Because a major mistake from home depot the installers went above and beyond what could be reasonably be expected of them , they did the unexpected and extra work and it was excellent. communication from this company was also top notch, I highly recommend them.

I built a custom bath vanity and shopped around for a quartz vanity top. Pro Counters was recommended to me by a family member and sure enough they beat the price quotes I had received and measured/installed the top with our preferred backsplash height and thickness. Looks great and installed in no time. Camilla was very helpful throughout the process and a delight to work with.

We had renovated our kitchen and were looking for new countertops. We went to several granite/marble shops all over the state, and several in particular in Danbury, but were very disappointed with the selection available at each place. A friend recommended that we meet with Camilla at Pro Counters New England, at the end of a very long search we finally went to see Camilla. As soon as we walked in we new within a few minutes that we shouldnt have wasted our time anywhere else. Camilla was so nice and friendly. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, she answered all of our questions about the different products. She took us all over the shop and her inventory was incredible. She had so much to choose from. She had sample cabinets that matched what we have so we could hold it up against the slabs. She spent time asking us what our kitchen looked like, the paint colors, etc. and helped us choose a few samples to bring home. We were able to schedule an appointment for the measurements very quickly, the process of having the technicians come to do the measurements and then come to do the install was so easy. The technicians were just as nice and professional as Camilla. Our granite countertops are gorgeous, we couldnt be happier with the service provided by Camilla and her team.

In our home remodel it was the one company we dealt with that was consistent with customer service from the beginning all the way up to the day of installation. Every individual that we spoke to every step of the way was incredibly conscientious. We selected our own counters and they obtained them, maintaining their integrity, perfectly measured for the installation, and installed the perfectly cut and measured counters flawlessly. We were particularly thrilled when the installers offered to bring back some of the custom shelves so that they could be polished on both sides. Service, professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail were all top notch!

Top notch service and great selection of products!Building a house is stressful especially when you have to pick out counter tops for a kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. This was the first counter top place and the only one I went to. You are able to walk in with no appointment which I did. When I met Livia on my very first visit she took the time to explain the different types of stone and walked me through the warehouse to see the different slabs of stone, they do have quite a selection. Lívia was VERY patient with me. She understood I had three young children (at the time 3 months, 14 months and an 8 yr old), I was selling my house and also building one. She had to repeat herself a lot to me because my mind was just overloaded and could not remember things!It took several visits for me to finalize my decisions and every time Livia was there to help with a smile. The templater came and took his time making sure everything was perfect and what I wanted. Once the templates were made I was told it was going to take two weeks until install and well I nearly had a panic attack because we were supposed to move into our new house in two weeks and that time frame was just not going to help! Lívia and Camilla both calmed me down and were able to push for everything to be done sooner. ALL of my stone was fabricated so quick and they were able to have the installers come in just a few days after fabrication. I was beyond thankful for this. Installers were prompt and very polite. They had to work with a lot of other traffic in the new house so I’m sure was a lot of pressure. Everything went as smooth as it could be. All the countertops were just beautiful! I am so appreciative for all the hard work Pro Counters NE provided to me and highly recommend their services!
