I ended up returning 2 items that I thought were 99cents but rang up $1.99. They were Chips Ahoy Cookies made with reeses pieces. No sign that they were $1.99.Get here early in the morning if you dont want to wait. Manager is either with holding hours for cashiers or they simply dont have the man power. This is always the case at this location. 2 registers are open with lines going down the isles.5 Stars for the customer service. Was greeted by the ladies working in these isles. Toothpaste, Laundry, Refrigerator, and the cashier.

Its a good Store, few issue with this store in these 3-4 years I have found are that either theres always a staff shortage or they dont want to come to register. Theres always a huge line of 10-15 people standing in each of those two lines with open registers with other 7-8 registers closed. Also few of the card readers have issues accepting cards with chip and hand written notes explains that the issue has not been addressed to appropriates.Else, Store is clean and stocked.

Love this store. They have so much. I always visit this first before going to a traditional grocery store. I love salads so I like to get all of ingredients from here.

They need to fix the air conditioning system, and stop trying to blast hip hop music / speakers that are 40 years old, and were meant for paging. Also hire some cashiers,. And it not everything there is 99 cents, be careful there are some things that can be over $20

Better than I expected. Im not a frequent shopper there, but I saw some things I can get there that I didnt know they sold. I will for sure be back!

It has been my experience that the 99 cent stores may not entirely be everything 99 cents but the store has a billion items and almost everything I need. I love coming here. There are many locations too. Thanks 99 cent store and who ever are the ones that made it possible. This store has a wait line but it moves pretty fast sometimes. If not someone else comes and opens up a register and boom were moving again.

I was very impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness, and general cheerful demeanor of the young man who greeted me at the door. The cashier was also friendly and it was just about closing time, so Im sure the employees were anxious to end their shifts and move on to whatever they planned to do next, also, they possibly could have been tired after a long day of work, but if either of those things were true, it was not reflected in the way they interacted with the customers.As far as the facility goes, its clean, but in my opinion, it could be organized better, as in the location of products and what should be shelved together or nearby each other. Other than that, I think this store is great because of the value of what you pay for the quality of what you get, and its a large store allowing for more variety of items to be sold. Theres plenty of parking and its centrally located in an area with places to eat, convenience stores, banking facilities, and across the street is Sommersville Towne Center, the local shopping mall.

Its a 99 cent store. Better stocked than others.

I enjoyed shopping 99 cent store with my grandma.. been shopping there for a long time.. theres been some problems with customer with other customers and outside... I just want our community to safe friendly respect each other... I witness some people arguing and secret guard just standing there doing nothing.

They have a lot of stuff and with good prices. What irritates me is that they always have 1 or 2 cashiers for 20 people waiting in line do you can spend 5 min shopping and 15 to 20 min in line waiting to pay.

I love this place it has all kinds of interesting things that the Dollar tree doesnt have and so much to look at. the staff although they are overworked they are always friendly and they always have a smile and a cheerful hello when I go in there

Its been great lately cashiers are a little more friendlier. The trick is to go when they open, it will be a shorter line. Ive managed to find my whole quarantine work out setup here. A waist trimmer, ankle weights, workout gloves and towel (by Jillian Michaels) a jump rope, Kettel ball, light weights, 5lb medicine ball (12/1/20) yoga mat/blocks. Dont sleep on this place you never know what they may have.

Recently, I guess that they have been cutting back hours, and so the wait lines are 10 to 15 people per lines for only two registers opened most of the day. So to buy one item it takes almost 35 minutes just waiting in line. Besides that, the ladies at the registered are outstanding.

I love the 98 cent store

A hidden gem among other grocery stores. You be surprised how many items you find here that are identical compared to other stores. Only for a couple bucks less.Unfortunately the customer service is subpar at best. They either dont care or are not trained up to par to guide a customer on a designated item.The area around here also has a huge homeless problem, so if you are uncomfortable around panhandlers, I would avoid coming here.

Store is clean and organized, staff is nice, but barely anything is actually 99 cents. Mostly everything is $3 and up. (That should be the stores actual name) Lol

Picking up some essentials.

The long line out front really sucks, but the absence of people inside is GREAT.

Place is great I made care bags for the fire evacuees. Was able to put deodorant, tooth paste, tooth brush, body wash and a wash cloth in freezer bags for around 6.00 each . The only bad part is the parking lot is absolutely disgusting.

The outside is very shady and Funky looking due to the homeless , but if you can look past that the inside of the store is very tidy and isles free of clutter, The staff is also pretty helpful and quick to assist, kudos to the Cart guy that cleans the carts outside.

This is way better than the Dollar Store. You can get a lot more for a lot less. Plus, quality is better. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the overpricing of some items and the lack of shopping carts available. If you want to bring one in from the parking lot you cant because the wheels are locked up. I understand that is to deter cart thieves but you cant get very far away from the store.

As a handyman, I went to the .99cts store to board up a door. Early that morning, someone tried to brake in while the stockers were inside the store.

Love it,the Latin girl at the door (security) is brilliant,she is the reason I love it here because she loves her job and it shows. !!

This store has amazing deals! My favorite to go store for any decor,food ,household or seasonal items I need. If you love finding good deals and save some money this is the store to go to.

Fairly long lines and only 2 lanes open at a time every time I shop there.

Needs more cashiers. Check-out line is always way too long. Cant buy as much as Id like, because it takes too long to check out. Life is short, dont have the 20 minutes to stand in line. Also, the parking lot is awful: lots of pan-handlers, abandoned cars everywhere, and people appearing to sell drugs in the parking lot. The store and lot are always dirty. Other 99 cent stores dont have these issues. This one is the worst.

I absolutely love these stores. I have found everything from as seen on TV stuff to name brand things... these stores had a lot of potential if it werent for all the riffraff they attract, and I would probably come to this particular one a lot more often if it wasnt for the people here, i can barely stand being in the store.

My favorite store for years now. I love their inventory they always bring new products every week. Also they sell groceries, fruit and diary which I love because I only need to do one stop to buy what I need for the week. Staff are always nice and they been working together for years too which makes it a family oriented business. I highly recommend this store, you will find everything you need there believe me 😉 its way better than Big Lots next door !!!!

It was great! They have a 50% off sale on items that are $4.99 and up 50% off today. Dont know how long the sale is. Got good deals.

I like this store. I dont know why. Maybe because it cleaner than most. More organized than others. A good freezer selection as with their produce. They always have my cheap reading glasses in stock and thats a big plus for me.

They had alot of party decorations really like the store although they only had one lady working the register and she had to stop to fill balloons for a customer and nobody else was there to help 😒

I hope they never close these stores. For mine, and so many of our sake. With all the inflation seeming to be in hyper growth. Everyday the hourly wage dwindles. The dollar does less to help us. It never is an even trade for our life/time but now its getting out of hand. So I. Thankful we have something. For now.

For a budget store, you get a lot of variety of foods here for cheap. The fruits and vegetables are usually good, just make sure to look at them throughly to make sure your are getting a quality product. Great place to pick up tons of snacks and candies and ice creams. Location is a bit sketching due to the location.

Only if we had one of these in Yakima WA or Selah WA? I really like this store a lot. Miss it.

This store has EVERYTHING. From a HUGE set of o-rings containing every size you could ever need to Greek yogurt, from fresh produce to cell phone supplies, they have it all.Best deal? The 7 lb bag of ice...for 99 cents??!! Crazy good deal

Neat except of too many boxes in aisle for restocking. Also not enough rolling baskets for shopping, the few they have are full of items for stocking. Not enough registers.

One of my favorite stores . I buy my moms cashew milk here. Looks of good deals here . Love getting my garden decor here every spring and summer.
