Drive up is ridiculous! You could definitely run in and shop EVERY isle faster than they can bring your order out. They also need more drive up parking spots. Drove around 3x before I found a spot relatively close to drive up parking.

Store is normally well maintained, and in a convenient location to where I am currently living. Back to school section seems smaller this year, but it well stocked and has all basic student needs.

Target has a lot of very nice home products, comfortable cloths, good quality foods n pet products. I like the layout of the store and check out is usually pretty quick and employees are friendly and interested. Plus I feel safe n clean shopping at Target.

The only reason why a store like this is useful is because of the fitting rooms where you can try clothes on. So ask yourself whats the use of shopping for clothes at target if you cant try any clothes on because the dressing room is closed? Ill easily stay home and order off amazon.I CAN USE YOUR BATHROOM BUT NOT THE DRESSING ROOM? great logic!

The ordering and pickup process was smooth. I also like the selection of items available. The wait time for my pickup order was very short, less than 5 minutes.

I made a quick stop here. I was impressed with the helpfulness of the employees in the electronics department. They took the time to answer questions and give there suggestions about streaming devices. The store was clean and bright. Two people who appeared to be managers were standing near the exit and were also helpful.

Dont ever use their drive up pick up option you will be waiting all night for just a handful of items ,better off just going inside the store . Also this target is always out of everything .

Target has gone downhill in the last few years. I used to shop there religiously every week. Now I bet I dont go into a Target more than twice a year. Target branded products, poor store layout and lack of great prices have driven me away. Sorry!

First off the store was clean and the associates super helpful. At the self checkout I had a wrapped bunch of bananas with a bar code, I scanned the item and the registered asked how many - being a guy I thought OK, there are six bananas in the bunch so I was ready to punch in 6. The associate came over and said, because the bananas were wrapped it was 1 bunch for $1.79, thus she saved me $1.79x 5 !!!! This is going above and beyond to assist a customer - well done!

I called prior to actually going there to shop. I tried four times and no one ever came to the phone. In these days of the pandemic, this is one of the worst kinds of customer service.

I accidentally left my daughter’s very expensive club foot bar in a shopping cart (had to take it off to get her in the cart seat and just left it off). I came back an hour later hoping it had been turned in. After finding out it hadn’t, the manager and a wonderful employee looked through rows of shopping carts to help me find it. So grateful for the humanity and kindness they showed at the end of a long work day in the middle of the week.

I hate to say it, but I will no longer shop at this establishment. Last night making a late pick up of a backpack and some other needed items. My 14 year old son and I were racially profiled in this store. I shop here frequently and it is disturbing, to hear employees communicating on their radios saying where we were stealing... First and foremost I make to much money to be stealing from f-ing Target... Second of all, what do I look like shop lifting with my child.... The store was empty so these dummies were easily heard... I talked to a manager and had the employee apologize to my son. I hate to say it, I actually hope they loose their position. My child didnt deserve to be treated in that manner, I hope that theyve learned something from this situation. You never know who is the person your targeting they just might be someone important...

It’s the closest target in our area and they have a good selection of products.

Target groceries are top shelf their stores are clean & orderly & the staff is always very helpful.

Excellent customer service from good and personable employees. I was very impressed by how well the employees work as a team to professionally provide curbside pickup during a busy near closing hour. Walmart should take notes on what quality service is, and how to train their employees to be professional, effecient, and provide a good experience. Target is by far excelling at providing a excellent curbside pickup experience!

They walked right out to me when I got there, the girl was really nice and the ice cream + milk was still cold.

I tried to order items online. One of the items was out of stock. Target canceled the item, but didnt refund the charge on my credit card. I had to cancel the order and go into the store. When I got there, Target was out of stock on other items and brands I wanted and I had to go to Walmart to find them.

The Target shops are nice for their variety of things. they have toys of all kinds, clothes for all ages, and furniture for all styles.

This place does nothing at all they handle the mask situation so dumb it’s honestly sad they are covid hotspot and so many people walk in saying they have a “medical condition no proof” and they can just continue to walk in the mask mandate to lift is JUNE 15th not in may also the way they treat situations is god awful like the management needs help when it comes to guests and their team employees they don’t care about them at all

Red card savings quality and good prices... the new look at Target and better trained personnel has made a big difference. I am a big Amazon shopper the new Target gets me off-line and into the store. The new store pick-up is easier and more convenient. Staging is everything for me add great quality with current trends and it works for me

The online ordering was much easier than other places I have tried. I was in a hurry and the online system filtered items available at a glance and available for pickup in 2 hours. It was extremely efficient. I didnt have to keep clicking around and resetting filters. Once I placed the order, it was done very quickly and ready for pickup within 1 hour . My mom picked it up with no issues.

Target is a great place to shop, especially if you want to get something quick. Staff are mostly helpful, and their brands like Archer Farms and Market Pantry are good as well. Would reccomend this store to some people.

The store needs to do a better job of making sure customers that enter respect the rules and put on a mask. Twice now I have seen people without masks in store. This is most unacceptable!Firstly, Covid-19 is spreading rapidly in Contra Costa county, second, it is a public order. The order requires businesses that are open during the pandemic to ensure their workers and volunteers wear face coverings, and to not serve or allow entry to anyone not wearing face coverings. This needs to be respected otherwise even those wearing masks have an increased chance of breathing in particles of Covid-19 through gaps in their masks, or by picking up products somebody has breathed on or talked over, or transmission of particles through the eyes. That is why face masks are worn. It doesn’t help that some people just don’t get it or care to get it but the store has to enforce it at the very least to protect its staff and customers.

I never have to wait more than a minute. The staff is always courteous.

I love this Target! It’s clean, the employees are friendly, the customer service counter has never been anything but accommodating! If anything, I wish it carried certain products that other locations do, but it’s not a big deal b/c I can always order online and it gives me reasons to visit the other the locations. If anything, my only complaint is that the Starbucks line at that location can get a bit long, but it’s not b/c the employees are bad, it’s just busy.

Absolutely love Target! Stores are clean and well stocked. Often find great prices on everyday needed supplies, and I have fun shopping for gifts for friends and family members. Target carriers well known name brands that I trust. Staff are well informed and easy to spot.

The manager of this store (Vannesa) is a pedantic to resolve a complaint or claim. He lacks experience is just screen the title of manager. Nobody is obliged to buy something if the price is not correct, I think that if in a line this price is for the same product, it does not say if it is only for one or if it is for two for a price, one is I am not a fortune teller for And if I dont want to buy it, I have the right to return it. They want to do it. Buy by force just for not making a cancellation. Just by holding the title of manager, they create a garbage of people to help others🤔🤨suggestion put the prices well so that people do not see a different price. according to you when paying is another👌

Its a one stop shop.

Many shelves are empty. The webpage shows that items are available in the store, but when you actually visit there or put an online order, many items are not available for you to pick up. Some employees seem to be aware of the situations but the managers dont seem to care.

The cashier is a wonderful customer service agent. The customer in front of me had a little difficulty reading a label on a product and the CSA took the time to read and answer the questions of the customer. You don’t see that very often and I am glad I witnessed it.

Over all the modifications of the Antioch Target store are very nice. However, the soda, pizza, abd popcorn are still down. When is this station going to be up and running?

Customer service was the absolute worst I have ever had. I placed an online order for pick up. Everything would have been great except that the employee handed me a clearly broken item and when I pointed it out and asked for him to get me a new one his response was NO. He said it was my responsibility since I touched it to go get a new one and stand in the return line to exchange it. He hands me a broken item and somehow it becomes MY responsibility to replace it? Are you kidding me? Never again!

Courteous And fast service. When you have no time, let Target get the items for you, and then on your time do the pick. Fast, easy and practical.
