I fell because floor at the cash register had a lot of standing water

Ive been a loyal customer to this gas station for over 8 years. And now they advertise that theyre open 24 hours theyre not even open past 10:00 p.m. on a Saturday. They could at least advertise the actual hours theyre open.!

I have always gone here in the past for gas and car wash. The car wash today was horrible! Car still dusty and dirty. Literally looks like when I drive in there. I will never go back!!!

Went here tonight at 1030 pm, I go there frequently before work to get my food drinks before work, everything was locked up with the lights on inside, they dont close until 11 pm. Ill just got to Kwik trip up the road when they open in the next month from now on, seeing as the owner doesnt care if they close early, I wont be back Ill find somewhere else to go from now on

Just went to get gas; pulled up to pump directly across from door. I believe it is pump 1. Tried my credit card and it didnt work. Tried it again thinking I didnt put it in correctly; still didnt work. I went inside to ask what was going on and the female attendant told me that the card reader on pump 1 doesnt work. I guess she was too busy reading her magazine to put out a sign on the pump informing potential paying customers of the issue. Kwik Trip is coming soon a few blocks north. Will probably be using them in the future.

Went to fill up has here and to use the bathroom. Bathroom dirty, no hand dryer or paper towels. Clerk too busy talking on the phone to do anything. Heard their whole conversation. Man on the phone cussing and talking derogatory towards women. Really unprofessional.

Cashier was unable to ring merchandise, and prepay for gas. Then wanted to run a separate transaction for cash and credit prepay. Then she told me I needed to chill out when I told her I would just pay at the pump. No. I was in a hurry and wanted to pay at once with no issues, but issues ocurred and then to be judged because she couldnt run it all in a single transaction was just ridiculous.

Best described as just trashy, nothing ever works, car wash or anything, then they cant issue refunds or tell you when it will work and the code expires

This location has some of the most racist people I have ever come across here. Every time I go to this facility they are accusing a black person of theft. The first time was when a young black man paid for his food and provided a receipt of that and because he went to go use the restroom after, the manager accused him of now stealing and called the police even though he had a receipt. The second time was just yesterday 04.19.18 where the lady there was accusing a young black man of stealing gas, he provided proof of his payment and she still called the police and accused him of stealing gas from a white man. I am disgusted and this place is proof that racism is still alive. This place needs to be shut down or they need to fire these people and hire some new people who arent racist. I will NEVER buy from Shell and hope that no one else does either.

The cashier yelled at me for exchanging a item. He said I always come in and do this. I have only exchanged a item once became my kid was unable to decide who has a learning disability. Then when I told him I dont do this often he yelled at me in from of a bunch of customers and also told me that Im frustrating him. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible the way I was treated. If you want gas or any food items do not go hear unless you want to be belittled and treated like crap. My advice is to go a Fe blocks down to another gas station where they treat there customers with respect.
