Customer service center is very unprofessional and does not communicate. They Hold some customers in higher regard than others instead of treating everyone fairly. I waited 4 hours waiting for my car to be serviced watching as people who came after left. Over and over again and turns out the car was ready the entire time. I went to check on why it was taking so long three times and was not given an answer just I will check on it. No one ever got back to me after checking on it. I said I will leave and you can call me when it is ready oh no just give us a few more minutes. I waited 4 hours and when I went to check a final time to tell them I am leaving, it had been completed for who knows how long. Poor communication poor service.

When I first bought the car, the salesman was very nice and helpful. The problem started when I traded the car in for another one. When I purchased the car from Kia of Anniston, GAP insurance and extended warranty was added costing over $3200. I had the car for 10 months before trading it in. The new dealership made me aware of the refund I was supposed to get and approximate amount based on the time I had the car. When I contacted the Anniston store, they act like they didnt know what was going on. Then I contacted the warranty and was told the dealership was to refund. Well after a month, they finally told.me.that I had to request a refund 😒 did that and it took them 4 months to refund after constantly calling and FINALLY putting it in writing. They took way over half of the money and when I called to ask why, one of the managers said it wasnt up to them, it was the company and they couldnt help and hung up.I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN EVENN IF THEY GAVE ME A CAR FOR FREE!

The older lady at the service desk was very rude when I first entered. The service department is poorly managed and disorganized. I was scheduled for an appointment a week in advance, I arrive go to the waiting room for over 30 min until they send a guy that it was his first day on the job to fix their mess and tell me the parts on back order. They didn’t call to tell me so I drove an hour after working all night. Not to mention the lady beside me said they’ve done thst two her twice, she called in advance the third time, got there and they told her the same thing she was about to leave when she made them go look again and they actually did have a part for her. Sorry to the new guy for being forced to deal with the problems of that place. He was great he’ll move onto better things soon or hopefully fix that place. Personally I won’t be back I’ll drive the extra distance to another dealership.

Seriously if I could post 0 stars I would. Went in for warranties expecting professionals and ended up with my battery cable being completely loose following going there almost causing a wreck because my car went completely dead. They disconnected my battery and never even checked to see if everything was tight. How professional is that? You expect a DEALERSHIP to be the best but obviously that simply isn’t the case with this one. It won’t let me post a video here but in the picture by how it is turned it isn’t tight. I seriously hope they don’t take this lightly because that one little mistake could’ve killed one or multiple people in a wreck. I’m sure they’ll just brush it off but that’s ridiculous.

Terrible experience. Maybe because I was only looking for a used daily driver. I was contacted by this dealership via the CAP program via mail. Responded to the flyer. Set up an appointment. Made sure I was there. At 7pm. The time they said to be there. The salesman I was scheduled to meet was off work that day. They also informed me that they closed at 6. And the car I wanted to see was at the rainbow city location. Complete waste of time.

I finally responded to Brian’s text after he has texted and sent letters for months wanting my 2011 Kia Sorrento. Well the sales guy was very young and stayed on his phone most the time and I never got to speak to a Brian like text or letters say. Me and my wife got turned down so we took our Kia to Buster Miles In Heflin and they got us in a great suv. Took our trade in and didn’t think twice about it. Kia please stop sending text and letters. We no longer have our KIA!! Thanks to BUSTER MILES!!

MANAGEMENT WAS VERY INCONSIDERATE!!!!!! Was told my motor was recalled and I could bring it to them to get a replacement, so I took them my car. I was told that I was put on a list for a new motor, to call back in about 8 weeks. I called after about 6 weeks to see what number my car was in. Management said that I would not recieve a new motor, as I started to get frustrated because I was not contacted, he says I need to stop yelling there is nothing he can do I would just have to pay 8,600 for a motor.

I recently went to the Kia Store in Anniston - Oxford for service on my KIA Optima Turbo. The service was outstanding and at a fair price. While my car was being worked on I decided to see walk around the lot to see what kind of new KIAs were out. I talked to Bill Ault about the Stinger GT and it having a launch mode. Bill not only helped me with car information but he also explained the importance of having good credit and what interest is. I walked away with a fixed car and motivation to raise my credit score for more than just a $50,000 car. Thanks to Bill, the kind lady who helped me service my car as well as the ones who fixed it

Shaun in service needs to find a new job. He cant be bothered with minor repairs like reprogramming key fobs. Hes not very friendly and has a bad attitude. On the other hand, Fred in parts, is amazing. He was helpful and friendly. We ended up ordering a new fob and were called when it came in. We were transferred to service to set up an appt to reprogram. A recording said to leave name, number and what was needed. Two days and two phone calls later, we drove to Anniston Kia, picked up the fob, drove to Rainbow City Kia and 20-30 minutes later had a fully functioning fob. Thank you Rainbow City Kia and Fred from Anniston Kia.

Hands down I’d give this place a 5!! From the first comment on a add to making a big purchase they were amazing and always there to help! I thought they were telling me anything I wanted to hear just to get me to come in and I was skeptical considering everyone wants you to have perfect credit or a huge down payment, so I figured they would tell me no like everyone else! But they didn’t, they made my credit work (that’s not perfect due to unforeseen reasons..) my down payment work and monthly car payment limit work! They were so patient yet so helpful and nice. Our salesman Nate wasn’t anything less than perfect! He was very welcoming, laid back and easy to talk to! If your looking for a new car you’ve got to go see him. I appreciate the opportunity of proving myself not what my credit says.

These guys are sending deceptive mail disguised as government stimulus packages but when you open it, it’s a car offer. There are families waiting for their stimulus funds to cover essentials, desperately needed essentials and they think this type of practice is acceptable. They should be ashamed of themselves. There is nothing urgent about a Kia Forte.

The service department here is second to none. I was driving through the area from out of town when I had an issue with my vehicle. I pulled into their service bay and was greeted by Haley who was super friendly and knowledgeable. In only minutes they had diagnosed the issue as something covered by a recall that would take several days to fix. In less than hour from when I arrived they had me in a rental car and back on the road. They fixed my car in the timeline promised and I am back to driving my own car. If I lived in the area I would buy a car from them knowing I would receive great service in the future.

Poor customer service. I was able to get approved and into a vehicle, however when I was getting ready to ride off with my new car I briefly asked 2 gentlemen standing nearby to help me figure out the child lock safety feature for my children before driving away and they acted like I was bothering them from their cigarette break. After driving off and getting 10 miles down the road I realized they just gave me a brand new 2021 car that was on E! I had purchased the car on a Saturday and returned to pick it up on a Monday evening because I was told it needed to be processed, detailed, washed and filled up. I am extremely disappointed in my car buying experience with this location, as it was my first time buying a brand new vehicle.

Tha anniston kia store has seriouse customer service issues. When you have a disgruntled service adviser James Lister lying to customers about the service you bring your car in for is unexceptable coming from the people that should know what there talking about. He has a seriouse attitude. Ive seen good service advisers come and go and its all so familiar to businesses keep the trash and let go of people that really care. This dealership does not stand up to the quality of sevice that kia represents. When you buy a car in rainbow city kia. Let Vernon know not to use your personal information to contact your wife for personal conversation when he had been told we didnt get down like that. I have a bought two new vehicles with them and they will manipulate numbers to put up side down in a car. Buyers please beware. Its been three years of systematic ignorance from the management on down.

He really worked with me and my complicated schedule to come in for my 20k mile service on my 2019 Kia Optima. Nathaniel Hamilton sold me this car. And I just love it! And hes Awesome by the way! I made an appt. 3 weeks in advance so it would be fixed when I came in and they said they had to order the part which would take another 5 days after I sat there 2 and a half hours. I was told I have to pay over 400.00 before they would order the part. What was the appointment for???? A total waste of time.

I scheduled my car for service online which is really easy and convenient. I had a 9 oclock appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Greg Nims. Hes Johnny on the spot I told him that I was there for a service appointment. Next thing I knew my car was being serviced. Greg sold me my Kia Optima he asked if Im still satisfied with my purchase. (I love my Kia,Thanks Greg! ). While waiting on my car, I also had the opportunity to meet a newer Kia team member Nate who was with James Becker!! Those two gentleman were also very pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. My service guy James Lister was AWESOME!! Please do not shop here. After telling the salesman at 6pm last night, I would be there this morning to purchase a vehicle that I had been working on for two days, I had cash and to have the papers ready. It was sold as I pulled up at 9 am. I was told I should have got there earlier. He told me he would hold it till I got there with cash to buy. When I asked him why he sold it knowing I was coming and he had held it for me. He said that he didn’t tell me he would hold it. He lied I have four witnesses. They will lie to you are are dishonest!!! Don’t buy here EVER!!! They were so rude to me!!! Salesman Lucas and Manager Brian C. Both lied to me and did not follow through on our verbal agreement after I drove two hours to get there. At the very least I deserve an apology and two tanks of gas!!! Go to Mcsweeney Dodge in Pell City I got a great deal and was treated with respect!

Was very pleased with service I received at the Kia Store of Anniston AL. Needed oil change and even though there was only one technician there they finished in a timely manner. I was shocked at how fast they serviced the vehicle. Always have a great experience there. On another note, I have never felt pressured to get additional work done on my vehicle. I had a wonderful experience with my sales person, James. HOWEVER, the other sales rep, Greg, was extremely rude to me on two different occasions. I have never been treated so poorly in a customer service environment. On my second visit to the Kia store, he was rude because I had bought a car the previous day from James and was there buying a second car the next day. He kept making snide comments the entire time we were purchasing our second car. The next time I visited the store, he jumped at the opportunity to help me. While saying he was helping me, he got on his phone; when I attempted to tell him I had to leave but I would be back, he had the audacity to tell me to shush me as if I were a child, stating I see him on the phone. The manager of the store did contact me and I was able to explain the situation and he was able to smooth the situation over for me. He went above and beyond to fix the issue. But I absolutely refuse to do business with that sales representative because of his nasty attitude because I bought cars from another sales rep instead of him.

My husband and I went Saturday to look at a vehicle we saw online. My husband and I waited for 30 minutes for the gentleman to find the vehicle then to find the keys. He came back and told us that the keys could not be found for the vehicle and proceeded to get our information to call us when said keys were found so we could come look at it. Its Wednesday and we have yet to receive a call. Not too impressed with this place.

I traded in my car for one of theirs not knowing until after all the paperwork and back and forth I still had to pay a down payment. Also I was told my car payment would be one thing and come to find out it was higher than expected!!! They will harass you and also will not work with you on making the down payment regardless of you coming to pay something. Greg is very rude. There was another employee stating over the phone I want my money or we coming to pick up the car.regardless of making payments on the down payment! They dont care about your situation #NEVER AGAIN!

No better or worse than any other car dealership: pushy sales staff, impossible to get a straight answer on the price of the vehicle, lots of corporate platitudes about valuing the customer that are never actually borne out by experience. The car we bought is great, the dealership is not - but as I said, theyre no worse than youd expect. The sooner Carvana (or Amazon!) start selling new cars online the better.

Sean, the Service Advisor was fabulous! He explained what was going to be done, how much it would cost (Nothing due to recalls), and what I might want to consider having done in the future. All of this while answering other customers phone questions.Joy, the Receptionist, was an Angel! She made sure I had anything that I needed. Got my car from here in 2016.. LOVED everyone there, unfortunately the guy that sold me my car isn’t there anymore. Still love the whole staff that sells cars. I came to see if I could get another car not too long ago, a guy from the service shop told the person I was with to put his name down so that he could receive the bonus that comes with a referred customer. (Shady to me but I ignored that considering I didn’t get another car) I’ve only gotten my car serviced a few times here, each time they haven’t been super nice in the service department but never rude. The second I walked in the shop Manager is extremely rude, asking me if I scheduled my appointment online to which I answered yes of course. He begins to explain to me that they don’t take cars during this time because it’s their lunch period (yet the time slot is still on the website). Long story short, very rude staff on the inside! Huge pigs... I’d prefer to only buy a car from the dealers & get your service done elsewhere. I won’t release the names of these workers to save their jobs.

Not only did our purchase of the 2016 Nissan Rogue go smoothly, but Sean in the service department was awesome in fixing the antenna & doing all in a matter of minutes at no cost to us, when the Nissan store would not help because we didnt buy the vehicle there! The car was hauled in for repair on March it was a engine problem that was identified in a recall. The car was at Kia from March until Mid July. ( I think for a very long time) We went through three loaners before we got the car back. The switching out of loaners were inconvenient at times. We have the car now for two weeks, may need some adjustments as the service manager explained. Overall personnel was very nice and helpful. I bought another Kia just weeks after the Optima quit. I bought 2017 Sorento and love it, was given 1 key, U need another key. Never bought a car with one key.

No pressure sales willing to find the exact car I wanted. Price was very competitive. The car did not come with a sunroof from the factory so they corrordnated with the installer and offered a loaner while it was being installed

They told me the wrong thing was wrong with my car. Had another mechanic from a different shop look at my car. The cost to fix it went from $570 to $137. Needless to say wil not be taking my car back the kia store of anniston.
