They completely neglected to send my covid test results causing me to miss out on a concert that cost me $600 dollars for front row seats and back stage passes for my birthday. When I called to let them know I never received my test results the lady on the phone told me The pharmacy was closed. So I explain to her my situation and ask was there anything they can do, she replied “The pharmacy is closed ma’am, have a good night!” and Hung up in my face. I got my test done on the 29th and today is the 4th still no results. Although results are supposed to come within 2 to 3 days.* then they tell you to go to all these different websites that do not provide testing results. They tell you to look out for an email but there’s no possible way for them to have my email because they never asked for it. Even after me bringing it to their attention that they don’t have my email they told me they don’t do testing results that they go through a company called biotech. I went to that website and it specifically says they do not provide testing results this is all a scam!!! Do not take your Covid test here especially if you have an event or plan on traveling!!!

If I could give this pharmacy 0* I would. They constantly are out of things and all other Rite Aid pharmacies have told me that because Im a regular they should have it available for me, they know Ill be coming and are supposed to have it put aside, they dont. Also they like to tell me it hasnt been enough time to get the new prescription when if you count the days on a calendar it clearly has and I have texts from them stating that when they received the electronic prescription it was too early with the date they would fill it and on that day multiple times they tell me no you have to wait. They have some type of power trip going on and enjoy basically telling people to screw off cause there is nothing you can do. Horrible service and people and lets not even get started on how dirty it is. Water damaged ceiling probably has black mold growing in there.

They dont appear to like filling narcotic prescriptions. My Rx was transmitted 7 days ago and required prior authorization to fill. Two days after it was submitted they said they hadnt received the info needed from my doc. Called my doc and theyd not received any request. Called them back and they said theyd refax the authorization form. 3 days later I get a text that my Rx may be delayed due to authorization needed. Mind you this is the 1st text Id received about it 5 full days after the rx was transmitted. Today I called them and was told they hadnt received the info yet from my doc so they would have to refax again. Told them just fill it and I will pay full price again like last time. I know my doc fills out insurance rx forms for me, has been doing so for 20 years so I know he is not at fault in this. It took them all day to fill it. Another Rx transmitted the same day, also controlled substance but not a narcotic, they filled for me the day after it was received, despite supposedly not having received the required prior authorization.When you try to call the phone rings 13 times then goes back to the main menu, but will only do that 5 times before it auto-hangs up on you. It can take literally hours to get hold of them. Have also had them pick up the phone and hang it up to end calls when they dont want to answer.Have never had any problem like this with Walgreens and would still be using them if my insurance hadnt decided they would no longer allow Walgreens to dispense prescriptions for its members. It is costing me a fortune to pay full price for the medication I take for chronic pain. Looking like Ill have to transfer my prescriptions to CVS if the service at riteaid cant be improved, hopefully theyre better. It almost makes me wonder if BC isnt paying them enough to cover the cost of the med so theyre slow playing me on the authorization until Im out of meds and desperate, so they actually make $ on it. I cannot recommend this riteaid, unsure if its a franchise, perhaps service is better at other locations.

It is a migraine just trying to get prescriptions sent here. they claim the doctor sends the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, when the office can confirm they sent it in multiple times. this has been happening for TWO YEARS.

This is almost 6 months, when Im trying to reach pharmacy everyday I called for 20 time but they never answered my calls and every call toke a hour.

6 STARS!!!! i LOVE THE PHARMACY TEAM HERE!!! THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST AT HOOKIN YOU UP IN A FAST MANNER...THE PHARMACIST IS EXCELLENT AT TAKING CARE F HIS CLIENTS WITH UPDATING THERE SHOTS AND IF THEY HAVE A RX COMING UP THAT NEEDS TO BE FILLED..ALSO THE CASHIERS THAT I SEE N THE WEEKENDS ALWAYS SEAM TO HELP ME AS FAST AS THEY CAN. SOME TIMES THEY ARE ARE SHORT ON HAND OF RELIEF CASHIERS, BUT BESIDES THAT THEY SEEM TO BE FAIRLY HELPFUL.

Terrible customer service. Had a COVID test scheduled and they canceled it due to lack of supplies and didn’t give me any other options or information to reschedule it. Attempted to call back to reschedule and was on hold for over an hour. Save yourself some time and visit another location.

Prescriptions are not ready in a timely manner and the staff acts like they are doing you a favor instead of their job. Great improvement needs to be made on customer service.

Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacist (Kato). I normally get all my prescriptions from Walgreens without any issue, but was forced to get one from here because it was out of stock. I am on a program with actual doctors that know what they are prescribing and why, but he was too ignorant to understand, and instead of listening to me trying to explain, he laughed in my face. Additionally, he said he would never refill a perception for me again there and in a very accusatory manner. I have NEVER had an issue with a pharmacist at Walgreens understanding my treatment plan. I am absolutely appalled that KATO is allowed to work there. I was in tears on my way home. He had no idea what I am dealing with and didnt want to hear it. Horrible human being.The response from the owner that is BS. I called the corporate offices, the district manager, and the store manager. THEY DONT FOLLOW UP OR CARE. Honestly this company is horrid. Talked to my doctor about this experience I had. Kato is a plain idiot that cant understand an actual physicians instructions and instead is a complete jerk.

Closed early again. So many times I have gone to get my prescriptions and the window has been closed or the whole pharmacy has closed early. The pickup window area is junky. The people are usually nice, but not sure what kind of quality of drugs they are using. I am going to change pharmacies.

Very friendly staff! Take refunds with receipt without a hassle. Been coming here 5 years, convenient location. Linda is very friendly and kind! The drive thru pharmacy window area needs to be cleaned and maintained. Pharm staff have changed over the past few years. They are nice but Niel (sp) pharm tech was impressive; so polite, efficient and knew me by my last name, thats customer service!Too bad he left!

Very clean, extremely friendly staff, but the one who takes the record for friendliness is Senor5 Ricardo is very friendly and attends you in your language. If there is something bad, it is only the wait one makes to pay personally, I think they would lack a teller and it would be perfect most of the time only one there and until they see the very long line the second teller enters into action that is the only thing that personally affects me.
