My mother rented a unit recently and the property manager Dene was very helpful and hands on she went out of her way to come out and help my mother. I would definitely recommend. This level of customer service is hard to come by.

I always forget my gate code so when Rachel told me about the app, I was excited. I will never loose my code again and the great thing is I can even enter the property without entering my code. I just open the app and push the open button and Im in. I love the convenience that the app has to offer.

The location is secure and the buildings are in good condition. One of the clerks, April, was very kind and helpful. I also recommend this place because its somewhat hidden. Unless you looked it up to specifically go there you could live in the area your whole life and never pass it. Kinda bad for advertising but great for security.

I am moving out to Anniston for work and was visiting various storage locations. Visited this location and was pleasantly greeted by Moriah. After talking to her found out this location did not have the size I wanted. Great customer service.

This storage office offers good, clean units. The manager, April, is helpful and explained all that I needed to know CD to make a good decision about the size unit I would need. She offers packing supplies too. I am definitely sharing this with my friends.

The girl there was nice and explained everything good but online it has a space for 1.00 but it’s a parking spot not, a storage unit, but it doesn’t say that online. Besides that, seemed like a nice place.

In the process of moving in the area for business. Needed a place to store some furniture in a hurry and until I get better settled.This is my first time ever having to use a storage facility, so was going into this blind.Ms. Kathie really helped me understand and was very polite and professional. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. We had a problem with a leak which they did fix but not before we had damage. We have the insurance but not sure the extent of damage yet. Weve had problems with the code to the gate deactivating a few times but the staff on duty is quick to fix it so we can get in. Pricing has gone up a few times. Overall not horrible. Ill continue using them. Update3.15.2016 the pricing has gone up yet again. WE have been using nearly three years now. We started at $87 plus insurance and are now paying $119 per MONTH!! Nothing has changed with the service. There is no extra hours for access. Just increased costs.

Ive rented storage units many times in my life, but I can honestly say this establishment has earned a five star rank. I reserved a unit online and within less than a minute received a call from staff to confirm the reservation and help me get started moving in. Mrs. Kathie was extremely helpful, kind, and informative. I highly recommend renting a unit here, you wont be disappointed.

We had to have two storage units when we moved to Alexandria, and the price was right! The customer service is incredible - when I accidentally didnt close my lock after one visit, Kathie called me and let me know and placed one of their locks on it until I was able to get there. It doesnt get better than that!

The worst place ever.. I wouldnt recommend my dog And i dont own one.. yes the front lady is nice when she wants you to give a review other than that bad business.. they dont give you a full month to store your things and the insurance isnt worth a damn.. dont lose your keys they will tell you that you would have to buy more from them or pay them for a locksmith! Bs if you can get inside to auction it off you can get in to unlock it for the person renting it.. I hate this place..I wouldnt recommend anyone..my opinion

I personally have never had problems out of this place. I had used them once before and liked them enough to recommend it to my sister when we were looking for a place to use together. Upon signing up, they did not care to mention the MANDATORY insurance fee that is due the day we pay for the actual unit. Now, Im fine with just a single phone call as a reminder to pay, but my sister informed me that they have called her multiple times to let her know the bill was due before it was actually due! Then when I go over there, Im told I need to fill out this review with 5 stars because it helps with the raises, And being a customer I should not have to hear anything concerning their pay rate.

I was in the office to inquire about a storage unit, at the time there was nothing available. Ms Kathie took my name & promised to call me when the size unit I needed came open.
