Don is wonderful, customer service is outstanding. I brought my car here for a quote and a small accident occurred but the way the they handled it assured me these are honest and trustworthy people. I would recommend them based on my experience and how they handled the issue.

I had a bit of a long, drawn-out repair experience with The Rustic Wrench, but in the end they made it all good and I am happy with my experience. I had a large front-end repair, and they did a great job and were right at the original estimate - that alone is impressive!The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars (sorry to be the first one 😭 ) is that I had some unusual issues (most of them not in their control) that required multiple trips/drop offs at the shop (and time off work) in order to get everything finished - but like I said, in the end they made it right, and the work is quality.Every staff member I interacted with was professional and seemed to genuinely care about doing quality work, both of which are important to me. Glad to have found an honest mechanic! Will definitely use them again!!

First off - Dawn is a literal angel sent to this earth and you cannot convince me otherwise. She remembers me every single time and treats me with respect, warmth, and friendliness even if the shop is super busy. I adore her. Team Dawn.Secondly, they figure out your car and get it fixed QUICKLY. Im talking same day turn around. Nearly impossible to find in Apache Junction or even surrounding cities. The mechanics DO THE THING. Im obsessed. Customer for life. Pictured below is my 2000 Isuzu Rodeo that they help me keep on the road. As a first year snowbird, I was looking for a place to get an oil-change today but also shopping for future maintenance and repair work. WOW! This may well be the most impressive automotive repair shop Ive ever been to in terms of service and value! After reading the previous reviews, I was dubious that any such business might actually have earned 99 consecutive 5-star reviews but Im tickled to tell you, they LIVE UP TO THE HYPE! Quick, very reasonable price, exceptional communication, a free tire-rotation and a free drivetrain inspection. While I was there, they treated everyone else that came in with the same efficiency and courtesy and I witnessed none of the high pressure sales techniques that are so common at the Oil-Change chain stores! I honestly look forward to becoming a regular customer of The Rustic Wrench. (P.S. Service Writer Dawns twisted sense of humor is simply icing on the cake!)

This. Is my mechanic. Yep. Tried the national chains...tried local chains...yeah. I will do a proper review later. For now...know I recommend them above anyone in the valley when it comes to integrity, transparency in billing, and more. Car needed a lot of work on engine and Carlos kept working on it late since I needed the car the next early morning for work. The staff stayed late and accommodated my needs far beyond expectations. Unbelievable service, the repair work so amazingly done that my car ran like an Indy 500 race car afterwards. Thank them for good Ole American quality care.

Very nice people they are honest do good work

Great service, heard something with my brakes and requested to have them replaced and an oil change. They noticed the brakes were getting rusty but still good brakes and didnt do any other services that I didnt ask for. Will return for future service!

I read the reviews before going here, i saw they were all 5 stars, so i thought this place must pay for their reviews, but my warranty company told me to go here so we did. One visit and its extremely obvious why every one of their customers gave them 5 stars. We Loved this place! Clean, great work, they take the hassel out of everything, the staff is super friendly and super helpful. Extremely friendly staff from the moment you walk in. They love yelp and have a coupon on here just to get you started. They have some great coffee choices, free wifi and complementary chapstick (WHAT??)...I got started with an oil change that includes tire rotation and inspection of the major components.Ill make sure to update the review as I return in the near future.
