Was in the middle of a road trip on a touring Harley when my bike broke down. Phil and Taylor came to my rescue that evening and got me and the bike to a nearby motel where I could proceed to work on it. Awesome people, fair price, and excellent service.

Had two flat tires and the one and only Fabulous Phil came out and helped tow it to a tire location. Phil was extremely professional and friendly and helped get the process going with my auto insurance (the calling center was confusing so there’s that !). But he helped locate a reputable tire shop and gave me a lift there. A great experience (well, besides the flat tires). Thank you for the great service.

I’ve been using Antioch Automotive since I bought my first car almost 12 years ago, after they added the towing division I started using them at my business as well for hauling old HVAC systems. They’ve never let me down and have always given reliable service and pricing. Jim (one of the owners) is the kind of guy you just know you can trust. I called him today to have the tires changed on one of my cars and didn’t even ask him for a price, I knew whatever the bill was would be fair, which it was. Great guy and great company, don’t hesitate to call them.

They were dispatched from my insurance company for roadside towing on the side of the freeway. They came from another state, and were as prompt as they physically could be.The dispatcher was very helpful and friendly. (That usually doesn’t happen with towing companies.)I’m was not at the location where my car was picked up, as it was winter, after dark, and on the side of the interstate. They allowed me to leave the vehicle, which doesn’t always happen.My vehicle was picked up at or before the scheduled time.I was also not at the drop off location, but was told by the person that was, that the driver was extremely polite and helpful.Their price was extremely reasonable, as my vehicle went further than my insurance would pay for.I would absolutely recommend them, and will definitely use them again.

I’ve been to many shops both local and further away, this one is by far/no question the absolute best based on my experiences. I’ve brought a few of my trucks here which I use for my business, on very tight time schedules to get fixed. I’ve also brought personal vehicles here, and have recommended them to friends.Not only do they go above and beyond to meet the timeframe I have, they match their efforts in honesty, quality and price. The shop leads will talk to you one on one, and give you an honest assessment of what’s going on with it, what they can do, how long it will take (which in my experience has always been FASTER), and what the price will be and WHY.Their shop is clean and they have a ton of bays. Front desk is always helpful and cheerful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A lot of people out there are concerned about how much it’ll cost to fix and maybe one shop is cheaper than the next, etc... I know I can come here and not even need to know the price because it will be fair and it will get done right. Thanks guys I will be back soon lol!!

In town for Christmas from Houston to see family and would you know it. I start having vehicle problems. Truck wouldnt start. Had Antioch Automotive tow it to their show and they diagnosed and fixed the problem. A corroded negative ground for the fuel pump relay in my fuel box. Price was reasonable and staff was friendly and professional.

My RV dealer recommended Antioch Automotive for chassis work 2 years ago. Ive been a customer now for 2 years and highly recommend them for routine maintenance especially on my Ford E 450 chassis. Prompt and reasonably priced. They addressed all my requests and I will be returning for additional service as needed.

Past experiences have me very leary of auto shops in general.I was introduced to this shop via an unfortunate incident on labor day.Greg, who towed my truck, was friendly and professional and I wasnt left waiting forever alone, at night.Randy, in the service department, was also friendly and professional.I had my work done there, and was very satisfied with the service, the cost, and how quick the turn around time was.I also brought an older truck in for some known issues, and had some extensive work done on it as well, with the same results.I think I have finally found my go-to garage, and a place I feel confident recommending.I hope that never changes.

Friendly staff and mechanics. They looked over my vehicle before doing any work to make sure it was worth fixing. They called me for approval before doing any work and with total costs. They did no surprise or unwanted repairs unlike some other local auto shops in the area! I drove home feeling safe in my older vehicle for the first time since owning it. Great place to have work on your car. They are a big shop that knows what they are doing so they wont be the cheapest place. But they are very help full. Most work Ive had done there is better than the way the car came new.

Had new tires put on and an oil change done at Antioch Automotive, and the entire process from start to finish was incredibly easy. Everyone is so friendly, and Kris made sure I was getting the best tires for my needs. I was able to drop my car off over night and pick it up after work so no time off work required! I highly recommend Antioch Automotive, and my car runs better than ever!

I took my 4Runner here on the recommendation of a family friend that had his BMW serviced there as well (coincidentally I now own that BMW). I spoke with Randy and Jim throughout the process. They were helpful and I felt very forthright with what work needed/should be done and what could really be put off for future repairs. Shop has a great environment in it if you have to wait. Felt that they did good work with fair pricing. I plan to continue taking my cars there for any services that I can not do myself.

Antioch Automotive has always been a great repair shop for us. Shortly after picking up my car for a simple oil change/tire rotation, an unrelated issue came up that would prevent me from leaving for an out-of-town wedding. Antioch Auto didnt have the part in stock, but rather than turning me away, they telephoned a local dealer and explained our urgency to leave for the wedding. The dealer took care of us immediately even though they were busy that day. I know the call from Antioch Auto made all the difference. We really like this place. (The new waiting room is great, too!)

Ready for a 1 p.m. appt only to find my car wouldnt start. Purchased a new battery from Antioch Automotive on 3/11/2015 so I called. The owner said it was still under warranty and he would send a tow truck and bring it into the shop. It started right up when the man used a battery starter but I decided to have it towed anyway. The owner called later and said it was ready for pickup. He put a Battery Tender on it since I use the car so seldom and it would save me from having to go out several times a week to start it. I had never heard of that kind of device and I told them I had no way to pick the car up so he had a gentleman drive my car to my home and another car followed so he could be taken back to the shop. He showed me how to use the battery tender and didnt want to take any money for delivering it but I made him take a token amount. It has started everyday since and I couldnt be happier. They are honest and the prices fair. They want to help and go above and beyond the norm. This place is the best and deserves your business. Very accommodating and I am so thankful Antioch has this automotive shop.

Taking your car to the mechanic is a little like going to the dentist: its seldom fun and can even be a little painful but its reassuring to know youre taking your car to a place you trust. Great auto care and so close to home. I am a first time customer at Antioch Automotive and was provided with excellent service. I came in for a simple oil change. Upon looking under my car, the technician noticed I had a small oil leak and there was a build up on one of my tires. He showed me my vehicle and the issues that I was having and suggested I ask the dealership if these were covered under the warranty. I did call the dealership since my car is only 4 years old, and yes it was covered under warranty at no charge.Antioch Automotive provided me the service I was looking for from honest dependable certified techs. I will be returning for other routine maintenance on my car and suggest to friends and family that this is the place to go for excellent service!!FIVE STAR RATING!!!!

Friend was driving my car and was involved in an accident in Antioch. I was not asked if I wanted my car towed, it was just taken by a police tow by Antioch Automotive where they have held my car hostage for almost 6 weeks. My husband owns a tow company and had I been asked it could have been towed within minutes. They wont let me into the yard to get my possessions from the vehicle without getting over 2000 dollars for storage. I would have gotten the car away from the scene as soon as I was told about the accident, but of course Antioch Automotive was able to get there and literally hold my car hostage. Nothing but a scam and revenue maker. One star is too much to give these crooks.

Weve had them help us with our Jeep a couple of times now and they not only are very very friendly, but always know exactly what is wrong and fix it. Excellent pricing and excellent knowledge on any make/model. Friends have taken their vehicles here also and love them. We will continue giving them our business. Highly recommend!

We were visiting Antioch from out of town and our wheelchair accessible van broke down. Antioch automotive got a tow truck to at our location in 15 minutes and they fixed our van quickly and at a very reasonably price so we would not be stranded without transportation for our disabled children. They did a great job on the repair and a were all very professional and polite. They even provided a courtesy ride from where we were staying back to the shop to pick up the vehicle. We would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any other vehicle work we have when we are in the Antioch area.

Honest quality mechanics and customer service! Prices are fair and Im comfortable leaving knowing my vehicle was fixed correctly. The new shop has a beautiful lounge area with a coffee bar. Never used their towing services but looks like they are well equipped to handle any tow. Been a customer since 2010. Highly recommended!

When my car door wouldn’t latch shut, AAA had them come to me. Phil came and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! He fixed the door temporarily so I could get home instead of having to be towed. I would recommend them 100%! Thank you Phil for everything! :)

Needed a tow. Called in at 12:00pm. Was given an ETA of 1:45pm. 2pm comes around and I still havent heard from Antioch Automotive nor did I get any updates on their ETA. I called in and they said their tow driver is on the way to another tow, she said it could be another 45 mins. 3pm rolls by and still no updates. I called and they said our driver got detained. It could be another 45 minutes. At this point, their new ETA is 4pm. Thats 4 hours of waiting, with no updates from this company. I had to call in 2 times to get updated ETA or even any updates on it taking longer.It would have been nice to get updated on the time as a courtesy heads up. But they didnt even bother giving me any updates. This is poor customer service, and I hope no other future customer if theirs gets treated this way. This is not acceptable by any terms of customer service. Antioch Automotive handled this very unprofessionally

I have been bringing Honda and my Kia there for a while now. Always trustworthy. They fix what is needed and do not over sell. I was in the car repair business with a dealership for over 15 years and have seen bad techs and bad operations. This is neither. They have even done excellent work on my motor home. Highly recommended. Fair, honest pricing, Good wrench work. trustworthy and honest. They have moved to a larger operation on the north end of town, but I will bring my cars to them only.

Ive been going here to these guys for about ten years. If I were to list all the times they have taken care of me and gone above and beyond to ensure my safety and the safety of my loved ones, I would be writing all day. They never over-diagnose like many shops do. They are honest and make sure your vehicle is repaired correctly at the lowest possible cost. What more can you ask for?

I would just like to share my great experienced with Antioch Automotive company specially to Corby. At first the insurance sent A & Y towing company after my car stalled. A & Y TOWING SERVICES is a NO CALL NO SHOW we waited forever in a bad blizzard weather. The insurance company is very courteous and apologetic. Insurance company attempted to call them multiple times and they won’t even have guts to pick up the phones to answer for their unprofessional service. To make the story short the insurance contacted Antioch Automotive they came and rescued us less than an hour in a bad blizzard weather. I would like to praise Antioch Automotive and Corby for a prompt professional service they’re very knowledgeable and really knows the importance of customer service. I highly recommend Antioch Automotive for a quick fast action in a very crucial situation.

Had a great experience with these guys twoce while visiting antioch for the summer. Wish the shop was in my home town. Very trustworthy workmanship. Very nice waiting area.

I called Antioch Automotive and told them I had $42 to my name and I needed a rusty screw removed. I asked over the phone how much that would be. I was told between $25 and $35. I brought my truck to them and once again explained that all I had was $42 and I could not pay more than that. The girl at the counter said, Ok that should be fine but I will let him (the mechanic) know, just in case. When my truck was done, 20 minutes later, imagine my surprise when I get a bill for $11 more than the $42 I have. I immediately reminded the girl of our conversation that took place 20 minutes prior and she needed to go check with someone for instructions on how to handle this. She came back up to the counter and I kid you not, she actually said to me, Well, its only $11 Im sure you can borrow it from someone. What?! At this point I am near tears. I have been out of work for 2 years and fixing this screw is the last step of me being able to get back to work. I am literally giving this company the very last of my money, and they know it. I understand that that is not their problem and they are trying to run a business however, they never should have agreed, twice, to do the work for the amount that we discussed. I hastily agreed to come back in 2 weeks with the $11 because I just wanted to get the hell out of there after the way I was treated. I chose not to go back and pay that $11 because what they did was wrong. I figured they can eat the $11 and I just wont go back there, ever. Well guess what? I just got a phone call from them. They want their $11. I told them to take me to court for it and now I shall tell this story to everyone that will listen.

Requested a tow through geico app, they assigned this company and provided an ETA. Tow truck driver called me and said hes ahead of schedule and showed up earlier then expected! HIs name was Paul, he knew his job through and through, had me where I needed to go in no time, also a very pleasant person to carry conversation with while driving to drop off location. Highly recommend this company! Again, kudos to Paul.

My family has been going to Antioch Automotive for years and always preached about it. I decided when having problems with my car I would take it there.The first issue I had them look at they gave a description of what they needed to do and said how much and if they would have time for a couple other things on the car.While getting the quotes for the parts and repairs the man on the phone was rude and condescending when it came to the repairs I was enquiring about and never got back to me on the prices.My father would later get on the phone and described a specific issue with the car that wasnt clear at first so that they would be able to find the issue and fix it properly after I told them to do the repairs.They said yes and then when I talked to them on the Saturday after (they had had the car for 3 days) they said they had done the three other repairs besides for the one that I originally had intended on them doing. They said at that point that I had told them not to do it and on top of that, that it was an issue that would take some time. I told them that I had not told them to not do the repair and asked them if they could still get to the issue. On Monday I hadnt heard from them and called them to ask how things were going with the final big issue and was told again, by someone else, that it would take time, I told them they had had the car for 5 days and I need it back, not to mention if it was going to take days more they should have told me before hand. Then I expressed my concerns about all the miscommunications that had happened while the man I talked to was condescending back to me. The issue was one that would take a long time but not something that is necessary, if they didnt have time for it I could have brought it back at a later date.The man on the phone was very impatient and rude to me and I told him I would call him back. After thinking on it I called them back, told them not to worry about any more work on it and went straight over to pick it up. The repairs were cheap but when I arrived at the shop the man i had talked on the phone with said he had talked with the other people in the shop and that my father had told them not to do the original repair. Which is absolutely not the case and I decided I wouldnt give them too bad of a rep because they were semi apologetic for the miscommunicationJust now I was having my car towed through my insurance and the first time they showed up was 3 minutes after I got a notification saying they would be there in twenty. When I didnt immediately answer my phone, though I called back a minute later, they left my house and I had to reschedule the tow. They told me a time and I had to call my insurance and they showed up 30 minutes late. It was a 2 hour ordeal and they ends up not even sending their own vehicle because I was so fed up my insurance found someone else. We got the car to the shop within 20 minutes of closing.

This place does it all with the highest training available. They found an issue with my car that a dealer master mechanic could not.

Generally a very reliable garage.

I have taken my car here 2 times . Once because my ball joint rusted apart, and axle ripped off ect, the 2ed tine was because of oil leak/burning issues. They did an oil change.. told me the brand quickerstate was bad. Changed to valvoline, and got Jims oil treatment from napa, and tadah, no more oil burning 1qt per 200 miles. From professional towing skills to professional mechanics, and 15-20% lower labor costs vs other local area towing/mechanics... not only do they fix your problems, they give advice on future recommendations as far as driving/parking a broken car ect. They are always willing to help and give good advice and explain things based on situations for safety, and how not to ruin your vehicle even more. If they see any signs of parts beginning to fail they will call and warn you about it and ask if you would like it replaced or not. The best part... probably the fastest and most effective place for towing/repairs, and opened on weekends !

Jim, Voytek, and Mrs Wargula have a top grade automotive repair service. Ive been driving for over half a hundred years and have had similar service ONLY one other time, 50 years ago in Chicago.This time I had a blown tire. Voytek ordered me a new tire and had it on my auto the next morning. Fast, honest service at an unbeatable repair service. I am very happy when they moved into larger quarters, they stayed in Antioch.JMS
