This place is a hidden gem. Someone told me about this place, and I drove over and hour to find bras that were pretty, affordable, and quality. The staff was very attentive and down to earth. I never felt like I was being judged or pressured. This place had a really great staff and great vibe. It is some fifty miles from where I live, but the trip was totally worth it. Tip: Ask about their dead bras sales.

After being super unhappy with my VS bras, I decided to start with some internet research via Reddit. I found my size this way, but after buying a few bras on the internet and immediately shipping them back, I knew I needed a place to go in and try things on. So, I was directed to this place.Mind you, this is during the pandemic, so I was wary of going into any store. However, I called, set up an appointment and my fears were gone once I heard about their safety measures: all employees and customers wear masks, they have an 8 customer limit, every other dressing room is used and cleaned between customers, the bras are steamed after trying on, and Im sure I missed some other precautions as I am listing them here. So, I got there and Rebecca helped me out with everything! She was so knowledgeable and kind and patient as we talked about what I wanted and I tried on probably 30-40 bras. I never felt pressured to buy and they have such a good selection! I was entirely comfortable the entire time. I am 100% making this my new place to buy bras (they price match and return for store credit too!)!

I take the time to write reviews if its been a horrendous experience or outstanding one. In this case, five stars isnt enough. I would give 100 stars if I could. This place will have you never wanting to walk into Soma or VS again. They know how to measure properly and will check every bra you try on to make sure it fits properly. Rebecca is so outstanding at what she does you couldnt ask for any better. I left with three bras that I love and they are so good its lifted ten pounds off the bat. I will only shop here from now on for bras and all things lingerie.

Ive been coming to a la mode for several years now. From my first appointment with Rebecca I was treated like a queen and walked out looking and feeling 10 lbs lighter in a more beautiful bra than I could have imagined. This weekend, I went to purchase a nursing bra. Once again, I was blown away by the service, but more importantly by the knowledge provided at my appointment by Rebecca. I knew Id be taken care of, but was not expecting a lesson on underwires impact on milk production and recommendations for bras to wear to bed, on the go, when Im ready to be fancy again, etc. Thank you once again to a la mode for helping me feel beautiful, comfortable, and now so prepared for whats to come.

The staff is very knowledgeable in the products and know exactly what fits the person and their personality. They contact me when they know a product I may like and is in my size comes into the store. If I want something, I just ask and they try to get it in for me. The ladies there are so friendly. Its always a party when my friend and I come to visit. Whenever you come in they literally always have smiles on their faces. You can tell they all really enjoy their job. I travel from Columbia and I know I can buy bras from anywhere, so you know they are worth visiting.

I can always find my size, but the styles leaves more to be desired. When I can find a bra that fits and look good, I buy! They have larger sizes available and bring your credit cards!!

My first time there and I loved the treatment I received. I finally had someone measure me and get me exactly what I wanted. NO granny bras!!! I will be back. As for the neg comment about returns, (person below my comments ,a google user) most places will not allow returns on undergarments. I really dont believe they will try to resell.

What an amazing experience. Rebecca is fantastic at her job. How I was so far off on my bra size, I will never know. Now that I have a strapless bra that is as comfortable as a regular bra, I have a whole new wardrobe

This is the only place I shop for bras! Its so hard for me to find a bra normally because my cup size is larger than most and many places dont go above DDD. They have such a wide selection of bras and lingerie, including maternity and nursing bras. Also, they accurately measure you and help you find the perfect bra. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a trip here for the perfect fitting bra. I never knew having a nice fitting bra would make me feel so good! Bonus that I was able to find a FF cup strapless bra (they use European size chart).

I have gone to bra stores before and thought I was fitted properly. Girls, getting fitted at Victorias Secret is *not* being fitted properly. Come here, get fitted and get a good bra! What a difference it is to be properly fitted--your clothes fit better, your back and shoulders will thank you! Their return policy is fair. Take the tags off and wear the under garment--why should they take it back? Would YOU want to wear a used bra? Not me!
