My wife wasn’t really in the market for a new vehicle, but we came across a listing for a Jeep Wrangler that she absolutely fell in love with. After thinking about it for a few days, we decided to make an appointment (highly recommended) and take a road trip from Northern Minnesota! Upon arrival we were greeted by numerous people including Van, the GM. Soon we were introduced to Jerry. Let me tell you what, Jerry is pretty much the best thing since sliced bread when it comes to car salesmen. The whole process was great. They made sure we were comfortable during the whole process. Offered us a fair trade in value, and even took some money off the price over a few of the very MINOR issues we had with the new Jeep. It was nice to not have to haggle over anything and was completely stress free. Even Caesar, the finance manager was great to deal with. He had us laughing the entire time. Proof that Bears, and Packers fans can work well together.

Scheduled appointment online. The person my appointment with was was busy. The gentleman that helped me was great. I would recommend seeing Darek. He was very pleasant and helpful. They could be a little more time conscious when selling you in the protective products. Would have preferred a quicker experience. Other than that great team.

Very impressed car guy from Iowa. I found Raymond Chevrolet on Ebay while searching for my bucket list vehicle... a Toyota FJ Cruiser. They had recently taken the FJ in on trade. I called them direct and spoke to Honorio and put him through the paces requesting detailed pics and condition of the vehicle. He was definately a straight shooter and gained my trust / confidence to make the 5 hour drive. Upon arriving, test driving and then buying the FJ, my wife and I were impressed with Darek and the entire staff. Had a great experience with Robert Fine buying my first car. My mom was a total momma bear and he got everything she asked for. The waiting around was a little long, but it was a Saturday what are you going to do. While putting my spare tire in they forgot to put my mats back in the trunk, I asked Robert the next day and he had a set waiting for me with no issues. They truly look after you. Overall had a great time buying my Chevy Malibu and I love my car. I will be having all my maintenance done here as well. Genuinely understanding and nice people to work with.

We realize that with the current conditions that shipment of parts was being delayed. Raymond body shop kept us informed with text messages, when the parts arrived and about how long we could expect for our car to be done. We appreciate the updates, and being kept in the loop. The work was great when we finally could pick up our car. I have no complaints and would gladly sent my friend for service.

Great experience from being to end. First and foremost the dealership actually had the vehicle they were advertising on line. The prompt courtesy internet called back and sent a quote including all costs vehicle, taxes, doc fees. No hassle when I arrived at dealership. They provided exactly what they stated and an excellent customer service experience too. The whole team are die hard professionals.No bait and switch here. I had a great experience buying a 2021 Kia Soul from Jerry at Raymond. I would definitely recommend them!

I am writing this review to specifically point out the terrible customer service that I received (10/08/21) from a woman I believe is one of the managers of the service department. I do not know her name but I do know that she has a nose ring. She is very dishonest!! I took in my vehicle to get serviced because the engine light came on after having the car for less than 24 hours. When I took it in this woman stated that there was no check engine light when indeed there was. She had a diagnostic/scanner in her hand so I imagined she just reset the check engine light instead of actually repairing the problem. When I confronted her about it she rudely just shrugged me off. Secondly, I also took my vehicle in due to a very loud squeaking sound coming from my brakes. She said she would take care of it. I waited for approximately four hours for the repair(s) although I had an appointment but I still had to wait two hours before my car was taken in for repair. The worst part was that the problem was not fixed the squeaking sound is even worse and the engine light was just reset. How disappointing and a waste of time!!! (I had to take a day off work). Clearly this woman has no idea how to manage the service department and needs much more training to deal with repairs and how to deal with people as she is extremely rude and dishonest. I really do hope she gets trained appropriately so her actions do not make this wonderful dealership look bad.

They listed a manual transmission Ford Fiesta. I called them to make sure the vehicle was still there, and was told by Robin that the vehicle was still available. Made a same day appointment to see it and drove down. When we got there, we were told the vehicle had failed inspection, never should have been listed, and had been sold at auction.Only deal with them if you like being lied to. One star listing because I cant give them zero.

We just recently purchased a used 2010 Hyundai Elantra from Raymond Chevrolet to be used as my work car. I worked with a very nice salesman named Jack. He was very transparent and worked with us on the price the best he could. We told him that we would buy the car if he fixed a couple small issues we noticed. We came back to pickup the car a week later and all the issues were resolved. Most importantly, Jack never made us feel that he was short on time or had other things to do, even though we were purchasing a 10 year old car. Highly recommend Raymond Chevy. Ask for Jack.

Pete made scheduling a breeze and even suggested that I have my spark plugs changed and to flush my antifreeze out. I have been looking for an electric vehicle for a while. I live about an hour away, and I was worried I would have to deal with pushy salespeople. However, Jimmy and Bob were fantastic! Service advisor was nice and helpful, but took way to long for an oil change and tire rotation. Had made an appt for this service a few days prior so I would hopefully be in and out but still took just over 3 hours. Was not happy. Last oil change and tire rotation in June was 2&1/2 hours, reason for 2 star review.

My husband and I purchased a work truck from here around 6 months ago. They sold us a warranty for it as well as my wifes Kia. It was a ceramic coating, etc. I have yet to schedule to have the services done and decided I no longer want it. I have called 4 or 5 times and they give me the run around, wont return my calls, and wont refund my $2000.

I had gone to view a vehicle that needed to be serviced, the sales associate assured me the vehicle would not sell while being serviced and I would be able to purchase it on Saturday after it was fully serviced. I called on Saturday only to find out the sales associate had sold it prior to Saturday. I did not have a good experience at this dealership and will not be returning.

PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING USED CAR....If I could give less than 1 star I would. However we purchased a used car were told how great the car was. The day we were supposed pick the car up in was in the shop needing work. Since the day we drove it off the lot it has needed some work every month we have only had the vehicle for 1 year and have already put in about 4000 in repairs and it is on its way to another shop once again as I write this. We have asked if they can do anything to make this situation right however they do not care. The whole reason for buying a car with a car loan was to get something more reliable than something from a private seller on the street and that we did not get.Last night we were there again talking to them about our situation to get told there is nothing they can do. while there we over heard that a customer was coming in to pick up a car. they sent it to get gas put in and the worker came back from putting gas in it and said it seems there could be an issue with a sensor. Did they pull the vehicle back to look at it or did they call this customer not while we were there. Instead they shrugged and said he could be wrong its fine...I have now been sold 2 lemons by 2 different dealerships this one ensured me they were different they value there customers and they take pride in what they do and there cars. however this is not true. I am now paying every last penny I have on a car payment for a vehicle that needs work every month to every 2 months. I have not went longer than a 2 month period without having to bring my car to a mechanic....
