Nice market for produce you might not find elsewhere. Stinks a bit what what can you expect with raw seafood lying out. Good prices too, especially the 6-count mango packages which are really the best mangoes money can buy. Service is nice and quick too whenever we go. Overall a good experience. 5 ⭐️

If you drive past this place and dont go in youre missing out They have the best seafood youll get around here. Their vegetables are outstanding the mushrooms selection is great. If Im gonna complain I will say sometimes the fruit is old by the time I go home and eat it the same day its old and rotten on the inside inside it happened a few times but but usually they have good fruit but like I said sometimes you get rotten fruit prove if you dont pay close attention thats the only complaint

I like the jackfruits they have. But theyre not completely ripened. Youll have to keep it in a warm place for it to get ripened fyi. Pineapple is expensive. They dont have star fruit. The quality of what they have is really good.

This was my first time there and I loved it. If youve ever been frustrated in the Asian aisle at one of the big supermarkets, do yourself a favor and check this place out. The selection is amazing. I mean, this place has stuff. Meat, fish, ramen, vegetables, fresh, frozen. Its got it all. It also has something else I liked: One checkout line. First come, first served. I plan to be a regular.

They have a good selection of basic staples and fun snacks. Meats are decent and good prices.The problem is with lack of freshness in some things. I have never purchased shallots there that weren’t either spoiling in their centers or starting to sprout. Kimchi tends to be too old, going mushy. The salmon roe we just bought had a sell-by date of 1 week and 2 days in the future, but it smelled pungent like foot odor. It makes me wonder about the accuracy of the labeling and temperature control.It would be a really good store if they could sort this stuff out.

They have a lot of products. The vegetable selection was nice, I found a huge cabbage that was twice the size of my head. They have great products and friendly staff. I asked where a product was and the employee took me directly to it.

I love this place, everything in store is always neat and prepared nicely for easy grab. and all natural ingredients of what i cannot get at Target, or FoodMax or WinCo. I feel like the only issues would be with the butchers in the back (because of how some customers/ guests treat them), whom, lets be real, owe you nothing. Always be respectful. Use two hands when paying or recieving, and even with the slightest head bow and smile in gratitude because everything is a gift! Make a difference for them and they will do the same for you.Even if you feel like it goes south that day, at the end of your visit, the register workers at the front will still be smiling and wishing you a good day.

Visited during the COVID time, saw they clean the billing counter after each customer billing was done, thats something even bigger Supermarkets doesnt do these days.All the products and fresh produce were really fresh and tasty really good.Pricing wasnt too expensive. Great asian market. Has a variety of oriental ingredients that you cant find in other markets. It also has fresh meats and seafood options. They have lots of imported snacks as well! The staff are really nice too. The security guard they have up front is also kind.

I love this place! They have a really great variety of mushrooms, eggplant, herbs and specialty items. Though it does smell like fish bc the whole back wall is fish tanks. I feel like most of their pricing is very reasonable.

Country Market is a good place for seafood I get a sack of oysters which usually cost 70 seventy-five bucks elsewhere like Ranch 99 they sell them here for sixty bucks you got to come early Saturday morning as they received their weekend shipments then and these oysters will literally be gone in a few hours and I think they order between 20 and 40 sacks for every Saturday so get in there and get some nice oysters and eat them on the half shell or have some nice barbecued ones and they have plenty of other selection of fresh meats vegetables and sauces and accessories for your Asian influenced dinner

I come here 2 to 3 times a week. Awesome staff and a big selection of produces. Price is very reasonable considering the store has to send their own truck to bring back food for local patrons.

Best fish market in Contra Costa Ive been to so far. Tons of hard-to-find (at least outside of a proper city) East Asian specialty products. Have yet to try the fresh food they make.

Lots of specialty and/or hard to find products. Im glad they have my favorite Japanese snacks. One of the only reasons I dont give 5 stars is the consequence of how much (fresh?) seafood they sell. In general I dont like the smell of fish and seafood, and its somewhat hard to escape here. But after a few minutes you get used to it. Or at least I did.

One of the only Asian Markets in the Antioch area, I drive out from Brentwood to come here. The prices are great and has all your Asian household staples. This place was a lifesaver when I moved out here from Oakland!
