I called AutoZone this evening checking on a bulb for my vehicle. I believe the gentleman‘s name was Andrew and he was very helpful. When I hung up I said I’d be there in a few minutes. I pulled in and he was waiting outside, knew exactly who I wasn’t what I was looking for, asked me to pop the hood which I did. He then removed the bulb that was out matched it to one in the store I paid and he came back out with me and put the ball back in my car! Great service! Thank you so much Andrew!!!! You Rocked it!👍😊

I wanted a replacement battery for my truck and the staff was unprepared to do so. The testing for the battery was free, but they did not have the proper tools to help me with. Only good to replace a battery if you have an older vehicle. Any newer you are in trouble.

Stood in line for over 10 min while the sales associate put a battery in a key fab for a customer. Yes this is very nice customer service(if she were the ONLY customer) cause there was ONLY one associate and several people behind me in line.

I went in there, got my core deposit or whatever for my old battery because I just bought a new one the other day.... Spending the price point that I did I got $20 in rewards for spending over$120. I needed blue European coolant so I picked up a jug of that at $19.99 (which by the way Advance Auto Parts sells for $17.99 if you want to credit me the $2 for a price match..... ) But anyways....I was impressed with how easy it was to get the refund of the battery because they can look up all of their customers receipts! I was also impressed how smooth the transaction was actually using my rewards money.Good job guys!But an extra great job to the WOMAN who was working that knew the answers to all the questions and knows her s**t!Must give props where they are due..

The staff went above expectations helping me out with a dead car battery today. I went in expecting to spend a bunch of money for a new battery. Instead they pointed out that the battery was still under warranty (with a different retailer), and I could probably exchange it there.I will be coming back next time I need something for my car and Ill be confident that they wont sell me something I dont need.

Anoka store is open 24/7 and likes dogs. My dog and I needed to get parts late, staff was very professional and great to the both of us.

Guys at the counter were really helpful. The wiper blades I wanted appeared out of stock and they went back and saw me wandering around and found them in the back! Even offered to put them on. In a snowstorm!

Ok.. service a little short. Not sure if short handed. The guy at the register was helping someone did not acknowledge me, or ask for help as more customers came into the store.

Does anyone work here? There was an older gentleman that knew what he was doing. But I cant believe there were 4 people there and he was the only person moving the line. Touche to him!

Super thanks to Mike for helping us figure out what kind of oil and filter we needed for an old school camper we have been fixing. Wasnt obvious but after a little research he pointed us in the right direction so we could get the oil changed and hit the road for a camping trip. Thank you!... Meow.

Walked in alreadyba little frustrated with autozone for not taking care of my wife when she picked up brake pads/rotors. No recommendation for the hardware kit. Halfway through the job i have to take off to go pick it up.Squeezing this in between a long day of work and more meetings this evening.Get there, 3 employees not wearing a mask and at least 1 customer.Ill be making the extra drive to oreilly from now on.

It was ok...no one was available to answer questions. Spent more time than needed standing in line just to ask a question. They didnt even have what I needed. I thought that it could have been a shorter visit, but it was okay.

Usally I love how easy autozone warranty is on parts. I Just give them my phone number and away we go.. Today i was told very rudely multiple times that i was making the workers job harder because she had to use my phone number instead of a receiptto look up the warranty.. when i said i was sorry and that i didnt mean to make it harder and i explained that this has never been an issue in the past. the worker gal told me that she has been there for seven years and that she knows how it works but that i was an inconvenience to her, taking up too much of her time. Then when i was giving a replacement brake rotor, she rudly said to read the directions this time so I dont wreck the new one. She blamed me for brake rotor being warped out of the box. The Rotor shows no signs of excessive heat, and had only been installed for a day due to it making the car shake very badly any time the brake was pressed. she didnt even ask one question about the install to know if i had done something wrong. She just made for sure that i knew what an inconvenience i was to her..

They have the parts you need or can get them quickly. They have free tool rental. They can print out how the parts fit together! Good prices and free computer check of that check engine light on your dash! The do it your self personal assistant!!

The employees are super helpful but the manager at the Anoka location on Ferry st, Julie T, is absolutely amazing!! She is incredibly knowledgeable, provides exemplary customer service, and runs a great store. I got a jump to the parking lot and she diagnosed a bad battery and I got a new one. In the end, I walked in knowing nothing about replacing a battery and was able to drive away after her patience, experienced recommendations, and help. Thanks to Julie, that autozone has a customer for life!

The employees at this location are spectacular in customer service, Im not there a ton but the employees are so friendly that each and everyone knows who I am. Not only do they help with getting what I need they are very knowledgeable in cars theyve helped me think my way through many repairs. I drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way every single time because I love this place so much.

I went into store at 2PM on Saturday August 29th 2020, there is a State mandate that everyone is to be wearing a mask, the 2 employees i saw behind the counter were BOTH UNmasked and I left without even making a purchase.I thought about taking a picture and from now on I will, I called the store manager who was aggressive and claimed I was wrong and hung up on me so I called the state and filed a complaint

Always friendly and always has the best prices!Will install most batteries for free and have saved me a ton of money with their knowledge of letting me know parts I didnt need.

Came in to get some synthetic oil for my hybrid. They had it on sale for $22 buck with a new filter! I ended picking up a new air filter and new wiper blades too. All cheaper than just getting the oil changed at Valvoline. Took about 20 min total to install/use it all.

Auto Zone has very good part and they will help you put small part in your car if they can

Exchange policy is not good. Now I have to charges I have to wait 3-5 days to get back. Lost 40 in customer loyalty cash and have to do the job twice.

They get busy from time to time but it is because they make sure you get everything you need without wondering around the aisles. Parts not in stock get to the store fast quickly. Not to mention the AutoZone card is always a nice surprise. Seems like the $20 off comes at the opportune times. I dont normally leave reviews unless they are negative and I want to protect other people. Wish I could give more positive reviews but very few deserve it. Keep up the good work. See you soon.

The lady who helped me to choose and who actually replaced my wipers was more than awesome. I will be buying all of my car needs from this location. I was very impressed that she took the time to explain to me how to prevent my wiper fluid from freezing

We had a really good experience at AutoZone in Anoka tonight. The employees were really enjoyable & nice! Also Pat was very helpful, wasnt trying to upsell me on any expensive products by no means. Just gave suggestions & helpful insight his personal experiences on the exhaust part we were there purchasing.Also the other employee who checked us out at the register was super nice and had no issues having to exchange a product after we had talked with Pat and changed our mind on what we were purchasing. Definitely recommend going there and we will return again !!

Place was clean. No trash outside. We waited in line to get help. When we finally reached the counter, we were waited on by a salesman (#24 he wasnt wearing a name badge). I told him the make and model of my car.He said in a rude tone Captivas are not Chevys.I said yes they are.He stood and argued with me for a minute or two. He then found it on his computer. No apology for his rudeness. He then went to the shelf and grabbed the bulb I needed. He then proceeded to the register (#11) in which he was getting frustrated with because it froze up on him. He thought it was fine to throw the F bomb around in front of us. He then moved us over to another register and rang us up while at the same time jumping into a conversation with another employee and customer. He handed me the receipt while he was talking to the other people..made no eye contact and not even a thank you.Youve lost a customer as I will be going to OReillys from now on.

Normally good except this time.. Ramsey roads and traffic are ridiculously and Im on my way back up there for the 3rd time the parts are wrong and expensive with snooty early worker and getting late with gents but incorrect the ladys are spot on and know there stuff very helpful

Ive gone here occasionally for most of the parts I needed because the customer service is always so nice and helpful the prices are cheap and its close to home. Tonight I was helped by Jackson and he showed me how to put a new set of wind shield wipers on and it was very much appreciated. He was very nice helpful and taught me something new today!
