The Big White House had a good selection of reasonably priced antiques, furniture, new and upscaled items. The house itself is a treasure; walking through the rooms filled with items of yesteryear felt nostalgic.

Its very lovely place didnt shop alot because it was closing soon but I will definitely be going again some other time

There is no better setting for an antique store. This place is great. Its set in a historic mansion with a unique story. If you ask a clerk, they may share the tale.

Very nice place! First saw this place on a ghost tour of Anoka! The staircase is cool! A lot of fun and unique antiques and handmade goods.

We went to The Big White House because we were doing whatever I, the mom, wanted to do on Mother’s Day. I decided I wanted to torment my boys and husband by forcing them all to go antique shopping. It backfired. Everyone enjoyed it, which I guess is even better. There was something for everyone, and we made some great finds. Felt like treasure hunting. Can’t wait to go again!

This place is so full of history that its incredible to look at! So many fun things to purchase as well. And if youre into the spooky stuff this place is known to have some haunts. Ask the cashier and they will tell you some stories!

So many things to see! I could easily spend hours here. The offering is moving more toward an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary to maybe appeal to more people. It is nearly impossible for me to visit and not imagine what it might have been like to live there because it is just an amazing building. The people are nice and prices reasonable.

This shop has a good mix of new decor and refinished furniture along with some standard antiques. I would love to see more furniture and the turnover rate with the antiques seems to be a little slow for encouraging repeat visits. Otherwise the staff is very friendly.

Weve been here several times! The women that work there are always friendly and helpful. They always remember us and our daughter. It can be a bit spend but there are always sales and great deals. I love getting Christmas pictures here and finding the perfect gift.

Like a museum where everything is for sale. This antique store is in a two story historic mansion beside a huge white mulberry tree. Looking at the architecture of the house is almost as enjoyable as pouring through the carefully curated items for sale. Huge selection and variety of antiques.

If they dont have it... It aint invented yet! 🙂

This place is the best. If you havent been to one of their flea markets, definitely go.

The vendors are awesome and very thoughtful ... everytime I come I meet another angel who enhances my journey in life (thanks K.L.) ... and today I also met the coordinator who reacts with heart as well (thank you M) ... This flea market and the Big White House are fabulous!

Always something interesting, beautiful, nastalgic, or just really really cool. Anoka is filled with lovely antique stores, but everyone knows and adores this white house. Even at the local skate shop, Pinewskis, I was asking what would be the thing to do in Anoka for first timers and it was well agreed that taking a stop here is a must! Always finding new awesome things here, Ive seen two rustic tables come and go within in one trip here. Ofcourse that might be easy when there are hours that could be spent here. The neon beer sign room is probably my favorite, just something about that glow, feels like how a man-cave probably should. I even get my soap here! (They have amazing soap!)

Bought furniture from here and was not made aware of the return/refund policy (all sales final). Staff knew all sales were final but choose to not say anything to me. Also was told its on my receipt but receipt is not give until after my card was ran. Buyer beware!
