I tried so many times to give this specific ace a chance but they always come up short some not all employees are extremely rude I love supporting local businesses but can not support this any longer homedepot it is from now on

Brenda and Pat violated HIPAA and ADA by refusing service to a customer that medically cannot wear a paper mask. They requested medical diagnosis information, doctors names and then allowed another customer whom identified themselves as a Volunteer at CSLFD to intimidate and threaten physical harm to me and my 3yr old child. He then also demanded medical information and doctors names from me. They have been reported to the State of California for these violations.

They are always ready to help you in the store.

I really like shopping here most of the time they have what we are looking for. Always friendly customer service!

Great service and they practically have everything under the sun.

Great place to purchase home gardening and misc things. My son and I went there to purchase the red mulch thats located outside where there were stray cats and the mulch bag had holes. Looks like the cats are kneading into that bags and making holes. You have to be careful on picking the mulch otherwise youll tear a hole and the mulch will spill out! Not very happy on the location of their mulch. It smelled of cat urine.

The workers at this store Are great down-to-earth and willing to help. I wasnt sure if the locks and I was trying to buy would fit on a Box On my motorcycle, So the guy working actually walked me out to my bIkeAnd let me compare AM to the Box so I could make sure that I was getting the right ones. Nice still having stores That make you feel appreciated Id highly recommend this place for anybody looking for any home repair, goods.

Little hardware store with pretty much everything for basic house project needs.

When I enter the store I was on a very important phone call and during this time Im looking around for a plunger to purchase from the store during which I noticed employees coming from every corner of the building watching me Im an African-American and they assume because Im an African-American and dressed in jeans that I was going to steal something from the store I must not go to terrible customer service

I was in the first week of july and had a bad experience with cashier pat I wrote a review on my issue and all the sudden the review is gone I guess this is how we deal w employees covering up bad experiences hope this is not true issues are on here to be delt with not swept under the rug thanks

I shop there at least twice sometimes 3 times , its a great place to find things to help keep busy while staying at home !!! The employees there are great also and very helpful to get what you need !!! Excellent Customer Service all the time !!!! Great Job Guys!!!!

Its about as good as any other Ace hardware. Ace is only Ace they may have what your looking for or they may not. This Ace Hardware is very into loss prevention to the point that it almost feels uncomfortable at times. I went into this Ace to buy coupple needed supplies for a job and they followed my girlfriend around the store everywhere she went including two Ace employees actually come outside into the parking lot and stood stairing at me as I was leaving. I had to stop and ask them if there was some kind of problem and the guy shook his head No. I did not appriciate this type of treatment as I am a paying customer and spent close to 40.00 dollars in that store before I walked out. I understand the need to have loss prevention but I will try not to go back to this Ace any time soon . I must say that the cashier was nice and professional thank you for that

I have only been here 3 or 4 times in the past year but it seems Everytime I go to this particular location I get no service knowledge or guidance when I ask where something is or have a question on which brand I should buy the employees managers here dont know a thing about their job! Dont believe me? Just go see for yourself its ridiculous, Home Depot/Lowes is alot more knowledgeable about their products than Ace.

I ordered online and signed up to get free delivery next day. It started getting late so I called to check ...no one knows anything. Said eventually I could come pick up but then didnt even want to discount for inconvenience. Elsa said there is nothing to fix because the shipping was free and also to go ask ace online. Terrible customer svc. I hope it closes down.

High prices, but much more convenient than the big hardware stores. They have essentials for older homes, usually no lines, good for quick stops.

Major shout out to an employee there named justin. Dude is constantly super helpful. Ive been coming here for years for pest supplies and to get my house keys made. They key service is super quick too and they have an awesome selection of designer keys with sports teams and various other designs.

It was great. the hardware i needed were in a new spot and it was very organized. i found my stuff and was done in about 10 minutes. Thank you.

This store use to be my go to store for specialty items, but no more. Right before, and ever since it changed ownership, the condition of their stock has been pathetic. Especially on unique and hard to find items. There will be a spot for them but no product in that spot.Some of the new employees they have working there have no knowledge about hardware or customer service. I recently went in to have a propane tank filled. Their policy is for the customer to take the tank over to the side gate where an employee will meet you, take your tank and then fill it. The n you, the customer have to go back into the store and wait for the tank to be filled and pay for the fill. Then go back to the side gate to pick up your tank. Thats not customer service. When you bring a tank in to be filled, an employee should come to the front door, get your tank, and bring it back when its finished.I walk with a cane and cant always get around well. When I brought my tank in to be filled I put it in a car and took it to the side gate. I was met by an older employee who, when seeing that I had my tank in a cart said, do you expect me to pick that up out of that cart? My response was, its your job! I have dealt with this employee before and he has little or no knowledge about hardware or customer service.It sucks that I can no longer count on this store and have to go to Oakley or Pittsburg. Unfortunately, those stores are owned by the same people.

Ace Hardware always has what I need along with a 10% military discount. While I was here on vacation from Texas visiting friends, they came this Ace at my suggestion for their needs for their rental house nearby. Convenience, and knowledgeable staff was a big plus. I always find this great service at every Ace I visit.

I do enjoy going here because the people are very nice but its super duper expensive like almost double what every other place charges but its the closest to my house even though it closes super early and everybody in there even though they are super duper nice they usually give me the wrong thing and I usually have to go back three or four times especially when I send my mother I usually have to end up calling the supervisor to have the supervisor give her the correct part that she needs after like the third or fourth time come on guys get it together

I have placed an order dated on May 11, 2020. I have requested to have it delivered in advance, 5 days, May 16,2020(Saturday).I called early 9:00 May 16,2020 (Saturday), spoke to a certain Charles, at first saying, they don’t have such order number: 16940162. I firmly stated, I have an email confirmation. Hadn’t I described my items, he wouldn’t have find it, as well he even confirmed my items are there ( 8 ft ladder, 2 rolls sisal rope) put me on hold, spoked to his Manager Trey, only to get back at me saying they will try to deliver. No calls, no email update, no delivery. Nothing!I called at 5:35pm, verified if I still should expect my delivery, spoke to a certain Enrique (staff) and only offered to put a note on his Manager’s desk, to be read the following day.May 17,2020 (Sunday)I called again today at 8:35am, spoke to a certain Anna. As per the information she gave, my orders are not ready. Really now? I am given the runaround.Charles confirmed my items ready and at the store yesterday. I live 4 blocks away from Ace Sunset Drive, and I don’t see any reason why they cannot deliver.I am one of the locals, who purchases and supports the local store in this area, and it’s so frustrating and upseting.I can understand short staff concerns due to covid 19. Hey, at least have the decency and courtesy to give advise/ heads up as to when they can commit and deliver.I have cancelled my order online.Nothing more to say.

Great help at this store, if you have a question that they dont know, they will find out. Excellent customer service. Prices are a little on the high side, but I guess you have to pay a little more for quality service.

They had gallon sized handsantizer, rubber gloves and were very helpful.

This is another big boy toy store, where you come for one thing and find a handful of others while looking around or just standing in line .

One of the few places to get parts for older homes. Needed a spring for an old garage door. We found it within 3 minutes of walking into the store.

The second I walked in the store I was followed by an employee who did not ask me if I needed help or anything he followed me with his arms crossed like he was some kind of bouncer, I was in my company uniform with my co workers, I am not a thief but I was profiled like I was one will never go back.
