Sold a defective phone, LTE, Blade X, bad transceiver, battery failed shorted to electronics inside the phone which you cannot access, non consumer serviceable battery, so phone burned up, from the inside out. Refused to refund purchase, claimed no warranty, § 700.10 Section 102(c) (15 U.S.C. 2302(c)) (a) Section 102(c), 15 U.S.C. 2302(c), prohibits tying arrangements that condition coverage under a written warranty on the consumers use of an article or service identified by brand, trade, or corporate name unless that article or service is provided without charge to the consumer. (b) Under a limited warranty that provides only for replacement of defective parts and no portion of labor charges, section 102(c), 15 U.S.C. 2302(c), prohibits a condition that the consumer use only service (labor) identified by the warrantor to install the replacement parts. * * * (c) No warrantor may condition the continued validity of a warranty on the use of only authorized repair service and/or authorized replacement parts for non-warranty§ 701.3 Written warranty terms. Just as good as any other cell phone company.... The bill is always the same .....i had other service and the bill was different every time... Usage was the same every mouth but bill different.... Thats a ripoff.

Got new phone been with em 2 years no problems just upgraded my phone

The two people at Cricket today did not know anything about my phone which I purchased at Cricket. for about 1 year my phone has been linking up with the radio in the car all of a sudden its not doing it anymore and they cannot help me to get it to work. I was really disappointed with the cricket people today. They really need to have people that know about telephones in their store at all times.

I paid $100 to swap from MetroPCS to them I brought my own phone they told me it would work fine well when they swap me over the Internet or data would not work they tried a couple of times to fix the problem they couldnt do it so I asked what we were going to do about it they said theres nothing they can do they would not give me a refund they would not give me the phone since I didnt get one at checkout so I paid them $100 for nothing they took my money and did not give me anything in return for it they stole from me Cricket Wireless and Anniston on Quintard are thieves

I always get great service from the people working there.

Good business, but dont like that Cricket website shows you owe 1 thing and you pay it, then your phone is cut off because they say you still owe more money. Some phones still have glitches.

A great phone company

It takes forever to get someone to help you and they cheat you on upgrades. The actual phone service is great dont get me wrong but they cheat you bad in the store and do it smiling as if you dont know youre being cheated.

I stopped in my day off to start a new family plan of 5 and was told they are out of SIM cards and don’t know when and if they will receive anymore. Mangers are very poorly trained and very disrespectful.. will not be returning

My phone kelp on locking up...sim card not installed....they cleaned SIM card and works fine now.
