I love this place for meat. Today, I purchased bbq that they smoke. Great flavor. It says a pound on the package. It seems like a whole lot more than that. But its always enough to feed 4 adults for supper. And 2 lunches for the next day. The cost on that is $7.99.Then I purchased 2 beautiful Center cut pork chops for $2.66.The butcher is very friendly. The man that runs the register is super friendly.I highly recommend this store.I should mention they have more than meats. They have Frozen vegetables, pies. Pizza French fries. Just to mention a few.

Stayed in the car and partook in the Christian hootinanny their PA speakers create in their parking lot... With area road construction and newly abandoned businesses, their parking lot leaves you feeling like a survivor on LOST, just leaving the lot cannot come fast enough.

Great selection of fresh meats. Can be cut to order. The only place i know of to find cafeteria style pizza and crispitos. Tons of frozen entree and side options.

Love the variety of meats and the frozen foods there are amazing! Crispidos, honey bbq wings,corn nuggets, okra, spicy chicken tenders and the smoked bbq are just a few of my favs. The new butcher was very nice and helpful and took personal interest to help me with my order and explained things so well. The cashier was sharing recipes with me and was very friendly. Overall, this place is great to shop at!!

I went looking for Oxtails within the city today. I googled Meat Markets and this market was one of the options. The store was exceptionally clean, free from foul smells, and great customer service. The next time I visit from Trussville, Alabama and in need of meats this will be my choice of meat market.

A meat shop with sophisticated (they know and carry Piedmontese) but down home taste, professional butchers and a selection of meats at very fair prices.

Always clean with fresh cut meat at good prices. Special finds each week and a cheerful smile when you checkout.

Very good deals and they have old school food you cant find anywhere else.

Some of their reduced meat is turning green but they still try to sale it. One day I went in and found a great deal on some ground chuck I took the 4 packs up to the counter, the girl rang them up and then says, Ill be right back. When she comes back she says they labeled these wrong if you want to pay another $10 you can have them. Not customer service oriented and have not been back since.
