I have been a patient of Dr. Coles in the past but lost contact over the last few years. She’s very knowledgeable and goes beyond the standard to help her patients. It never really feels like visiting a Dr’s office when you see her. She makes you feel comfortable and always makes time to answer any questions you may have.

Dr. Stacy Cole is wonderful! She has been my audiologist for years, but I had not seen her in a while. As always, I was thrilled with her professional service, her attention to detail, her patience and her warmth. I am 70 years old and fully understand the need for proper hearing aids. On the other hand, my VERY stubborn 76 year old husband FINALLY broke down for testing. Dr. Cole won him over! Dr. Cole has been absolutely amazing with my 90 year old mother. Live Better Hearing is the ultimate practice in meeting your Hearing needs. To begin with, the practice is in an excellent location with parking at the front door. Dr. Cole has been my audiologist for years and now practices at Live Better Hearing. She is patient, kind and explains everything in detail and she ensures my understanding before I leave. We recently re-located to South Carolina but I come back to Live Better Hearing and Dr. Cole for my audiology visits because I could not find anyone as competent or as accommodating.

If youre looking for a quality product and the best service you can expect, then use these people. They listen so that they have a complete understanding of your situation. They are able to recommend the technology to completely address your needs. After you select the level of technology and products you need, they dont stop there. The ongoing service is unbelievable. Follow up is one of their specialties. All hearing aids need to be adjusted after you become familiar with them. These folks take great pains in seeing that the equipment is tweaked to address all of the conditions you will experience. Im sorry you cant give six stars, because they deserve them. Dont make a mistake by looking at others. Youve already found the best.

Following my hearing test to determine precisely the amount of and specific range of hearing loss Dr. Cole explained the specific type of hearing devices I would need to compensate for the losses. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail concerning the many questions I presented to her since I had never worn a hearing aid before. For someone in need of a hearing aid or testing to determine whether there is some loss of hearing I would highly recommend this location.

Dr. Cole is wonderful. I have been wearing hearing aids for 25 years and have been to many audiologists who only sell one or two brands and cannot answer even simple questions about the technology they sell. Dr. Cole sells every major brand of hearing aid and has extensive knowledge. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Cole if you want someone knowledgeable can provide all your options. Unfortunately, most audiologists just push whatever single company they are familiar with and receive the largest kickbacks from.

I have had three audiologists in the course of being treated for hearing loss. Dr Cole is by far the best. She is professional and knowledgeable but also has a friendly, no-nonsense style about her. Like many people who have hearing aids, I wasnt wearing them regularly. She showed me the test results and asked me if others occasionally became annoyed with me because they had to repeat whatever they had said. When I acknowledged that was true, she convinced me that I must become an every-day hearing aid user. That counsel, plus new hearing aids, have greatly improved my quality of life. I cant recommend Live Better Hearing in Annapolis enough.

I was welcomed by the by the doctor. I was taken to the examination area, on time. The doctor was very cordial and explained the newest technology for ungrading my hearing aids. We worked together on getting my phone connected. I left feeling happy knowing the fact that my old hearing aids will be donated to support children in need.

Dr. Cole is excellent and office staff is very helpful. Dr. Cole provided a much more in depth exam with follow up explanation that supersedes Johns Hopkins. I will definitely be getting all of my hearing needs met here. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly but they forgot to put my moms plug in with her hearing aids and have been waiting for over a month to get it. Probably will have to deive down to get it. Crystal did try to help by dropping one off but it was the wrong one.

If I could rate lower I would. Went because they were considered in network with CareFirst. The prices were $1,300 higher than the out of network group I started with negating any in network advantage.To make matters worse they submitted a claim without providing any service. Thats right they billed Carefirst for hearing aids that they never provided me. Calls to the Annapolis Office and corporate office to have this reversed resulted in nothing happening. I had to call CareFirst and put them on it.In about 45 minutes of research I found other providers providing the same equipment for over $2,000 less and in the Carefirst network so I received the full benefit.Not a place I would recommend at all
