The service was good. I deducted 1 star because they took forever to find my keys and I waited a while in the hot sun for my car. Other than that, Marco was great! Watch out for the temptresses of Wiakiki at the cashier window. They are amazingly gorgeous ladies. J/k! Great service!

They wanted 99 dollars to rotate tires, and a 200 dollar fee to look at my windshield wipers. Prices are getting outrageous

Have trouble getting good service their everytime I go. Not sure why. Had to go back twice the last time my car needed to be serviced. The second time it was given back I was told the empty gas tank was my problem. Thanks😥

My wifes fab was broken when she got home from having maintenance conducted on her car. I had no proof that it was broken by staff at the dealership. However, I returned the following day, showed the broken fab to the Service Manager, and was EXTREMELY pleased that he provided a fab that looked new to me, for FREE!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Eddie Hidalgo is very nice and trustworthy.

$400 per Axle for my car was a bit high especially if they are also just machin the rotors and they arent even new?

Repair shop people pretty nice for the most part, but estimates very pricey & repairs very expensive . Sales associate TanYa rocks tho !

My vehicle is in great shape thanks to their excellent quality service. For a better service schedule your appointment ahead of time because it gets really busy at times.

Great customer service but poor record keeping and prices for parts and service are insane. Great motivator to take automotive classes and do self repair..

Believe it or not their prices for repairs or maintenance are better than the hole in the wall shops, plus they always have parts on hand if needed, you dont have to wait days or weeks for your repairs most times its repaired the same day! And backed by a no B.S warranty.

Great service team members. Jon Carter was very helpful in letting me know the cost and options to keep it within my budget. Bit of a heads up, labor is $185 per hour.

Very slow service!! I made an appointment for just an oil change, and they told me the wait time will be 1.5 hours. I waited 2.5 hours and they are still not done. The sad part of it all is that people who came after me were serviced before me. I recommend going to the concord location. Don’t waste your time here unless your willing to drop off your car.

Our Prius needs to get software update. Dropped it off in the morning. We told the service advisor well pick up the car later the afternoon. But got it done sooner than expected.
