Had a problem with a order that I had sent to the store,they had returned my order even though I had called and said that I would be picking it up on Saturday.

Customer service was soooo awesome when I went there, they were doing social distancing and they helped me pick out a amazing gift for a friend at a very good price

Nice place. They helped me quickly when I needed to exchange a ring for a different size. No hassle. Will definitely return for future gifts.

The worst customer service ever ..always an issue when I go into the Annapolis Maryland store ..just rude and I spend alot of money on Pandora jewelry and to be treated like they do ...so I travel all the way to the Waldorf location which is 40 min from my house and Annapolis is 5 minutes from me

You can’t find any jewelers that cares for customers more than this one. All of the staff and manager are so attentive and understanding. They helped me figure out the ring that was broken. I bought them as a set and one of them was broken and it was the retired one. The manager did her best finding the new one for me. So graceful for the help and service.

Went there to exchange my valentines present due to sizing. I showed a picture of the bracelet I wanted and it was all eye rolls. I didn’t want the most expensive bracelet. Then I was told they didn’t have the bracelet I wanted when I SAW it in the display. Management on duty wouldn’t help and we were ignored after being frustrated and just wanting to return so we could go else where. I will not go back to this location.

I am only giving one star today, when we enter the store we had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. I asked for the store manager named “Gaelle”how much longer is it going to be before someone wait on us. The store manager Gaelle “ You Must Wait Until Turn Like Everybody Else” Gaelle tone of voice was rude and very condescending,....not customer friendly one bit. I would recommend that Pandora hire more friendly and upbeat managers that enjoy working with the public.

I visited the Pandora store in Annapolis mall on Sunday afternoon and was assisted by a young man named Ryan. Ryan was so patient and helpful and answered all of the questions I had about my Pandora bracelets. He also gave me a cleaning cloth, just because he noticed that one of my charms was a little tarnished. I wish there were more retail workers like Ryan!

This store employs the most obtuse, unhelpful, and unpleasant people. Absolutely disgusting individuals, will never patronize Pandora again.

Awful experience. The clerk acted as if she didnt want to be there nor help. All breast cancer charms have been retired... do you not care about breast cancer survivors? It was a total waste of our time.

Everyone who works here should be fired. Incompetent and rude in addition to not answering the phone and dressing like slobs.

Our sales associate Claudia was awesome. She made me want to buy the whole store. Friendly and answered all my questions.

Ive come here several times to buy something for my girlfriend (birthday, Valentines day, Christmas, etc) and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful in assisting me to pick out something nice for her.

Stuck up snobby people. Rude. No acknowledgement at all. Just over looked.

In store customer service is fine but they never answer their phone. They cant be busy every minute.
