hp outboard, we have taken it to them twice now, they are efficient and do great work, they are nice enough to fit us in on short notice, I highly recommend them!

Long story short, Superstition Marine is honest, responsive, service oriented and has earned my business. Longer story: I have an older performance boat that I purchased a year ago. I took it to a local “performance” shop which had high rankings, for annual service. I had nothing but issues from the time they touched my boat. Following multiple trips to the lake and back to the shop to fix their errors, they told me I needed a new motor. So...I contacted Ron and his awesome team at Superstition Marine, for a second opinion. They evaluated the concern and fixed the problem (minor adjustment) with little cost to me. The cost of a new motor would have been significant on this beast. Superstition Marine did an honest evaluation, an honest repair and were VERY KIND through the entire process. They saved me a fortune! We took the boat out Saturday and it ran like a champ! Thank you Superstition Marine. Everyone there ROCKS!

Charged quite a bit for not being able to fix it. Update:We hauled the boat to our sons in Washington. Really upset now because our son tightened a couple spark plugs and it started right up. Superstition Marine said we needed to rebuild the engine for maybe $2000 - $6000. Charged us $300 to tell us that and oure son fixed it in 10 minutes. Really mad. Ill never go there or recommend them.

I have not had service work done here. But for parts and accessories. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will return.

Saved me a bunch of cash , I had multiples of problems with my bass boat, it took me going in a couple times but they are very honest and set me up , as well they did it for much less than it would have cost me at their competitors. Ron and Fred are good people. Do yourself a favor and bring your boats to Superstition Marine for your repairs , you wont be sorry.

Terrible service. Don’t take your boat here. They flip flopped my gears. I didn’t take it in for any issues with my gears. When I got to the lake my reverse was forward and forward was now reverse. Took it in several times and still issues. Stopped going here

Dropped my boat off here and was told theres just a couple boats in front of me and the mechanic will call once they get started. A week later the boat hasnt been touched and they say again there a couple boats in front of me. So what have they done the past week? waste of time. I decided to just take my boat back when I get it back its seriously filled with pigeon feathers like pigeons have been living in it. So in short they dont touch the boat, the line hasnt moved in a week and they give the boat back in worse shape than it was in. This place is a joke dont go here.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!Took boat in for oil and fluid change. Was sold the seasonal service because I was told it would be a front to back check for any issues. I specifically told them I was concerned about water in the trim pump reservoir. Told me no problem, well get it looked at. When I picked it up they said everything was good no leaks, no issues. I said ARE YOU SURE? Sean checked the papers again and said yes. When I got home and looked it over there was still water in the trim pump reservoir! Not only an issue but they didnt even check! Let alone change the fluid. I called to get an explanation, Sean was rude and defensive with no answers. Just passing blame saying he can only tell me what the mechanics write down. If this simple procedure was not done how can I believe any of it was done?? Just took it out to lake and now the speedometer does not work!!

My boat sank at Lake Powell and Superstition Marine was able to basically get me a new boat by being able to replace basically everything in the boat but the frame. This included a new engine and all new electronics. They did a great job.

It got the work done on a timely manner.

Paid for a tune-up. The put an ignition in without consent. Boat was suppose to be lake ready... Got to Apache, bilge pump didnt work and we took on water due to a torn boot. Called, the owner was suppose to call back, nothing. A waste of $900

Kept looking through the web for boat trailers just to find wreaks and old junk. I broke down and bought a new trailer here. Happy happy happy. 😊

Nice staff but the follow up was very poor.

I was on Apache lake with the kids and broke my prop badly. I called Superstition Marine at 4pm and they told me the have one but they are closing at 4:30. After I told the that I had 3 kids on the lake waiting for me he told me he will wait for me to get there. It toke me about an hour to get to there shop and believe or not he was there waiting for me. If that is not customer service I dont no what it would be. Thanks so much for saving our trip . :)
